They wear there mask when people aren’t in there and you can clearly see that From sitting in your car but yet tell me to be careful when I’m carefully picking what kind of smell I would like. Don’t bother someone in the store when they say they don’t need any help. Yeah walk around the store to make to what’s going on but don’t bother the people who say they don’t want help.

I love going to the vitamin shoppe. They have all my workouts needs. Jessica, the new manager, has always been SUPER helpful with leaning me in the right direction with products. What I love is that fact that if you don’t like something you can exchange it within 30 days. Overall I’ve had wonderful experiences here with the staff and I recommend coming here for any of your vitamin needs!!

The manager Jessica has brought this store back to life! The staff here is the friendliest, they are all very knowledgeable and if they don’t know the answer, they will use all their resources available to help get the right answer. The products are usually in stock and if not, they get shipments quite often. The will place a special order for you that can be delivered to your home or to the store at no extra charge. The best is now they have auto delivery making life easier when it comes to the regularly taken or used items. The offer a huge selection of products in the store and online has double that. There isn’t any other store I enjoy going to like I do here.

I called them and ask them if they had a product in stock call they said they did and they would match Amazon’s price. I went to pick it up and they they would not match the price because I had amazon prime. I’ve spent a ton of money there but I will never go back just because of deceptive business practices.

After walking around and browsing aisles, for about ten minutes in an empty store, I wasnt approached to be helped by the employee. Minor inconvenience but as I pass her by the register she accosted me with Are you going to buy anything?. Responded just looking and left. Cant believe how rude she was. Save yourself time go to any other vitamin shoppe

Went there today & was treated very disrespectful by new manager, Jessica. I will never go back!! I’ve never been treated so rudely. Only saw 2 other customers in store & understand why now. Jessica left me at cash register while I was paying & went to help the 2 customers who were together. Since I didn’t get my receipt, I asked if I could have my receipt. She made a rude remark to me & threw my receipt at me. The receipt landed back on her counter. I also didn’t get a bag to put my purchase in. I was absolutely shocked at how hateful she was & just plain rude! This was totally uncalled for & I will never go to this Vitamin Shoppe again. As I go to Vitamin Shoppe regularly, I will go to back to Vitamin Shoppe by Tyrone as they greet, assist and are so very nice to their customers. There is no reason to be so hateful to customers!!! I am sure most people would have told Jessica off.
