Horrible. The new chief (which he referred to himself) at the Largo location is obviously trying to over compensate for something. I was provided a quote for a part from another location for Capital, but when i arrived was told it was over 15% more. He proceeded to call and belittle the employee right in front of me. I left and purchased the same exact item for 43% less at another store. Save yourself some time, money, and irritation - go elsewhere.

This business needs to be SHUT DOWN. They had my cart for nearly two months (this cart services a very large commercial property 40 hours a week - NOT FOR GOLF!). They lied and made excuses over and over. Eventually stopped answering the phone. Was told a part needed to be ordered - a very complicated repair. Would cost $500.00 plus to fix. Called each week to find out when the cart would be ready. Bob lied over and over again. Would forget the last lie and stepped on his crank repeatedly. Finally gave up and had the cart towed to a reputable company. Upon pickup Bob said “don’t put any $$ in to that cart, it’s junk. Two days later, cart is fixed like new. Found out the part Bob “had to order” DOES NOT EVEN GO IN THIS TYPE OF CART - IT DOES NOT EXIST!!! I paid my reputable mechanic $20 in parts and $30 in labor. He also said the cart is very well made and in good shape. Additionally, I found out that when he took the cart apart there was residual dust on all of the parts, screws, bolts, etc. - in other words - the cart had NEVER been opened and inspected EVER!!!!I can’t believe I fell for Bob’s lies and sob stories over and over. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! You have been warned!

They had no carts for sale. Stock was for not. Sales person was nice just had nothing to offer.

Do not buy a golf cart from capital golf carts gave us a warranty then would not cover electrical part lied to us we live in a golf cart community they will not recommend any one too buy from them it caught on fire told us we should not have sold that cart to you so now I too call lawyer and the woman on news rick said it was covered Steve said it was not what service so dont go there

I bought the cutest red & black cart. Pricing was fair. They were negotiable and accommodating. After visiting 2 other local places I would definitely recommend this place.

Great serviceMike Meyer at the Largo store was great to work with. He helped me get exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price. The cart comes with a one year warranty even though it is used and they honor the warranty no questions asked. They delivered the cart I bought for free. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a newer model refurbished cart. It saves a lot of money over buying new.

If I could give NO stars, I would. Terrible customer service. Do not return phone calls, promise to call back with updates on our cart, never call back. They had our cart for 2 months. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. They sold my Dad a cover that was torn as soon as it came out of the box, refused to make it right.

I ordered some wheels from these people for my golf cart, and when I got there they informed me that they sold them to someone else. I went to speak with the owner (jean) and this was the nastiest human being I have ever encountered in my entire life. rude and extremely inconsiderate low life. this guy sold the wheels that I ordered to someone else just to get that money in his pocket quicker. not only did they sell my wheels they had me drive all the way from Sarasota just to tell me I wasted a trip. i felt like i wasnt important enough for them to not sell my wheels. just to make the best of this terrible situation I went one block down to gulf Coast golf carts. best decision I could have made. not only did they have the wheels I wanted, they were extremely helpful, and even came out to put my wheels on for me to make up for the bad experience I had at capital. hats off to gulf coast. they went above and beyond.

THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS MUST BE FAKE BECAUSE THE OWNER IS EXTREMELY NICE GUY AND VERY HELPFUL. JUST ORDERED MY CART A FEW WEEKS AGO AND CALLED A FEW TIMES ASKING QUESTIONS AND NOT ONCE HAVE I TALKED TO A RUDE PERSON. A++++++++

Absolute and pure incompetent people working here, bought a used golf cart from mike wasnt running right was told by mike and Steve all it needed was a cable, would take 2 days....... 7 WEEKS yes I said 7 WEEKS later and total run around I had enough of these clowns and just took possession of the cart exactly the way it was NOT running right and the cable it needed is just hangin off, after getting it home and going through the cart found that stuff that Steve said he did to HELP me was chopping up a brake pedal to Doctor the problem. Also when I took my 2000 ezgo in to them to diagnose an axle problem they tell me 2 grand to repair the axle after getting the cart home so I could put a used axle in myself noticed that not one bolt or nut had been disturbed and the axle had not even been opened to check for a problem! So with that said I will never do business with this place again! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED TOTALLY INCOMPETENT PEOPLE!

Real honest place for golf cart repaired

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Im a business owner and had brought in a golf cart for repair because it died on me. They told me it was only a bad battery even though i expressed my concern that could not be that based on their own diagnosis and tests. They assured my they were certified and knew what they were doing. Well with my business debut a few days away, i accepted the answer and paid. Opening day the golf cart died the exact same way during business hours and had to be brought back to my house. Upon doing tests and taking the part i had questioned to a referred specialist from another golf cart repair shop they concluded the part i asked about was bad. I will be unable to get the necessary part to fix the cart for 3 days and will lose a lot of business and credibility in the area. When I called they were dismissive and told me that there was no way i was right and they did solve the issue.

Horrible service they quoted me a price on an upgrade and when I came in with the golf cart they doubled the price. It was clear they recalled my previous quote but chose not to be Coperative and honor their word.
