I bought a mattress from here for my wife a while back and we are rather happy with it. I am buying a mattress for myself, because we have a split king bed. They have some nice mattresses that are memory foam and cool to the touch. Mario is really great about getting back to you once you call to make the appointment and hes happy to answer all your questions when youre there. Prices are reasonable.

Needless to say, we were in desperate need of a new mattress. We kept putting it off, with the hopes of avoiding the aggressive salesman approach to make a purchase.Thankfully, we found Mario - who, after a quick phone call, met us early the next morning. We tested out many mattresses, and he shared specific information about each one. He listened carefully to what our needs were - our likes and dislikes - and gave us great recommendations on a couple of different brands. They varied in prices, so I know he wasnt just trying to sell us the most expensive brand. My wife likes a soft bed, and I prefer a firmer one, so it was difficult to agree...or so we thought.We ended up choosing the new Prema Mattress with adjustable bases, and it was EXACTLY WHAT WE NEEDED! These twin XL mattresses enabled us to choose the type of mattress we each wanted, so we were both comfortable. After a full nights sleep on our new bed, I am happy to report that there is no back pain or discomfort for either one of us! We both slept over 8 hours (which is rare) and woke up fully rested.I am so thrilled we found Mario and Mattress by Appointment (MBA). The customer service is excellent, and the product is top-notch - for half of the price. I strongly recommend MBA - you wont regret it!

Warning stay away from these crooks sold a defective mattress will not rectify the problem just ignores it.there products are garbarge no name brands.they are not accredited by the BBB the mattress i bought tilts to one side so bad that it caused me to fall out of the bed which caused injury iam already a disabled person.

Ive had my new mattress 24 hours. Id say at this point Im satisfied with the mattress. Only gave 4 STARS due to I really need a proof of purchase for my records and was told the printer isnt working and Ive been emailed a blank file twice.If you dont need proof of purchase than yeah go here. Mario is nice and helpful.I read the reviews just like whoever is reading this now. Someone talks about a pyramid scam. I looked into that and the way mattress by appointment works. Well truth be told if mattress by appointment is a pyramid scam then so is 7-11 because those are all privately owned too. Ijs......

My first impression I was unsure about the quality and selection of mattress however after speaking with Amanda and Mario they were very friendly and understanding to my schedule. I got an excellent deal and with the option for delivery. I was impressed with the selection of mattress sets and pricing. Lastly if you are a side sleeper you must get the z shoulder gel dough pillow. Thank you Mario and Amanda for your friendliness and accommodating my schedule. Where do I start! We moved here from Colorado and at 9pm we realized we didnt buy our mattress. I called Mario and him and his wonderful family met us at the largo location. He gave us a great deal and he even has a trailer to move the mattress. He was so kind and helpful, we couldnt have asked for a better welcome to the state. DO NOT BUY ANYWHERE ELSE BEFORE CHECKING HERE FIRST!Thank you so much. I can only hope that other mattress retailers could be as wonderful as him.

Tried reaching out to purchase a bed setup shown on their Facebook advertisement, was told they didn’t sell what was pictured, and only the base? Well isn’t the bottom of the bed the base? Not according to them. I was called an idiot and then blocked. Wish I could post the screen shots. Seller was Amanda Defilippis Monda. Way to lose business.

Great place. Went there with a specific budget and we arent up saled anything. The gentleman working did all he could to work with us. Offered a paid in full discount and even threw in delivery for us. Highly recommended and will return if the need ever arises for anything mattress related.
