I just want to thank Superior Fence for the amazing work they did. They took all of my old fence and put up a beautiful white PVC fence in 2 days. The gentlemen who put did the work and his grandson did such an amazing job I will be referring everyone to them.

Took 8 plus months to get our new fence installed. But part of this was covid impact on material delay and company impacted by employees coming down with covid. Guillermo did an excellent install job overall. Very happy with results.

This is the second fence we have purchased from their Salesman, Mark. He has always exceeded our expectations, and this time (Although there was an extended delay from when we paid the deposit, up until the work was completed) was no different. They were at our house within a week or two of the promised date, which was actually quicker than I expected. Due to the wood shortage, we opted for our first vinyl fence at this house. Due to HOA rules, etc, we couldn’t choose the color we initially wanted, which also turned out to be one of the best things that Mark did. We initially wanted a dark brown fence (like our old wood fence at our last house, after it was stained). Our HOA only allows the sand, or light beige color, which Mark assured me we would love. So, with no decision to make on the color, we trusted “the Professional”. Now, we love our fence, and Mark was right all along, it brightens up the yard (whereas the dark brown would have made the yard look smaller and darker.We, and our kids included, love our new fence and it has really helped transform our back yard to the tropical oasis we so desired. Also, we went with the “Privacy” fence, and we are so glad we did. There are no awkward onlookers, when we are in the pool. It is very private.Very happy!Matt, Renee, Ella, Evan, Tug, and Torts

Very poor quality of work. They got to us very timely to get an estimate and completed the work faster than others. Only after complaining, did someone come out to fix some of the problems. We still have posts that are not secured or square. No one seems to care once they were paid.WE DO NOT RECOMMENDFOLLOW UP - So you took the time to respond saying its not your job. It is however the same website just a different office. If you truly wanted to respond, you may want to call the other office and get the issue resolved.SORRY... STILL DO NOT RECOMMED!

Superior Fence and Rail was the most professional and on time of the three quotes I got for my new fence. the salesman was knowledgeable about all aspects of the project and anticipated my questions. Better still he was on time for our appointment. Their pricing was fair and their material (100%) PVC is one of the best available. Skilled installers showed up and did a 5 star job installing our fence and we couldnt be happier with the service. I highly recommend them if you want a good fencing experience.

Superior Fence & Rail did a superb job! The lines were precise and they made sure that the fence was close to the ground and surrounding fence lines so that our dogs cant escape. 2 workers finished the job in one day and they even removed our old chain link fence. I am building a house and Superior F & R worked with us to build the fence when it was most convenient to us. They built it exactly as we wanted and did an outstanding job. We built two fences, one aluminum and one vinyl, and both are high quality and look great.

I chose Superior because my neighbors fence was well constructed & beautiful and because the installers were awesome. I was not disappointed. My installers were wonderful. They worked very hard yet remained pleasant and smiled even though its was pretty hot. Except for a brand new fence, you couldnt tell theyd been there since they cleaned up so well. Sales and customer service were equally as great. I just cant find a negative... because there isnt one. Its been a few months and I just love my fence.

Beautiful fence!! Excellent workmanship. Their estimate was in line with others we received. The tipping point was they are the Home Depot installers for Southern Florida and they use their own employees - no subs. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was the broken promise of having the neighbors side secured between day 1 and 2 of the installation. It was left open. They have dogs and we have cats so it wasnt ideal but nothing traumatic. If thats a must for you, be sure to add it to the contract and make it clear with the estimator, scheduler and installer.

We just had a pvc fence installed by Superior and I couldnt be happier! The Salesman was knowledgeable and thorough. He went over all our options and explained what we could expect the day of the install. When the crew arrived to put our fence up, they were very friendly and worked hard in the hot sun all day to get our fence in before the holiday weekend. WOW does it look good!

A gentleman showed up and I don’t have a gate on either side of my property, invited him in to look at the back side of the fence. He refused to come in. Then he asked me everything I took the time to fill out on Superiors website, did he have anything about my property or information of even what type of fence I wanted, the short answer is no. Told him I was going to call the company to update you on the information. He said, nobody’s there. Don’t know how he was going to get the measurements of the backside of the fence without looking at my property survey and looking at the fence in my backyard.The worst attitude, and professionalism from a worker and I informed him as the seventh company that I’ve contacted he’s the worst one asking me all the questions without even seeing the fence or willing to find a solution to quote me. He said, well, if you have seven other quotes, you don’t need us then.FYI Mr. that’s the nature of the beast when you are sharing the cost with a neighbor. I’m sooo glad this happened so that he could be eliminated immediately. If anyone calls this company, bad call and if you get Darren at your door, RUN.

Our fencing project from start to finish was outstanding with Superior Fence through Home Depot. First, the sales associate Darren came to our home. He explained our options that were best for our home in a caring manner. We felt very comfortable and confident choosing the company after how he presented the job for our fence to us. We chose a vinyl fence and the brand offered was excellent quality. When our installers Brian and Brandon arrived they did terrific work. They were very careful making sure that everything was done with efficiency and accuracy. The high standards of their workmanship was very much appreciated. There was not one piece of mess left behind. They even cleaned our new fence from any dirt that the install may have caused before leaving. After, we contacted the manager Mike and thank him for providing us with wonderful customer service. Also, the entire office staff when we called was great. This company is trustworthy. We would not hesitate to recommend or use them in the future. Thank you kindly to the entire staff for a job well done.

Fantastic company, excellent to work with from start to finish. We used superior to do a 6 high fence along our back yard.Beginning with the initial consultation, the estimator called ahead and arrived 15 minutes early. The build day went smoothly despite an existing condition that required Superior Fence to come up with a custom solution. The existing fence was removed and the new one replaced it in under a day. Superior Fence was helpful in closing the permit even after the job had been completed. Professional company that I would highly recommend for a fence job.

The good: Darren, who came to measure and estimate, was prompt and pleasant. The office manager was always courteous. The install crew arrived when promised and did a good job. The fence looks very nice and, while its only been 2 weeks, all seems well.Unfortunately: we contracted through Home Depot and were required to pay in full up front even though the job had an 8 week lead time. That made me uncomfortable, but we went ahead because of the Home Depot name. It came up that my husband was going to need surgery right around our projected install date. I tried to call and coordinate this with them, but I could not get Mike to call me back. I tried at least 3 times over more than a week and he just would not bother to return my call.By this time we were already past our 8 week agreement date. I finally had to call Home Depot and navigate though their byzantine support system to get Superior Fence to respond to me and give me an install date.If I had it to do over again, I would probably go with someone else. While the fence looks good, it was stressful getting there and having been forced to pay up front, I felt I had no protection when a very simple request was ignored. If they didnt care enough to return my calls before the install, Im nervous about what would happen if I needed warranty support.UPDATE: Superior Fence reached out to follow up on the communication issue and to make sure I had a clear path for any future support needs, which I really appreciated!

The crew that came out to install the fence were such great guys. They answered all of my questions and worked so hard to get it installed before we left for vacation. I couldnt be happier!

Superior provided a fair price compared to other bids we received. I will say be patient with the install date. It did take some time from the quote appointment to install date; however, once they had an opening they called me right away and was out the next day. The installers did a great job and we are satisfied with the work completed.

Superior just installed a new fence around our pool and we are highly satisfied! Great job by the installers, very happy with the finished product. Went with an aluminum product to replace our old steel one. Darren was very friendly and was able to get in an install date earlier then expected.

When the perimeter fence on my corner lot needed to be replaced I interviewed several companies to do the job. From the moment the Superior Fence representative started talking I knew Id found my company. Craig was informative, thorough, helpful, and honest. He really sold me with no preasure. On the day of my installation 2 men showed up. I shared concerns about some plants etc. and they got to work. They worked all day, if they took a break, I didnt see it. They cleaned up after themselves and the job was done. My new fence has been up for 3 months and I love it. My neighbors are asking for recommendations now and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this company.

I had Superior Fence & Rail install a six foot high vinyl fence around my backyard back in February 2014 the fence still looks brand new and has held up well in the Florida heat and the hurricane seasons. Fast foward to December 4, 2019 when several of the fence slats were damaged by city work crews while working in the area. The next morning I stopped by Superior Fence & Rail and spoke with Gabrielle from the office she assured me she would check with her supervisor Mike to see if I could purchase four fence slats to replace the damaged ones. Well Mike called me that afternoon with great news saying he would give me the slats free of charge to replace the broken ones caused by city workers. I really appreciated Mikes help and would highly reccomend this company if you need any type of fencing around your property they do top notch work.

We just had our fence completed last week. They did a fantastic job and we are very pleased with it. The whole process stated out stressful not knowing what to order or how to buy it when we were searching the chain stores. While in search of the right product we were referred to Superior fence and Rail and they walked us through the process of what looked the best, lasted longer, and the steps that were needed. We had no idea a permit was needed to put a fence on our own property. They handled all the paperwork from start to finish. Great customer service from the sale person Mark and the girls in the office. I highly recommend if you looking to add a fence, repair a fence or replace one, you give them a call. I usually dont give reviews, but the service from Superior was excellent from Jeff coming out to give me a quote to Brian and Brandon installing the fence. Brian and Brandon were very professional and made sure that I was pleased with it before they left. Highly recommend them and plan on using them again.

1.0 star rating 12/19/2017I wish I could give a negative 5. Be careful with this bunch. Sales Professional Mark C. came to my home to bid my job. He was snarky and rude, telling me that my job was too small for him and that he knew I wouldnt pay $600 labor plus materials to have the work done. I told him that $600.00 was not a problem for me. He then said he would only do the work if I had him build another fence, which I was also considering. Then he began to argue with me over what type of fence I wanted. Then he started cursing me and came up to me close to me like he was gonna punch me or something. I truly believe that this salesman was on some type of drugs. I have never been treated like this from a company who wants to sell me something. I suggest like me, you look elsewhere for your fencing needs.

After several quotes from multiple companies including two hardware stores I went with Superior. My sales rep Mark was very informative in the process from the beginning to the end of the job with permits needing to be pulled and possible delays due to potential weather issues which in FL is understandable. The girl in the office answered all the questions I had when I asked during scheduling. On installation day the crew showed up and did the job without any issues. The fence looks fantastic and I am very happy with it.

I needed a new fence and had gotten quotes from a few fence companies but did not feel comfortable hiring any of them. A friend of mine told me to call Superior Fence and Rail of Pinellas. Their sales rep, Mark Caldwell, explained my options, answered all my questions and gave me a very good price for a white vinyl fence with a lifetime warranty. The installation crew arrived on time and it was obvious that they were professionals with lots of experience. I was impressed how quickly the fence went up and how good it looked. The crew even washed my fence before they left! I have since recommended the company to several friends. If you need a fence you should call Superior for a quote.

Heres the problem: Zero customer service after install. Had board on board fencing installed. Completed in 2 days 220 feet of fence. Came out once in 60 and replaced couple bad boards. Awesome! Been 1.5 years and need couple 4x4 replaced. Ive kept the fence treated with Thompsons, so couple 4x4 bad is ok, panels still look amazing. Anyway, got them to come and quote repair. Quoted $400 for trip charge plus labor and material. Then, never followed up. Salesman stated: In the business for new fence installs, not repair. Surprised and angry they dont take care of their customers.

We talked with several fence companies before going with Superior. Craig the saleman was very knowledgeable and gave very helpful suggestions on dos and donts for our unique yard. We went with over 200 feet of Khaki colored pvc fence and it looks amazing. The install crew was fast, friendly and very professional. Not only was Superior the best quality and highest rated of all the vendors, but also one of the cheapest. We definitely got the Cadillac but for KIA pricing.😁👍

Originally had 3 sides of our backyard fenced in with vinyl fencing from Superior a few years ago. After we tore down an old wooden 4th side of our fence, Superior installed vinyl fencing so now the whole backyard is fenced with 6 ft privacy vinyl fencing. The 4th side was a bit unique in that we left some original brickwork on both sides of the gate which required a bit of customization by Superior - it looks great. Superior also fenced in an area on the side of our house to shield our water equipment (e.g. irrigation system, etc.). It looks even nicer than I imagined it could and hides what was not so attractive on the side of our house. Ours salesperson Craig was also most helpful when discussing what I wanted & making helpful suggestions as needed.

The initial install worked out well, or so we thought. After only 6 years a 6x6 post rotted out at the base of the side gate support. Ive been in Florida more than 23 years and even with the weather we have here I was a little surprised. Fully prepared to pay for some upkeep and repair for the side gate I called Superior, they had my file on hand and confirmed the work they did, I thought things were heading in the right direction I was wrong. I was told I would get a call from the sales department with an approximate price for the repairs I had requested, that did not happen so I called back the next day. Same polite lady on the phone but now told I would probably need to get a sales person to stop by (approx 6 weeks wait) and even if I sent in detailed photos so the previous job could be revisited that it would take 12 weeks for a crew to get out here. You may have already guessed that I had the fence and gates put up for a reason, you are correct. My advice to superior Fence and Rail is to take a more proactive role in trying to look after your existing client base. We are the ones recommending you business to others, though I believe that stops here for me . Shame but thats the way it goes....
