Very friendly people, personable, and easy to work with. They were very nice to the kid, and accommodating. Very reasonable and respectful when making a deal; prompt in returning calls, and clear in communication.It was worth the 11 hour round trip drive, and there were no surprises when I arrived. It was near closing yet they never acted rushed, impatient, or like they like they were closing even.

I wasnt able to test ride the bike first so l would suggest looking into that. I also had to take the bike over to spoked rim specialist today to true the front rim which had a noticeable wobble. Probably wont buy another bike from them.

I love riding, but know next to nothing about repair. Mechanic told me what was going on with my bike and explained it in a way I could understand. Been to other shops where they make you feel dumb for not having knowledge of every working component on your bike. I walked away from this knowing my bike was repaired correctly (running better than it has since I bought it), and knowing exactly what the issue was. Live in Sarasota, but I’ll gladly make the drive to this shop for maintenance from now on.

Great selection of bikes along with friendly staff. My fiance and I were impressed with how knowledgeable the staff was when asked various questions on the different bikes.

Currently own a 2014 MV Agusta F3 800 and recently had it in for a pre-sale service. These MV Agusta are finicky and as with a lot of Italian bikes, fast and prone to having “unique” issues. It was my intent to have these issues diagnosed and remedied. I secured a second mortgage for the house in anticipation of the diagnosis and associated costs. Special call-out to Brian in the service department who went the extra mile in determining and fixing some of the codes that surfaced. I really expected a Bill north of 2k and much to my surprise, was much less than that and the bike actually runs better than I can remember. I am actually having second thoughts in selling the bike - go figure! In sum, great service, constant communication throughout the process and decently priced. I will likely go to them for service on my Harley Davidson as well. You cannot go wrong with these guys.

I took one of my motorcycles to Next to have problem fixed that another local motorcycle shop had for several weeks and couldnt figure out the issue. Brian in the service department immediately identified the issue and I had my motorcycle back by the end of the week. After this great experience, any time I run into issues with any of my motorcycles that my backyard mechanic experience cannot resolve, I take it up to Next knowing that it will be fixed correctly.

I purchased a 2014 Kawasaki Vulcan Classic 900 from Vero Beach on Wednesday, 1/23/19. and drove it back to Clearwater the same day, 155 miles. Not knowing any history on the bike, I wanted to get the oil changed immediately and new brake pads. I read some positive reviews about Next Ride and decided to give them a shot. I made an appointment and took the bike in to them on Friday morning, 1/25/19, at 9 am. It was one of the best decisions I have made in my 63 years. Mike, in service, took the bike in as I was waiting up front in the show room. A short time later he came to inform me that the oil was recently changed and I did not need new brake pads in the front and rear. At that point, I knew I was in the right shop to have any further work done. He bleed out the front and rear brakes and went over the entire bike for me, due to the fact that I just purchased it. If you are looking for honesty at a fair price, this is the shop I would purchase from and use for all my service. I will see you guys in 3,000 miles. Thanks again John

These guys are absolutely fantastic. Brian the mechanic in service is so detailed and caring. Order brand new pirelli Diablo Rossi tires, they came in quick he put them on the next day for me! Quick efficient great service! New chain and sprockets also! You won’t be disappointed. Hard to find trustworthy mechanics like this. I went in to buy a bike ask all the questions I could think of so I would be sure to have everything I needed to apply for the bike.The sales rep told me I needed pay stubs,I went to leave and asked another sales rep if my tax return would work and he said no but bank statements will, bring the last three bank statements in.No thanks you just lost a sale Classic case of how so many employees dont know what the correct procedures are.

Brought a Motorcycle from this place not even 30 days ago. Bike wont start. Called to see if they could possibly honor a 30 day warranty. And they didnt want any parts of the situation. I Wish I could leave no stars.... now the owner says i refused to bring the bike to get tested. I live a hour away and cannot bring you something that wont start.

Only place in town Ill take my bike to for service. The Big Dealership priced themselves out of the market for me, but Im glad because i may have not found this shop. The Sales staff up front are very knowledgeable and couldnt be more friendly. Same goes for the service department. The guys in the back have always taken great care of my R6 for me. I definitely have to recommend this place for whatever you need, and would say at least stop by and check out their inventory which is routinely outstanding.

I recommend this business to anyone that wants to buy a new used bike, or have their bike serviced. They all have gone above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. They have the lowest hourly labor rates around and dont try to add anything that you dont need. The mechanics stand behind their work and want their customers feedback. There are two locations, one on Adamo, and the other is on East Bay in Largo.

I home from college, I was going to go riding with my dad on Saturday. Loading up the bikes after work on Friday led us to find a flat rear tire. These guys helped my dad without hesitation Friday at 5 o’clock and had the whole thing done by 5:30. Awesome service at a good price and good time. Special kudos to the mechanic on Friday at close.

I first found the store looking for a helmet and battery. They had a great selection from $50-300+ with friendly helpful staff as It was my first bike. They helped me learn the proper fitting and features. (I love my helmet and i am proud to wear it.) Well I needed chain maintenance and they gave me a good price. Mechanic was very good on informing me on things that I did not really know. I found out I had the wrong chain on my bike due to the previous owner. Prior I had recently done research on chains because I was going to replace it and they quoted me an amazing price along with installation fees and It was in stock. They performed a few minor maintenance is that I was unaware of needing for no extra charge. Im truly happy with the service. My 600cc FZ6 is now running a lot smoother and almost feels like a completely different bike. I will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of service.

Not too happy. I was looking to buy a bike in the 600cc range and found a great one. However Next Ride told me I couldnt be approved for the financing so they suggested I buy the 250cc for much cheaper. I almost continued searching but decided this would probably be best. After financing the bike I realized they added over $2,000 in fees making the bike the price of the one I originally wanted to buy. This is common when financing. After buying the bike I was repeatedly warned to not be late on paying or I can call to let them know when I will be late, even though I was planning on buying a more expensive bike and can easily pay the low payments of the smaller bike, I started to get a feeling that I went to the wrong place. One week later I went to another place and looked at another 600cc and was approved for it with much less added fees. So now I bought both because I could afford a bigger bike to begin with. I called next ride back to ask a question about buying out of my financing to be able to sell the smaller, yet more expensive bike. They waited 5 days to get back to me after I called them back 3 times, and all he told me was they were going to seize the bike from me and Id lose my money and my credit score. 5 days to not answer my question and again try to make me feel like I cant afford even a small bike. These are malicious sales tactics that these people use to keep you from financing elsewhere by making you believe you dont have other options. I now have 2 bikes that Im paying off and every payment to next ride that I have made so far has been taken out of my account without fail. However they have been late to take the payment out every month. It doesnt matter to me, but when they made such a big deal telling me not to be late its kind of funny that they are always late. Just advising anyone out there to weigh out other options before purchasing here, and then take the other options.
