Rotech staff in Largo, FL, has some very rude people. If they are not rude then they show no concern about what you are asking or telling them. They can care less of you being inconvenient. You know they are very rude when they become rude to other departmental staff within their Company. I witnessed that being three way with me on the phone. I informed that person they’re that way all the time. The Departmental Head heard how rude that person was and stated he was going to write them up. This was last year I called today and nothing has changed they are still rude.

They dont answer the phone they dont return phone calls they never call if they decide to come to your house I cannot believe that the VA would associate themselves with this piece of garbage

Not happy with this company they have a very nasty therapist working for them . She is rude, lies, doesnt answer any questions. She was more worried about my dog than my husband .my dog is healthy. They dont have anyone to service their machines. You have to go to them. And my husband larry murphy is very un happy with them as well. I have read all the other reviews and I fully agree with these comments of other customers. And this therapist still works for them. . Any place else she would be fired. She used to work at Northside hospital aka Dealthside. If these are the kind of employees that they have working for them well they are a joke infant. My husband even called his insurance company and made a complaint against them that therapist had the nerve to call.me yesterday after being told do not continue to contact us and call me a lair and said I was on drugs Let me make itclear I agree with every bad review about this company

Needed my CPAP mask placed and was told that I needed a prescription for it which is false. The person on the phone told me she was the manager and was very rude.Called another local CPAP distributor and found it the very next day.

The Largo, FL location is staffed by cranky old ladies that should have retired 10 years ago. They treat you like a child and LOVE TO SAY NO. I returned my machine and swithed to another provider that is professional. The culture of this company is very authoritative, rude and unprofessional. I am pretty sure they are in bed with the sleep doctor that told me there was no other provider.

In this time of social distance we are to be kind and thoughtful to other.... Upon trying to get supplies for a sleep machine that would help prolong my life... This company has lost that understanding... They wanted to sell me equipment that runs a Ios system which Iam unable to use... So they refused me for a week to sell me supplies for my working machine that Im able to use. When and after many phone they where willing to provide my supplies.... Now they will not mail to P.O. Box and then tell me I cant pick up in there office... After two days of disputing this they finally inform me I can come and pick up my supplies at their office. After having to having social distancing, I have somebody to take me out to the office I get to the office and they did not have my supplies.I find the people working for this company bring a bad taste to the company name.... There needs to be manners.....

What a horrible experience I have had with dealing with this company. I was issued a CPAP from the St Petersburg office that is now closed. When I tried to order supplies (filters etctetc)I never received them. After waiting more than two weeks I called in again and ordered the supplies once again. Two more weeks go by and no supplies. I then called in to the company and spoke to a person. They entered it into the computer for me to order the supplies. Another month goes by and still no supplies(this whole time I never had any new filters).Turns out when they issued my machine somebody deleted it out of the system which caused me to be unable to order any supplies. Since I was deleted out of this system it was like I never was issued a CPAP machine at all. I could have kept the machine, but I am not a dishonest person and ended up taking it back in and they had to reissue the machine to me.After another year of paying for a modem service which I did not need, but they would not discontinue it until the doctor would change the order. Next time I was in at the doctors office I had them call to cancel the modem part and they still continue to charge me for it. I have been calling for the last couple months and they stated I still owed them for the modem charges even though it should have stopped. This company should have taken care of these charges but the representative didnt seem to care. What a terrible company.

Was far as to go here by my insurance company.people are very rude they dont stick to their appointments had the first appointment of the day she still made me wait 45 minutes. They talk down to you like youre stupid I dont appreciate that.

No issue with the equipment but the office on starkey road is incredibly slow. Twice I went there to return equipment after calling ahead and one time waited 30 minutes the other time 25. Doesnt seem to be a staff shortage, You can hear them in the back talking and gossiping and no explanation why the long wait. And no apology either.

Best place to get your oxygen supplies to breath. People are every knologed about the equipment . They also take the time to explain the equipment that you are,to use .They also show you how to use properly for best results.

Terri at Rotech Starkey is very knowledgeable about the cpap Supplies and esp for my concern today with finding a new mask and how to adjust my present mask properly.She knew exactly how the fitting adjusted to my face and explained about leakage and strap placement. She discussed further options if this did not work for me.Thanks. Shes indeed an expert in her field.Excellent customer service all especially Darlene. She knows exactly how to research what I need... machine care and mask and rotech central questions I have. Shes thorough and quick to get back to me on phone too.Staff friendly and efficient too.So glad I have this office to help me consistently in an excellent way.

Poor service...poor service. Forced to bring my 86 year old mother to get a mask fitting. Couldn’t do it over the phone. Got there and we got to choose a new mask but no fitting. No fitting. Why was I even there. Then they said I owed $50 from last bill. I said I paid. That wasn’t good enough and we’re told we had to repay immediately or I wouldn’t get the new mask. I walked out. Totally wasted trip. I’m desperate to find another supplier. This place is really bad. Avoid if you can
