Avoid at all costs!! This company is a sham! Bilked us out of $6k for a custom stand. The only thing ever delivered were excuses, then no reply whatsoever. Its been over a year since the product was ordered, and 8 months since their last reply.

I purchased several custom ladders. The site was user-friendly and the staff was professional and courteous. The ladders I ordered were perfect, true to the drawings and good quality! Will definitely buy here again!

The absolute worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Im a purchasing manager, I buy $2+ million per year. So I know what good service is. These guys are bad. I placed a $10,000.00 order and I keep calling and emailing for an updated ETA and they do not answer or return my calls/emails. The sad part is that Im ready to place another 10k order. Avoid this company.

Do not buy from this company they will take your money and never provide you with your product. I purchased a crossover ladder 1/11/21 and have not received it. Michael Totten is a horrible business order and needs to be shut down.

Jaime Mann. You posted a picture one day ago. I have emailed and called you and Michael Totten numerous times over the last 2 weeks. [email protected] and [email protected] I placed an order and paid for it Sept 1st. My last email from you was Sept 21st. Check your phone and email please. Fastenal would like their order filled please.

Not poor customer service, there isnt ANY customer service. Cant reach anyone. Ordered a custom CNC platform 4 months ago and PAID for and STILL havent received it. Have sent multiple emails, phones calls, voicemails and 4 months later, still no response.

Please do yourself a favor and do not bother ordering from this company. We ordered a stainless steel fixed ladder over 2 1/2 months ago. “Shockingly” nothing was ever delivered. They never answer the phone nor reply to emails. Just look on Better Business Bureau website. There is a litany of complaints and threats of lawsuits. I suspect they may even be out of business.

This place is a scam. We sold some ladders to them not only did they not pay us they wanted to order more. They pretend to make or manufacture items they have no idea what theyre doing, (except for stealing they know how to do that.) The employees act indignant and offended when you call them out, its a joke. Dont be lured by their website.
