The place is cool and the location is good. My waterproof watch needed a new battery. They replaced it and tested it. I took it home and it got water in it. The watch guy, Ben, took another look at no charge. He checked it out all over, put in more silicon and re-tested it. No water for weeks now. Im very appreciative of the good work. I will be back and highly recommend.

Exceptionally fast service! I brought in my wedding bands to be cleaned and replated and was completely blown away by the turnaround time! I collected coins of all varieties for 40+ years. I located Arnolds about 3 years ago and would gladly tell anyone that Zack represents his coins very well. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. I have purchased, had pregraded, graded as well as sold to Arnolds. Fair is a rare word in the coin industry but evident here. Highly recommended.

I had an extremely large collection of sterling flatware to sell because storage in my smaller home is quite limited. Last Friday night on Arnolds website I saw that I could text them, which I promptly did. They very soon returned my text and the following morning another text from them told me they were paying considerably more than my telephone inquiries to other silver buyers in the area.Today I visited Arnolds Jewelers on Seminole Boulevard after having gone to Old Northeast Jewelers and Silver Queen. Friends had recommended both other places. Old Northeast offered $440 for the two pieces I took them, and Silver Queen offered even less. Zack Arnold gave me a written quote for the pieces that I was liquidating. Neither of the other two establishments did that. Imagine my surprise when Mr. Arnold told me that his offer on my sterling tray and vintage compact was $885. I was overwhelmed at the difference! Besides the fact that I received, I believe, about 90% of the spot price of silver, the staff at Arnolds was attentive, courteous, and respectful. Silver Queen, on the other hand, appeared indifferent and rather rude. Years ago my late husband dealt with them and was pleased with their service. I certainly felt that their service was less than mediocre.Just to let you know, Arnolds store wasnt exceptionally large, but it was well stocked with quite a nice selection of estate and vintage jewelry, diamonds, watches, gold pieces, coins, and other collectables. I cant wait to visit Arnolds again--just to shop and have a ring appraised by their GIA graduate Gemologist. Thank you Arnolds for treating an older widow with such respect and for the generous check you gave me on the spot for my sterling flatware.

I bought my platinum wedding band elsewhere almost 10 years ago, but it needed to be resized so it wouldn’t fall off. I had seen ads for Arnold Jewelers on BN9, and saw they had overwhelmingly positive reviews on Google so I gave them a shot. Drop off was friendly and easy, taking less than 10 minutes. I was told it would ready within 5 days. Less than 2 days later it was ready. It fit perfectly and looked better than it had on my wedding day. Pick-up as well took less than 10 minutes. I will be happy to give them my business again, a great experience.

We heard of Arnold Jewelers, but only went there this morning for the first time to try to sell some of my old jewelry. What a great place! I wanted to buy everything in the store and the prices were so reasonable. Never having sold jewelry before, I was a bit nervous. Brittany was marvelous - made me and my husband feel at ease and valued. She made the entire transaction so easy. We got a really fair price and just loved the entire experience. Loni was also charming and she evaluated the gemstones. There were at least 10 things I wanted to buy, but was deterred by my husband (so I guess I will go back without him!). I liked the family atmosphere - relaxed and fun. This is a real find - very different from the hard sell jewelers I have encountered in the past. We certainly would do business with them again.

I stopped by 8/20 to switch a band on my Rolex. We had interest in selling my wifes Rolex. Ben gave me a price. I told him we would think about it. I took the watch back on 8/21 for full evaluation. We agreed on a price and close the transaction within 15 minutes. There wasnt any pressure and Ben was respectful with my time.

I bought a Rolex here for $5k, and had issues with it running too slow. Had to bring it back for correction days later. No big deal. I brought my Tudor Prince Oysterdate here to have it opened and checked out and they told me they couldn’t open it and that it was fake... very serious claim...Took it to an authorized dealer yesterday... they opened it within two minutes and fully authenticated it. It was 100% real.I can’t do business with a place that would make such a dangerous, bold claim without 100% certainty. It embarrassed me and almost caused me to throw away a $1600 watch.

I placed an order for the 2019 50th anniversary of the Apollo moon landing $1 pure silver coin on Feb. 17th. It arrived promptly on Feb 22. I cannot be more pleased with this super cool coin. A bit pricey though. Should have been $10 cheaper. However, the coin came in OGP with a COA. I truly believe the coin is in PR70 condition. It is evident the coin has never been out of the packaging it came from the mint in. I am extremely pleased, although like I said it could have been cheaper.

A quarter of a century ago, I lost a claddagh ring. I think that it broke while I was wearing a disposable glove and that I tossed it in the garbage can along with the glove. I have searched for another claddagh ring ever since, but I could never find one that was designed exactly like the one I had lost. When Arnold Jewelers listed a look-alike on Ruby Lane, I jumped at the chance to buy it! Rebecca helped me with my order, including resizing the ring.
