Dean Knoblach is a godsend! Not only is he exceptionally good at providing an excellent hearing aid instrument, but his service is even more outstanding. I got my Starkey Hearing Aids from Dean Knoblach in 2010 and I am still using the original pair. He, along with his wife, Kathleen, provides cleaning and periodic check-ups of the instruments. In December, my hearing aid was not functioning properly and it had to be sent back to the company. Since this happened over the Christmas/New Years time period, Dean spent more than an hour fitting me with loaners so that I would not be without a hearing aid for a few weeks. When the hearing aid was returned, there was no charge. This is the blessing that he and Kathleen are.

I have been going to Knoblach Hearing Care for about three years and they have always treated me with the personal care that I believe is necessary in any medical related business. From my initial hearing exams, purchase of my hearing aids, and now with maintenance and cleaning, all the folks at Knoblach are top notch! They also have fair pricing and supply all needed batteries when I get my devices cleaned. I can recommend them very highly!

I went to Knoblach after not being able to hear the ambulance siren behind me while driving. They were very professional, tested my hearing and provided me with hearing aides that addressed my specific hearing problem and, also, were not visible as I have short hair. They provide supportive follow-up for years. I would highly recommend them.

I have seen Dr Dean for over four years and he has helped me tremendously with my hearing loss. Its a game changer as far as hearing goes. I now dont have to read lips and even my golf game has improved by wearing them on the course. I once read Arnold Palmer said it helped him and its true. What. Incredible customer service! Our family member had both hearing aids stop working within two weeks of each other. Her previous hearing specialist did not return our messages. So we had to look for another quality provider, and we found Knoblach hearing care. So glad we did! The hearing aids had to be shipped to the manufacturer for repair. The Knoblach team went through the process of repair promptly and communicated with us well along the way so that we stayed updated. Their customer service was above and beyond… Five star all the way! They have won us over as a new client/patient!

I only had one hearing aid for several years. Dean recommended having 2 hearing aids so I did. Dean said I was hearing like I should by using 2 ears. It’s amazing how much better I can hear and all the employees are the friendly and caring.

Dean Knoblach has been the only audiologist to care enough to keep working with me to help me communicate better. I have seen numerous audiologist and have been told I needed Cochlar implants. I am not prepared for that move. Dean has continued to work with me for over 12 years ...only place I consider when needing to hear better!

I recently found Knoblach Hearing Care and Dean and Kathleen who were a huge help in assisting my elderly mother. Mom is deaf in one ear and has profound hearing loss in the other ear. It’s critical that she use the correct hearing aid that’s programmed and fitted perfectly. Dean provided this to her with his excellent knowledge and expertise, attention to detail, and patience. He has had some issues with wax build-up in one of his ears and they have helped him every time. When I needed new hearing aids nine years ago, I did an extensive search. A friend recommended Knoblach, and it turned out that all of the searches I had conducted came up with the same result....Knoblach! The level of care I received was outstanding and it continues to this day. I simply cant say enough. I have moved out of the area, but happily come back often for cleaning and maintenance. My hearing aids are just as good now as they were the day I bought them, thanks to Dean and Kathleen. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

I have been going to Knoblock for years. I have about 50% heearing loss and am lost without my hearing aids. Knockblock has always been there for me. They have a welcoming office. Nice staff and even free coffee and cookies available to their patients.During the Covid 19 time frame, they are now only open by appointment for more serious cases, as well as come to your car from 10-12 each day to do servicing of the hearing aids like cleaning, new batteries, etc. Went today and someone immediately came to my car. My hearing aids were cleaned, I got my free batteries and I was on my way in 15 minutes. Should something more serious occur, appointments are made. Covid has put a crimp in all businesses but they are doing their best to be available to us.

7 years ago I bought a pair of hearing aids from Dean - the best aids Id ever owned. Last winter I lost one of them while vacationing in Egypt. I saw Dean for new ones when I returned. They are magic! But, the reason I am writing this review is for Dean - he is terrific - he takes his time, listens to me, talks about options, has great equipment and knows his stuff. Ive had several audiologists, all of them excellent, but when we moved here I had to switch and through Google reviews I was drawn to Dean. Did I mention he is terrific?

Absolutely had a wonderful experience. I am a 26 year old who is having troubles with noise induced tinnitus. I came in after having tinnitus for 6 months to get an audiogram hearing test done. Dean Knoblach and his team are beyond professional. They treated me with the utmost respect and empathy. All of my concerns and worries were listened to and I was given a lot of information and advice. The equipment is advanced and state-of-the-art. I got my hearing exam done as well as tried out masking hearing aids to see how they helped. There was no pressure. I look forward to working with them in the future. I got rechargeable hearing aids and I am extremely happy with them.I have used battery type aids before and I swore I would never getanother aid unless it was rechargeable. How nice it is to just chargeit at night and have it last all day long!!!

I have severe hearing loss. I just had a hearing test done in a ENT office. I wasnt pleased with the results. No one could explain the test results like they had been explained to me in the past. The Dr said my hearing loss is bad. Well I know that! I knew that if I could go see Dean Knoblach i would know whats going on.I have not been able to get help from hearing aids because of the type of hearing loss I have. I havent been to Knoblach hearing in 6yrs! I made an appointment for a hearing test. Dean welcomed me with open arms! We did the test, discussed my results and hearing loss. Dean is so very knowledgeable! I knew I would feel better after I saw him! Dean also suggested a hearing device that just might work for me! Im so excited!!!! One more week and I find out!
