The best experience ever! The owner is a saint! I’ve had no complaints nor complications and the transactions were all ran smoothly as one of the least stressful processes I was blessed to find these people who even after the sale closed they extended their help when I had something that I personally wanted to adjust! Incredible business with an even more incredible owner! This is an exceptional company and I would highly refer anyone who is looking for a mobile home to utilize this company you will not regret it is a true miracle for the market that we currently are all residing in! This company goes above and beyond where most leave you confused and in a rut! I would happily purchase again from them and couldn’t be more happy w/ the results and the professionalism I received!

I just bought my new place through Rider and it was a fun and satisfactory experience. Things went smooth, including dealing with owners in early stages of dementia. Mike stayed kind and professional dealing with her. And he dropped everything to finish out my file because I needed the titles to contract with the park. If buyers cant be financing or qualified, thats on them, not the brokers. And it happens everywhere in every park whether the home is $20K or 75K. Not that I intend on moving anytime soon, but Id deal with them again, anytime.

Just had the pleasure of buying a home with Rider. George, the owner, said he doesn’t usually work directly with customers but we were lucky enough to have that chance. He was the kindest person! He has answered my many questions, met my husband and I after we got off work even though his office was closed, and even met us at the park’s office to introduce us to the manager. 5 stars isn’t even enough for this great experience. I highly recommend Rider to anyone looking for a home.

I purchased a home with these people and at first they are super nice and caring but boy after you sign the paper and give them the check its a different story I had a lady that worked there ask me if she had taken all my money how rude they promised they would fix some thing in the home and they where never fixed truly appalled with how this business works so please dont be scared to throw a low offer at them chances are they are still making money on you they just throw a little paint on a house and try to double the price this was my first home I purchased and let me tell you worst experience Ive ever had I definitely dont recommend.

Deciding to use this company to sell our home was the worst decision we ever made. Trust me when I say DO NOT EVER SIGN A CONTRACT WITH RIDER!!. They are so nice and attentive in the beginning, but the second we signed that contract, all of that went away. They were nothing but rude and unprofessional every step of the way. Any time we managed to get someone on the phone they were rude and nasty. We have a baby at home so we made it clear that we needed notice before they came by to show the house. They would send me a text and if I didnt respond they were at our door in 10min. Multiple times they walked into our house with people while my daughter and I were in bed for her nap. They were constantly trying to get us to sell our home for half of what it was worth just so that they could get more money and get it sold quicker. They would bring people over who werent even able to pass the background check for our neighborhood because they hadnt taken the time to check. When showing the house the agents didnt know anything about it. We basically ended up having to show the place ourselves anyways. Then when our contract finally ran up they left their listings up online for months so we were unable to list it ourselves. If youre thinking that they might be okay to use for buying a house think again. The only thing that they care about is making a dollar off of you. They will lie to you and tell you whatever you need to hear to get your money. Dealing with this company is the last thing that anyone should do. I am writing this review because I really hope that it will prevent at least one person from going through the horror that we went through. They are not nice, they are not professional, they are not trustworthy and once they have you stuck they are not afraid to show you that. There are definitely a couple of good people there but they just dont make up for the rest.

Nothing but the best! Wanted to give myself a nice present for my birthday 06/04/2020 a very good friend of mine referred my Ride or Die Motorsports. Checked their inventory in their website and found a beautiful and immaculate 2014 Gsx-R 1000, talked to the people over the phone, filled out the application and got approved. What A total NIGHTMARE !!!!!! I made the unfortunate mistake of having Marilyn Giddings sell my home . It was a mess! She lied to me several times and in the end I was shorted $1097.00 from the proceeds of the sale !

After contacting broker/agents in the area, I was recommended by a friend to check out Rider Resales and Repos and thank goodness I did. They found me a home that was affordable and got me into a park that I could be proud to be part of. While I didnt initially ask for help with financing, they mentioned that they could direct me to specialty mobile home financing company. It turned out their financing options were better than that being provided by my bank. Check them out, the owner George is a seasoned professional in the industry, and I would highly recommend you consider him and Rider to meet your mobile home needs.

I have employed Rider Mobile Homes several times over a span of 15 years and have both bought two and sold two homes with them. Their employees were polite and knowledgeable. Every time I needed their assistance they made the whole buying or selling process pleasant and simple. Worries and concerns never entered my mind when Rider Mobile Homes was on the job because they showed me their problem-solving expertise. I would recommend in good conscience George and his staff to anyone looking to buy or sell.

I worked for the company until I moved on to Software Development. It was an awesome company to work for and the broker is a warm hearted leader with a heart of gold. He uses good will to help both buyers and sellers have a great experience. I MISS THOSE GUYS!

We pulled up to office ma. Insid e comes out with paperwork I asked if they were open he said no with paperwork in hand. Hymmm! I told him went thru Nim. Traffic inback ground horrendous. He said I yelled at. Him we were showed a few houses o e day and have not even received a call back to see if we. Were interested in a y others this company is a joke. Prop. Managers have warned us.

Michael went above and beyond helping to find the best mobile home for me. We must have looked at a least 20 + homes and when I decided which one I wanted he was pivatol in helping me get qualified, credit issues, to lease the lot. Michael was courteous and professional throughout the process and followed through to the very end.I had to rehab my home and Michael was there for me throughout coordinating the workers and the work to be done. He held my hand through the process teaching me and helping pick out tiles, sinks, flooring and everything else I needed to do the rehab.Definetly a one stop shop for anyone that is looking for a mobile home but has turned out to be good friend as well.

Michael Kinney is a very caring,helpful, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable in his field. My wife and I both have medical issues and we dont drive. Mike went above and way beyond by offering us rides to and from the properties we were viewing. From returning calls in a timely manner and helping us through all the paperwork and closing the deal. We had issues with the home we bought from him but he made everything right from the kitchen counter top to toilet parts to water valve installation. I would highly recommend mike Kinney when your in the market for a mobile hime. This has been a very smooth transition. We are still friends even after this sale. They refuse to show their properties. When you see their sign, leave. Unfortunately 90% of the listings are theirs. You need to get an exact address to apply for a loan and for applying for park approval but you can not get that based on you not being allowed to see properties to find one. Even when you find one that you will buy out right with cash they still refuse because they say the park will deny you. Everyone needs to work together so everyone can succeed.

SUPER organization. I bought my home through Rider in 2009. They sold it for me I0 years later. I was surprised to see mostly same staff still there after 10 years. Theyre good people; they make you feel like family!

I saw a review here that was trashing this fine company. I have been by there many times and have never seen any reason to write a bad review. My advice, dont trust this kind of review. Most of the time people who write a review never read the terms or they tried to break the contract without good reason. I highly recommend this company. The owner is a Christian and has personally financed buyers to help them get the home they want. Give them a chance and you will be glad you did.

Do not purchase from them. They do shady stuff to hide defects and its a fight to get them to make good on the sale. They hage no problem selling a lemon as a diamond. This review can change if they make good on the sales persons promises.

I was a manager at WP for 3 years. During that time Rider did a great job of selling most of the homes in the park. The agents working for rider are the most honest and polite group of people i have ever encountered.Im now managing a park in Tampa and I sure wish that Rider worked in my area.I would buy and sell my home thru them anytime. I had a great experience with this company selling my home. Nim Smith and the other staff were very nice and professional.I would have given the company 5 stars if not for the original listing agent. Within 10 days he repeatedly tried to make me lower my net profit!! Greg MacKay is very dishonest and a lying crook!! I expressed to the owner of Rider that I had text messages of this person trying to be dishonest.I recommend this company and would use them again. But I recommend not to use Greg MacKay if you want a good working experience.

I seen quite a few Rider Homes that are great buys. Prices are fair and the homes have good locations.

The worst experience Ive ever had. They get you into a 6 mo contract, you explain that you work from home and do not call until a certain time of the day. They call all the time when you cannot show the home. Was told that they would decrease their commission and then when they did have a potental buyer, all of sudden no its the original price and then their buyer cannot get financed to buy the home. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. STAY AWAY. The only reason I left one star is because you cannot leave none.

I cant say enough about how great Rider Resales is! Our realtor, Nim Smith, was absolutely wonderful and she went above and beyond for us. We had a difficult situation as we had to sell a mobile home in Florida while we were in New Jersey. The home was not ours but belonged to a sick relative and there was someone living in it who was refusing to vacate. Ms. Nim Smith made multiple visits to this person to help us get her to move. In addition, the home had been severely neglected and was in bad shape but Nim still found us a buyer. This was a big burden on us and Nim took care of everything and made it relatively painless. The best part is that Nim is a lovely, friendly, patient person. She never got ruffled by the challenges of the situation. She was such a pleasure to deal with, I felt like she was an old friend. Highly recommend!

The staff was pleasant to work with and they helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We plan to buy from them after we sell our condo.

They were very slow and Mary was not answering phone calls or text messages. She claimed she was working. For two to three days???. Very disappointing. We had moved to Fl from ny and was hoping to be in a home within a week or so. The home we picked needed alot more tgen we were told...

Hopeless and incompetent, managers and staff alike. These clowns couldnt organize a booze up in a brewery. Didnt return calls, no follow up, no follow through, didnt keep on top of things, didnt make sure things were getting down. Took them 5 days to do the title transfer when it should have taken 1-2 days. Working with these people was a very aggravating and painful experience.
