I purchased a 412 game tabletop from them last year and from start to finish the Customer Service was amazing.This weekend, my monitor wasnt working, I called this morning and spoke to Chris which only asked that I take pictures of what I deemed the issue. 3 hours later my new power cords are on the way. great pricing and the best Customer Service ive run into in a very long time. I purchased a 60 game Cocktail Table from Suncoast Arcade as a wedding present for a friend. Karen and Chris from Suncoast were friendly and a great help throughout the process. There was one hiccup when the machine stopped working shortly after it arrived, but Chris was extremely helpful to my friend and shipped out a new motherboard quickly. The machine is up and running again with no issues. I was able to play several games with my friend when visiting for the wedding and had a great time. It brought back memories of playing an original Ms. Pac-Man cocktail table growing up. It was a huge hit with everyone visiting for the wedding. Awesome machine. Would 100% recommend. Im seriously contemplating getting one for myself.

We bought a cocktail 400 plus arcade for Christmas last year and recently the game console quit working. I went through the instructions and when that failed to provide a fix, I called the company and they we a huge help in diagnosing and fixing the problem, even sending out a replacement piece to fix the arcade. It was a pleasure working with them and I would not hesitate to give them business again when we decide to purchase another machine!

Im unable to review the arcade I ordered because they werent able to or didnt want provide me with one. I ordered my arcade on 12/6/20. I understood it was a busy time of year for them so I didnt expect it immediately and knew there was a chance I wouldnt get it before Christmas.The week following Christmas I wanted to get an update on when I would receive the arcade so I called for several days and they never answered the phone. I also left a voicemail, but they didnt return my call. Without being able to get in contact with anyone regarding my purchase I was concerned considering the arcade was about $1800.00. I decided that since I couldnt get in contact with them I needed to dispute the charges with my credit card company. I believe it was 2 or 3 days after I disputed the charges I received a call from them. I spoke with Michael and I let him know I was concerned because I wasnt able to get an update on the arcade. It was a pleasant conversation and after he explained the arcade cabinet was completed and they just needed to wire it I felt comfortable proceeding with the purchase. As soon as I got off the phone with him I called my credit card company and told them the dispute was resolved and the payment could be processed. The following week I received a call from Michael and he said they were ready to ship the arcade, but I needed to pay for it because of the dispute. I let him know I had contacted the credit card company and I shouldnt need to make another payment. He said he would check with the owner and if everything was good they could ship the arcade. After speaking with him I contacted my credit card company and verified that the dispute was resolved and they informed me that the merchant had been paid 01/06/21. A couple of days later I received a voicemail from Michael asking me to call him back. When I tried to call him back it was the same as before, no one answered the phone. Being a little frustrated I decided I would keep calling until someone answered the phone. I think I called 10 times in a row. One time it seemed like someone picked up and just put me on hold for an extended time. Finally a lady answered the phone and I told her I was returning a call I had received from Michael. She said he was in a meeting, but she would have him call me back as soon as he was done. I waited to hear back for 24 hours, but he did not return my call. I ended up contacting my credit card company and the charges are in dispute again.I really wished this had worked out because the arcades look fun. I guess Im fortunate I didnt get it though. I can only imagine how poor the service must be if you have an issue with one of their arcades. The bottom line is I would not recommend doing business with this company because it is too difficult to get in touch with them.

I absolutely love my arcade game, of course Ms. PAC-MAN is my favorite. I have 412 games loaded on my machine. It doesn’t matter if you’re young or old there is a game for you. Machine works great and their Customer Service is fabulous. This game has saved me many times, on a rainy day, at the lake with the kiddos.

I bought this custom-made cabinet which has 3,000 games on it about 3 months ago.there was some sort of electrical issue with the unit, but they helped me chase it down and get it repaired. I live about 30 minutes away from them, so it wasnt a big deal for me to pick up parts from them. The five year warranty on their units is for parts only, you will have to replace them yourself but its pretty easy to work on. Im not an electrician, but I can handle a screwdriver!Throughout the entire process, from buying to finally fixing the problem, they were patient, apologetic, and great to work with. if you are looking for a game machine that has everything from classic Donkey Kong and Pac-Man to Mortal Kombat or Street Fighter games, this has all of it. It is a great unit and my friends really enjoy coming over and playing nostalgic games on it to share with their kids as well.

We love our Donkey Kong upright arcade machine from Suncoast Arcade! We got ours a while ago and it’s had heavy play from me and the kids so I can definitely say the quality is outstanding. The screen is amazing and the cabinet construction is very solid. It still looks and feels new after many many hours of play. We love all the games the machine has to offer. There are so many! The people at Suncoast are AMAZING. So helpful and nice through the whole process. We highly recommend Suncoast Arcade.

We bought a cocktail machine for Christmas last year. Everything was great with the machine. However, after a year, it stopped working. I called and they helped me troubleshoot the problem and sent me a new monitor and directions to change it out free of charge.If youre having second thoughts about getting a machine because youre concerned about service, you should go ahead and buy one. They stand by their product. Customer service is above-and-beyond expectation....and the machine is a lot of fun.

Got this about a month ago and I think the quality is good and (when talking on the phone) the help with answering my questions was good as well. I like the 5 year warranty but if something goes wrong with it they expect the customer to repair it. If the problem is something small and simple to repair thats fine, but a major repair job should be covered in the 5 year warranty. Thats my only beef. I saw in a recent review someone said they had a problem with their machine and were sent a new machine in exchange. (????) I was told by the operator that if theres a problem with my machine they dont do that. Ive had it for a month so far and its been working just fine.

I wanted to purchase the Ms Pac-Man 412 as a Christmas present so I messaged Suncoast Arcade to find out if I ordered it today (12/9/19 ) would I receive it prior to Christmas. Their response was if you order it today it would ship in 3-4 business days so being that the 9th was on a Monday it would ship no later than Thursday the 12th or Friday the 13th. Well, that wasn’t the truth because I didn’t get a shipping tracking number from Suncoast so I called them to find out when it would ship and would I still get it by Christmas and I was told it would ship between 12/17 and 12/19. Well, it finally shipped on 12/26 and I got it on 01/03 . I opened the box and I immediately saw that the control board was laying on top of the screen. After further inspection I could see that the 4 screws that are supposed to hold the control board on were never installed. Needless to say I’m still waiting on the return shipping info from Suncoast.

I received my cocktail arcade game and was so excited for about 20 minutes when it stopped working. The machine cut off and will not come back on. After troubleshooting with the instructions they sent, I called the following day when they were opened and had to redo the same troubleshooting. Well they came to the conclusion that it was a power issue on the machines part and that they would send me all the new parts to fix it. Okay well my husband was livid. At first I wasnt even tripping but then it made since. How do I spend Over $1000 on a brand new arcade machine that works for 20 minutes and I have to repair it myself? This is unacceptable and if I can fix it, I deserve to get some of my money back for my labor.

Update2: I saw on their site that they have a machine with 3,000 games. I called up and got an upgrade. Love this new machine. These guys are great to deal with and very helpful. I had always wondered if there was a way to turn the volume down but just never asked them so I did when I was at the store and sure enough there is. Also went over the new board and how to get around it quicker. I have seen other companies out there that are charging 2 and 3 times as much for their machines with half or less of the amount of games. I will be a customer for life.Love my Multicade. I was in such a rush to get it that I took the first half size multicade for the fighting games. I didnt give them time to get the graphics for the outside finished. I have had it for almost a year and love it. I have all the fighting games and many others that I grew up with. There is nothing like playing these on a true arcade machine like this. It was a birthday present and one of my favorites. If you like retro gaming this machine is worth every penny. I have played through so many game that I could never finish back in the arcade. These guys are great and I will run down in a few weeks and pick up my graphics.Update: I got my graphics today, wow they look fantastic. I did not think it would really matter to me but they look so good I have to admit it does. Be careful if you go to their shop as they have all of their machines out on display and it will take everything you have not to buy another one. There were at least 3 machines I saw that I wanted. Great company to deal with and as far as price these guys cannot be beat

I purchased the 3 sided cocktail table with 1400 games about a year ago while visiting Florida. Im shocked the joysticks have survived the abuse Ive given them but it still going strong. Absolutely loving it.

I had a difficult time deciding what to buy for the man in my life who has everything hes ever needed or wanted. We are both children of the 80s and can get a little nostalgic now and then. I know how much he loves the older arcade games from the days in which arcades in the malls were a big thing and Atari was in nearly every lucky childs home. After searching around and perusing Amazon, I found Suncoast Arcade. Additional research brought me straight to their website. I looked at what they had to offer and ordered the Galaga tabletop machine with 412 games. My recommendation: skip Amazon (where the price is actually higher b/c they have to pay to sell on Amazon) and just go straight to Suncoasts website. Youll save yourself some money! The fact Suncoast is local to Florida and is made in the USA was another selling point as I always try to support local businesses.Karen at Suncoast is great! Shell answer your questions (and I had several!) within a timely manner! This was packed well and shipped via FedEx Ground. Since I live in Florida this arrived on our doorstep the day after it was shipped! Needless to say, the recipient was very excited about his early gift and I couldnt be happier with the quality of the machine! It is absolutely fantastic! We simply unpacked it, plugged it in and within 20 seconds it was ready to go. The 19 screen is fantastic and the sound and visuals are spot on, very reminiscent of the 80s arcade games we all know and love.If youre on the fence about ordering from Suncoast please do not hesitate! Youll be happy with the entire experience!

My son has had one of these for years and a favorite with the grandkids. Im confined to quarters while fighting cancer so thought this would be perfect. Ordered and received very timely and packaged well. A little disappointed its just pressed board but moving on. Then numerous things didnt work . Returned the mother board and back in business . Some of the effects are a little annoying so tried to adjust the volume and no way to do so without reprogramming the board each time. Its a simple turn control on my sons machine. Then, while competing with my grandkids who are very competitive and enjoy being high score, I discover when you turn the machine off, it deletes the high score initials and replaces with LEE or deletes the high score all together. I called Suncoast and they said its a glitch that cant be fixed. Try and explain that to a bunch of grandkids. None of these issues are in my sons game machine with exact same appearance and games . This is a cheaper made knockoff with issues that cant be fixed . You need to shop around or be satisfied with glitches.
