Giant always has good fruits & vegetables and locally grown too. I dont eat meat, and there is a good selection of plant based food.

I was told to call the store before I come grocery shopping to check to see if they have Similac milk. I do understand that there are a lot of babies that drink Similac advance. But there has to be a better system to purchasing. Especially when I’m spending 36$ a container.

Probably one of the worse Giant experiences to date. I’m fairly new to the area but have been to many other Giant locations before and have never experience this type of inefficiency ever. The self checkout had maybe 2 or 3 working stations and the regular checkout maybe had two people working. The lines were literally wrapped around the store and no one knew what line was for what. I really hope this was a one time thing…

I love this place. The store is great! The employees are great! You can find what youre looking for. No long waits in line. This is a great place to shop! I drive from Clinton to come here any day.

I love this Giant. Staff helpful, easy in - easy out the parking lot. The seafood section staff are awesome. They rinse off your crab leggs before they weigh and cook them. Therefore, you not paying for ice. Its well organized and clean..customer friendly. The one near me is too hard to leave the lot. Stuck at the light xs 2-3 lights. Never shopping cots available. Remodel is beautiful but they have bigger fish in my opinion to fry. Thats why I go all the way to Largo Giant.

Why did I buy 4 lbs of those crab legs?? They were so small..price was good I thought, shouldve been cheaper...Ill do better next time

April 3, 2021in the evening I rushed into the Giant in Largo for a birthday 🎂 cake and was told by Mike in the bakery though it was late he would write on one. I picked the carrot 🥕 cake and Mike told me they don’t write on the carrot because it’s difficult, after a little convincing Mike agreed to write on the side of the cake. It came out beautifully, my nephew loved it! Thank you Mike and Giant!

WHYYYYYYYYYYYYY would you ONLY have just 2 regular SLOW AZZ cashiers and ONLY USCAN as main checkout point??? ALL the uscan rookies take all day to scan!!! 98% of the time its GUARANTEED to be a bas experience here...Its more the worth taking the trip to the CRAIN HWY LOCATION!!!! DO BETTER CAMPUS WAY!!!!!!!

Wow!! This may be the number 1 store inThe area for at least 3 to 5 miles. AlwaysVery clean and well stocked. The manager comes out on the flr and talks with customers and makes sure that they have everything that you came for.....

Lot of Customers but line goes fast

Great grocery store with a large selection of products. In their fresh produce section they occasionally carry uncommon fruits like persimmons, passion fruit, and star fruit and has a wide variety to choose from. This location can get very busy but they do count how many people come in and out to keep with covid guide lines as well as having direction arrows to follow in the aisles. Although their meat section (particularly chicken and beef) is on the smaller side, the seafood section is modest and always fresh. The lines to cash registers can get crowded and confusing depending on which direction theyre going in but they move quickly.

Giant Food Grocery in Largo Plaza is very clean, price wise the items there are affordable. The employees are friendly, helpful, informative and professional. Will shop there again soon.

This store is clean, stocked, and all the workers have been very helpful.It does get extremely busy at certain times though and the lines can be a bit daunting. Im not sure theres much that can be done about that though in the middle of a pandemic and trying to keep the cashiers socially distanced.

Rotisserie chicken salad is the around! Get in early to get it! Workers always courteous.

I call it, MY Giant, but its not mine as in I own it, but that supermarket is the one place I actually feel at home here in this area. The staff is unbelievably polite, dignified and courteous, and theyre always willing to help, no matter how odd the request. They have become family in some sense, so much so that I get to chatting with one or two of them and forget why I went there. Im very thankful for that. ♥️

Wow what awesome experience I experienced 03/03, 03/06 and 03/09 when entering there was security and a very nice young lady to greet us as the customers early in the 6 and 7am hour. The security officer and greeter were very pleasant friendly and accommodating even during this pandemic crisis time they still exemplified great customer service. I also met the store mgr who I told was told a great job and to continue doing so. As a customer I will continue going to the Giant Largo location. Yes they are the best and that’s my personal opinion. 🙂

This is my neighborhood supermarket. Friendly staff,, especially in the pharmacy.. On this visit, got my second COVID-19 vaccine and final pickup shopping for Easter. Didnt take much time at all.

This Giant location always has the items I need to find. They do offer the shop, scan and checkout option which is convenient. Just bring a bag and have a giant account.

Overwhelmed by the self check out lines, rather the folks that go to their with 30 or more items . They make it troublesome for 3-4 items patrons.

Nicely rearranged the store. Been coming here for over 13 years and it has definitely changed...for the better. Staff has changed a lot. Cant really say I had a bad experience with management but I did with the security they had during this Covid experience but I settled that also. Fully stocked and clean as of June 2020

This particular Location is quite busy and usually has good sales. Self check out is usually a breeze. Cashiers have always let me use the store card as my phone number never work. Parking is a zoo, park further away and get some exercise as well as less of a chance your car gets a ding or love tap from the busy parking lot. 😉

Nice grocery store, with polite employees. Have a nice produce section and never really has empty shelves. Quick moving lines. Prices are decent, but it benefits you to have a Giant card.

Waaaaay too long in line to(self) check out. What were people doing regarding their hygiene b4 COVID-19. The associate at the door was mobbed by the crowd of customers sanitizing their hands like they were preparing to do surgery vs grocery shop!

The rating is more a reflection of total experience than employee or food evaluation. Food is good, employees, in general, are fine. Store is often VERY crowded. Tried online pickup at the store, sat in the parking lot for over 2 hours waiting for the order, so definitely wouldnt recommend that option at this location.Edit from 2 stars to 4: I maintain the statement on crowding, and I still probably wouldnt recommend pickup right now. 2+ hours to have less than half of my order filled. I didnt then nor now blame the workers. Were in the midst of a crisis, and theyre doing the best the can with the crazy demand. There were some miscommunications, but everyone was polite throughout.Had to bump up the rating to reflect their handling of the situation after the fact, though. I didnt ask for it, but they didnt charge for the items I did receive. Didnt realize that was what they were doing when they didnt give me an invoice, just figured it had been misplaced and theyd charge for what I got. I was ready to get home. But now see thats what they did, since the invoice has been uploaded to Peapod. Kudos for maintaining a commitment to customer satisfaction, even in a difficult time.
