Dr. Amanda K is awesome! She answered all my mothers questions, adjusted her hearing aids, and she is now my mothers audiologist. So glad we went.

An ENT specialist examined my ears and hearing and told me I had moderate hearing loss. He recommended I see an audiologist about getting hearing aids. After much research, I found Dr. K, and I could not have been more pleased. She is an extremely kind, patient and knowledgeable professional who truly loves what she does. Dr. K was always available to help me during the time I was adjusting to the hearing aids and was very thorough explaining things to me. Dr. K did a great job fitting me with the perfect hearing aids. I strongly recommend her services!

Every time I’ve gone in to see Dr. Sparkman or Dr. Benitez at MedRx Hearing Center, I have been impressed by their knowledge and their attentiveness to my needs.I had a lot of questions about the productivity of my hearing aids. Both audiologists were excellent at providing answers and putting the hearing aids at a comfortable level. They also showed me how to work the Bluetooth on both hearing aids to pair with my phone which is really cool.I look forward to seeing them again and would recommend this place.

It’s taken me a long while to write this review. Better late than never. I’m so happy with the service I got at MedRx Hearing Center. The audiologists there, Dr. Benitez and Dr. Sparkman, are friendly, professional, and have the expert knowledge in handling hearing care.I’m profoundly deaf in one ear and severely hard-of-hearing in the other. I’m a young professional woman and not always comfortable discussing the hearing loss and they were just phenomenal.When I first visited, Dr. Sparkman tested my hearing and hearing aids as I mentioned certain sounds seemed weirdly loud. He corrected the amplification in the aids. He also indicated that I should be using a stronger receiver in both aids and advised me to switch to ear molds (instead of domes) for better quality of sound.I kept this in mind and after several months, bought the Oticon Opn hearing aids and got ear molds made. I returned for the fitting and met Dr. Benitez. She set up my aids and patiently answered all my questions. I noticed an amazing difference in sound.Recently, I reached out to her when I started having issues with the aids. She was able to get them repaired quickly and back to me within a reasonable amount of time.I will be visiting them again and would recommend their service to anyone!
