Been coming here for quite some time. I like that the people are very knowledgeable and friendly. On this visit I took my son because he was interested in a particular kind of juice. I knew the staff would be helpful and offer great advice and get him what he desired. He was very satisfied once we left. The place has taken on a make over since my last visit and it seemed very inviting and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs expert advice and guidance on products and vape units.

I love this store. I have been using them for about 4 years for all my vaping needs. Then I discovered kratom for my nerve pain and Ive been going back daily ever since. The staff is incredible and Jess, the manager, has become one of my good friends. She trains her workers extremely well and Ive seen them handle all kinds of problems ranging from dirty tanks to damaged glass. They can handle any problem or question you have! I only go to this store because of the outstanding customer service given by Noah the store manager, and his team. Im disabled, and have a hard time entering the store on occasion. When I cant get inside for my requests, Noah comes out to my car and gives me outstanding customer service. When I have any questions regarding my E-cig, he takes his time to explain how to maximize the vaping experience in a professional and instructive manner. I give that store all the credit in helping me stop smoking, which has been about 6 months without 1 cigarette. I couldnt have done it without you guys.

Bright, clean, service was a bit overwhelmed but courteous. Prices were ok. They also sell kratom, cbd, and kava. Super busy road so getting in and out of the place can be tricky. I like this place because they have a reputation to uphold. If you know someone or familiar with another vape shop, your preference may be different because you can get better prices. They had a juice bar type, with a sofa and a big TV showing sports. Mostly middle-aged customers.

I have been to several lizard juice locations, and this one is my favorite by far. They have the friendliest staff of every location I have been to and always have what I need in stock. I am very hard on my e-cigs and they always take the time to help me fix my tanks when I am too hard on them, all while being very pleasant and social with me. When working overseas, they even shipped to my APO address and enclosed a free bottle of liquid and a thank-you note for my service. Even if I were to move to another area, I would make the drive to this location for all of my vaping needs. Truly a great group of people.

Incredibly helpful in fixing a broken vape i had that was not purchased from them. they tested over five coils and a new tank to make sure that my problem was in fact my mod. they went above and beyond to make sure they werent charging me for something i didnt need

Visited the East bay location on 1/24/18 at 10 a.m. and the store was empty, dark, and locked. Called the Clearwater store and no one answered the phone. Called store on 66th street, they were there. I am not sure why two different stores would not be open when they are supposed to be open, but you certainly lost my business on this day.

I wasnt as happy with their prices so I tried Zeus and after a short time, I had terrible disappointments in their products.As for the Lizard Juice, even in the most stressful moments I had absolutely desire to start smoking again. Great service for which I gave 5 stars, but I did find out that I could have bought the same device somewhere else for half the price I was charged. So make sure youre getting value for your dollar because there are other vape stores very close.

Stopped by to just look around. First off, the store is really clean. Not like those other vape stores that just say E-Cigarette on the sides of them. It was a really nice and welcoming place. Because of my location (Indian Rocks beach) I ended up going to Vapor road on walsingham in Largo. It was one of the worst retail experiences I have ever had!! Fortunately, a friend recommended Lizard Juice so I went to the Largo location on East Bay and it was a terrific experience!! Caiti assisted me during my 1st visit to Largo Lizard juice to purchase my e-cig. She was extremely helpful and friendly and explained everything I needed to know from the juice mg to the styles of tanks/batteries and even how to clean and maintain my e-cig. I have been back to this store several times since to purchase juice & accessories and it is always a pleasure!!
