Dr. James was great! I came in thinking something was wrong with the sizing of my hearing aids. He explained to me what I needed to do to better fit them. I appreciate his help and recommend him.

Very friendly. Very Informative. Very Professional. Perhaps the most amazing thing that happened was that I was told that they could not help my situation. I am basically deaf in one hear and have very little hearing loss in the other.They did not try to sell me on a product that I could not use.Highly recommend them.

I attended a Beltone appointment with my mother who had it set she did not need Hearing Aids. We were treated with the up most care and understanding. Moms doctor was so patient and made mom feel at ease with the entire process.Trust me Ive been fighting my mom for months to go. I cant express my gratitude enough for them helping mom. I would recommend this location to anyone especially to those who feel they dont need Hearing Aids but family members or loved ones are tired of repeating themselves all the time.Thank you Belltone.

Today I had an appointment at Beltone hearing on Ulmerton Rd., Largo Fl. I came in to have my hearing checked as I am having trouble hearing other people speaking to me when I am at a restaurant or anyplace that has background music going along with other people talking, and other sounds concurrently as people walking on uncarpeted flooring. The gentleman doctor helping me explained that they can test my hearing for this problem. He showed me the graph he will be recording the test on, going into detail how ones hearing is affected by sounds in the environment etc. He then told me he was going to look into my ears and asked if I would like to see it on a screen. I, said yes, he was very knowledgeable as to showing the hairs in my ear, and other things. As he finished he assured me that he could see nothing wrong upon visual look into my ear. He then did the test whereby I sat in a soundproof box with ear peaces on that gave off sound and I was to push a button as soon as I heard it. It was a very professional test and he explained my hearing in each ear etc.He said at this time it looked like I was beginning to have some loss in one ear but that at this time it was not ready to have hearing aids at this time. He said that they would in one year send me a card to have another test done. He also said if I had any further problems hearing of course I could come in to talk to him about testing or to look again at my problem. As I was using a scooter and have LGMD 2J he listened to what I had to say and put in his file a copy of my genetic test /dr. Records that I have a genetic muscle waiting disease that does not affect my hearing. He was very helpful getting me into the booth safely. All in all I felt very relieved and educated on my hearing problem and will return to have it monitored there at his office. I did want to say the lady at the front desk was very helpful getting the door for me as I came and went. She also helped show me forms to fill out and sign etc. The office was decorated nicely and everyone was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I will return in one year. I have all ready referred some elder friends as well to this office. Thank you, Sharilyn Gipson.

I found the office of Beltone at Largo to be knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. They were very good at explaining the use of the products to me. However, I found the cost to be more than what middle class and lower class can afford. People with poor income or no income has to also have to have poor hearing

Im not a customer of this business but needed a small service on my instruments. Was given an appointment within an hour of my call and service was not charged for. Friendly staff.

Excellent experiences! Highly recommend! Katie greets you with a smile and welcoming greeting . . . Whether in person or calling you to remind you of an upcoming appointment. Jim takes care of all your hearing needs and questions in a very understanding, helpful and friendly manner. He listens! Both seem very happy in their jobs of helping people hear better. You never feel pressured or hurried. Of course, it helps to have a superior product to work with that one can believe in and a brand that has been trusted for many years. My family now doesnt have to yell-speak to me. I hadnt realized how loud they had to talk for me to hear them.

Thought hearing aids where going to be a daily problem with using them, but didnt have a choice as my hearing was getting bad. I had a appointment with James at Beltone who has been one the friendliest and most knowledgeable person you would want to have getting set up for hearing aids. Explains everything in detail so you understand and leave there with confidence. Very professional in every aspect of getting you ready for being able to hear better. So satisfied with all the kindness from Katy and James. Always smiling when you come in for check ups. Couldnt be better!

I have been going to the BELTONE on Ulmerton Road every 3 months for two years, James and his receptionist Katie are awesome! I would definitely recommend this location and BELTONE to any one who is having issues with hearing.

I have been going to the Largo location for almost 3 years. I feel like family there and have had excellent service not only on my hearing exam, but continual support for my hearing aids. This is my fifth pair of aids and by far the best I have used. Highly recommend this center.

If I could I would return them & keep my legend HAids.The new App on my phone is terrible with constantly shutting off for several seconds everytime a text, post or notification comes in.I have to adjust the sound differently depending on what Im listening to & the app resets back to original settings.I was told the ones would work with MyPal but it doesnt. I have to hold the phone in my hand to talk. I might as wear a Bluetooth buds or head set. I need hands free while on the phone.Done with Beltone.

Outstanding! It is never easy to admit your hearing is compromised but Beltone Largo made me feel so comfortable. Katie at the front desk is so friendly and helpful. James took his time me and explained everything about my hearing and about thr hearing aid I was going to have to wear. I walked out of there with knowledge and I was able to hear better than ever. This Beltone Hearing Center is fantastic. Great service and helpful, friendly staff. I wouldn’t have the great hearing aides I have today without them. The service is awesome. If I have an issue, which has been seldom, it is corrected right away. I just say enough good things about Beltone Largo.

My husband has a hearing problem in both ears. We where there to check out the hearing aides. The pricing is too high for a working person. For Seniors, its outragious. Not able to help us.

Received a brown envelope saying DO NOT DESTROY OFFICIAL DOCUMENT. Peaked inside seeing a check for $1200, and felt relieved thinking it was my stimulus check. Instead it was a promo for this place. You have to be a real p.o.s. to do something like this in these times. Talking about you James Doyle.

Great customer service and knowledgeable employees...

I just picked up my hearing aids today. For years I have been denying that I had much of a hearing loss. After getting my hearing aids today I realized how much Ive been missing. First I got in my car and I could hear my turn signal. I am hearing things I have not heard from long time. I went out to lunch this afternoon with a friend of mine and I didnt have to ask her to keep repeating yourself. As I was walking down the down the street I could hear my shoes moving the sand under my shos on the side walk.It reminds me of walking out of the doctors office after getting my first pair of glasses. I looked across the street and get could see the mortar between the bricks on the building.If anyone is putting off getting hearing aids. Take the time to visit this center. You will be amazed at what you are missing!This is an updateLast week I went back to see Karen Wheeler at Beltone in Seminole, Fl. After hearing thing I havent heard in years Karen adjusted my hearing aids I am now hearing even more.Karen is very helpful, patient and understanding. She is good at explaining how take care of and use your hearing aids.I am going up North the end of this week. The reaction from my family should be interesting! I was always asking them to repeat what they were saying. Most of the time after asking them to repeat them a couple of times I would just give up. Before they would get mad.It has been a while since I got my Beltone hearing aids. When I first got themI told you about how excited I was with all the things I was hearing that I hadnt heard in a long time. Thinking back I think I slowly lost my hearing. I never realized how bad it was.I went back north this fall to have Thanksgiving with my family. On the way up I took the AutoTrain. I usually have trouble sleeping on the Train. My Beltone hearing aids work with my I-phone. I listened to a auto book and feel asleep on the train.The fact that the hearing aids work with my I-Phone is amazing. I had a Doctors appointment when I was up home. It was chilly and I was wearing a coat and a hat. When was in the doctors office I realized I my right hearing aid was missing. The girl in the doctors office helped me look for it. We couldnt find it I figure I must of lost it at home. I got back to my condo and still couldnt find it. I started to look for Beltone stores in Delaware County. There were several in my area. Then I remember Karen told me there was an App on my phone that could locate it. I used the app and found it in the back seat of my floor.Thanksgiving I was with my family. I hadnt told them that I had gotten them. After we had eaten I told them. At first they were surprised. They couldnt tell I wearing them.Then they said that is why We arent asking us to repeat yourself.
