Great products at an excellent price. When I transitioned from a GSI-61 to their stealth audiometer, it cut my audiometric test time in half, and saved me the trouble of needing to transfer my test results into NOAH for hearing aid programming. Their support team is also top notch.
Outstanding service department and sales department. Southern Hearing has used Med-Rx for over 10 years and we have never had a bad experience. In this age, that is quite an accomplishment! They are willing to work with you and are very responsive to your problems and questions (even the simple ones). Extreme overpricing on new equipment and poor quality.Have to send in equipment for repair every couple of months for $1,000 repairs. Desperate upselling during every call.
