Their staff turnover affects orders bring processed quickly. They get good people who soon learn they dont want to stay at location. Never return calls left on voice mail. You have to keep calling and hopefully another branch is getting their calls that day.
Update: 1/19/21 the business owner replied to my review and asked that I email them. Oddly enough I did email that email address complete detailed information 12/28/20 just before 6AM EST; I have NEVER received a reply to that email, so I do not believe the account is monitored. Additionally my mother has STILL not received the cushion repair she has now been waiting on for over a month.12/28/20 My grandfather and my mother have been calling for over a week (prior to the holidays) and leaving messages daily which are not being returned.My mother is quadriplegic and has a cushion (to prevent pressure wounds) from this store that isn’t working.My grandfather ordered his electric chair over the summer, 2 weeks ago was told that the chair was built, and to date has not received it and is unable to get around his own home.What do I need to do to get someone to return their calls and provide them assistance? We need the cushion replaced and the chair delivered this week. Ignoring people in need is unacceptable and considering the line of business this is quite shocking.

I have had some rough experiences with DMEs in the past ranging from only being willing to program my wheelchair once, not willing to work on a chair they did not provide, and 150 dollar fees just to diagnose a problem. Not this time!! Today I nervously made the call over and got James on the line. I explained my chair was purchased in MN but I live in FL now and my tire had fallen off making my power wheelchair unusable. I went over to the shop and he put my tire back. Due to my experience I will not only be recommending NSM to others but returning to get further work down to my chair from some wear and tear that has occurred. When it is time to get a new chair I am also confident that I have found the right place to go to get what I need ordered. Thank you James and Chuck for taking care of me today!

We are a doctors office and we have been trying to get a patient his wheelchair. You call and leave messages and nobody returns phone calls. You press the number to speak with someone and the phone just keeps ringing and then takes you back to the prompt. Horrible way to treat patients who are in desperate need of assistance.
