I was supposed to get a mobile service call to repair a bent shaft. After agreeing on a time frame, Frank never called or showed up. I text messaged him and left voicemails, no response. Very unprofessional and a waste of time.

I found an Evinrude lower unit on ebay and watched it for a couple weeks here and there. I contacted the seller, Frank Lau who has 891 sales on ebay and 100% positive satisfaction ebay reviews, at about 3:10. The call went to voice mail. He called me back a few hours later claiming the item sold at around 3:00, Wow, but he had another he could put together and ship by the next Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. We worked out a deal. I paid via paypal $549.99. I recd a receipt from paypal. Paypal supplied a UPS tracking code 05/22/2020 that claims the part has been in UPS Label Created mode until (still) today 05/28/2020. I have left messages and texts at 727/643-4455 for several days. Nothing but a big BONE. Shame on me Frank, however SCAMSTER is now your legacy.
