Emily and Elise were exemplary. The office was clean, and Im very happy with my hearing aids and their service. Very calm atmosphere. I would recommend Miracle Ear Largo.

While in the Largo area I experienced issues with my hearing aids. I was a walk-in client (from North Florida) with no appointment.Elise Costa was very pleasant and professional. She examined both my aids, replaced the broken piece and replaced the same piece on the other aid as a precaution, cleaned them both and replaced the batteries.The office and employees are following Covid-19 guidelines and I felt comfortable and safe (health wise) in their office.Thank you, Elise Costa, for fixing my hearing aids while I was in your city. I highly recommend this office for all your hearing aid needs.

I am so delighted I went to Miracle Ear It is near my home and Terrance has been a God send to me. He is professional, understanding and very caring. He is helping to make my adjustment and transition go as easy as possible. The human aspect is very important to me. I put off getting a hearing aid because of things I have heard from other people. I received a mailing that said that they were looking for volunteers to come in for a hearing test and learn about Miracle-Ear. I signed up but had no intention of buying hearing aids. After the test,Terrance Herr explained about the Miracle-Ear products and the purchase plans. He did all of this in a very patient, courteous and informative manner. When he was finished, I bought a set of hearing aids. I would recommend this store to all of my friends and I cannot say enough about Terrance Hess and his professionalism.

My mother who is 96 and I spend the winters in Largo, Florida. My mother received her hearing aids at the Largo location in 2015 while we were here. We had a great experience at that time. We found this location to be very convenient.. This year we stopped in the office and met with Terrance. Mom was experiencing feedback which she found to be annoying and she could not hear as well. Terrance suggested that molds be taken which will help with her level of hearing loss. Mom just loves the difference this has made in her ability to hear clearly and background noise does not interfere as well. Great place to go get your hearing check and get the proper earing aid.

I bought the hearing aids about 9 mo. ago in Cincinnati —-after many visits, still having trouble. Came toFlorida 3 mo ago and visited the Largo facility(Terrance Herr—HA specialist). Learned more in three visits than all of the previous visits. Thanx to Terrance I seem to be adjusting much better. He also did a new setup.
