First and foremost, I want to thank Dr. Harrington and Tina for helping with finding the best hearing aids to help with hearing loss and most importantly tinnitus. In July, I had an extensive hearing exam and testing to learn of a mild hearing loss and tinnitus. The tinnitus an annoying buzzing seemed to increase as retirement grew closer. As a registered nurse and college professor, I was not aware that there were hearing aids to improve not only everyday hearing, also to learn to quiet the annoying buzzing. The day my new hearing aids were placed in my ears was a game changer. I could hear the cicada bugs buzzing which I was missing out in Florida, so that was probably a good thing right? Also, Dr. Harrington, provided education and teaching about tinnitus. The hearing aids are comfortable, and I continue to listen daily to the tinnitus program included with my hearing aid. I appreciate the kindness and professional attitudes of the office. Hearings aids are an investment, but the improvement in quality of life is worth it. I’m aware that there are a number of good audiologists in the Tampa Bay Area, but I am convinced that Dr. Pat Harrington is the very best: Smart as a whip, great credentials, lots of experience, state of the art equipment and very professional. In addition, she and her staff are very pleasant.I finally grew weary of my hearing loss so, at the suggestion of a friend, I made an appointment with Dr. Harrington. She performed extensive diagnostic tests using her state of the art equipment, and took plenty of time to explain the nature and degree of my hearing loss. She then went over the various options and recommended SoundLens invisible hearing aids as the best solution for me. She was exactly right! Ive been wearing them for over six years and absolutely love them. I have referred quite a few friends to her over the years and they all think she is terrific. Dr. Harrington is the BEST!

Needed a repair for a WIDEX hearing aid. TIna immediately found the problem and she discussed the part needed with Dr Harrington. They found the part and immediately replaced it. She also cleaned both of them for me. Tina also called the main company to obtain the part needed so they would have it in the future.I am very happy I found such a supportive organization that was able to immediately repair the hearing aid and not have to send it off for a week.

This audiologist went above and beyond call of duty, my mom is hard of hearing from both ears, and when being tested to see how severe her hearing lost was the Dr. Harrington examined her but could not believe how bad it was so she had her assistant try on the headsets to be sure it wasnt a malfunction on the equipment and tested mom again only to inform her that her hearing was worse. Dr. Harrington felt bad for my mom and made sure to order the best hearing aides she could get with her insurance as well as asking mom to pick a color she would like for the hearing aides which made mom smile. It brought tears to my eyes how moving this Audiologist was with her patients. Truly adore her for making mom happy😍

Dr Harrington and Toni do a wonderful job of helping one to understand everything. This was my first hearing test in years. Both ladies were so helpful in explaining and answering my questions thoroughly. I’m scheduled for another hearing test in a year. I will definitely use them for all my hearing needs.

I have purchased Phonak Marel 70 hearing aids with a TV connector. The hearing aids are rechargable. Dr. Harrington and Dan are a great team who gave me the best of service and were very helpful and explained many things I was not aware of. They are technically expert. Dr. Harrington designed two 3 different hearing programs for me for loud restaurants, 360 surround hearing, and one for soft environments. These are in addition to the regular or normal hearing program. They pared my iPhone to the hearing aids so that volumes and streaming can be controlled via the phone. Dr. Harrington and Dan are very polite, considerate and nice to work with. I am very pleased with my experience her and would not hesitate to highly recommend them to anyone who needs hearing aides or adjustments. They are great people. Dan is the technical man and set up special sound equipment to test for loud hearing from the rear which was very helpful for me to see if the hearing aids were able to handle this noise any better than without this feature. Audiology Innovations is well equipped, up to date, competent, experienced, and easy and comfortable to work with. I would rate them a AAA or a 5 star.Bill Baumner
