This place is awesome! I needed about 30 shirts made for our vacation Bible School. I went in on Thursday and they were ready the next day! They saved the day and were very helpful and professional! Definitely will get all of our business.

Although this is a nice place and two of the three shirts I ordered are correct, one shirt was delivered in a neon yellow - of which I didnt order. I ordered a pale blue, a light grey and a light yellow and I received a pale blue, a light grey and a neon yellow. Neon yellow? Wth? These shirts are not cheap either. They offered to order a new shirt but I have already waited a week for this, I cant wait any more. I dont know if they offer this service but you may want to bring in your own shirts that way you are sure to get what you want. I have 6 more shirts to order and I will not use this place. They just lost my business. Its unfortunate because the people there are nice but nice just cost me a $30 loss. For a small, start up business that is a lot of money.

Ive had many shirts made here. The lady is always friendly and fast service. And she doesnt mind when I want crazy things done. Highly recommended!

We worked with Vicky to create t-shirts for our company to attend a trade show. It was wonderful! She really listened to our design ideas and found creative ways to make them look good. The shirts were super comfortable and we received so many compliments on the design. I highly recommend working with Focus Graphix!

1:40 pm Tuesday November and 2020 they wont answer phone. Called three times in 2 days. I think they are out of business. Or, they dont need any business. They want to schedule appts. But do not answer.

Best service in the industry...I have been working with Focus Graphix for 10 years and they are hands down the best in the industry that I have seen, from small custom projects to large scale ones they work to understand your needs, suggest ways to save money and provide artwork if needed, the honesty and up front transparency of expectations are the best one could ask for in this industry.

I went there around the holidays with a T-shirt design I drew for my boyfriends band and Focus nailed it. It looked perfect and it wasnt just screened on with sticky stuff some t-shirt places do. And the quality of the t-shirt it was screened on was better than I expected. It was soft which is what my boyfriend loves. I was very pleased with how the gift was executed!

I cant praise FOCUS Graphix enough. Victorias superior customer service and attention to detail ensured I met my 2 day deadline for my 6 ft. banner. Im extremely satisfied with the quality & would recommend their services to everyone!

I have done shirts with Focus Graphics for 8 events. They have always come out amazing! Very accomidating! Viktoria has always been a great help. I will continue to use them and recommend them.

Priority is not on the customer and the owner is rude.I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life with Victoria, the owner (so she said) and have never before had to beg a company to take my business.I called to talk about a same-day order for two shirts, was told they dont do same-day orders. When I mentioned my friend had gone in physically and had an order done within the hour, she changed her tune and as we were talking details she was agreeable, until I asked her to send me a mock up before printing. She did a complete 180º and told me it was against policy to get art approvals for rush orders and there was nothing she could do about it (though I have never heard of an owner who couldnt make exceptions). I understand why thats a good policy in theory, but in practice there are always different circumstances, so I offered solutions: i.e. she could go ahead with printing within 10 minutes of sending the mock up email, with or without a reply from me. I was told I was being pushy and she wouldnt stand for it. She became hostile from there.I asked about the production process to see when my shirts would be finished, was told I could pick it up at closing (three hours), and asked so it will take three hours to do the mock up and printing for two shirts? and she told me our production process is none of your business, and continued to berate me for being pushy, while I was trying to convey to her that I simply wanted us both to be happy with the result. Finally, she said We do not let our customers tell us what to do when they don’t know our production process, to which I replied that a custom printing company needs their customers input and reminded her that I HAD asked about her production process and she said it wasnt any of my business. So, as she continued to insult me, I continued to try and give her my business on mutually agreeable terms, until she finally said she refused to do the project. Terrible, HORRIBLE way to treat a customer, especially as an owner.And again, this was to print TWO SHIRTS. If they cant print two shirts with a simple, approved design for a customer in a few hours, WHAT CAN THEY DO?

Always a GREAT EXPERIENCE, they are extremely helpful and always have my order ready when due.They have always given us great service. Thank you focus Graphics !! 😀

Ive had several tees done by them, and they were prompt, courteous and delivered exactly what I wanted every time

I read the reviews and decided to visit because I was looking for a rhinestone shirt. Well I went in and was greeted but that was the only good experience about my trip. The young lady was rushing me to make a decision and was very short with me! I felt like I was interrupting her day by stopping in. I was asking questions about the process to start an order and she was not very concise or open about the steps. She stood far away from me as if I was going to bite her or something. She did not ask me what I wanted on the shirt and after asking more questions she finally gave me a piece of paper to draw my request. Honestly I left feeling frustrated, unheard and that I wasted gas driving there. Focus Graphix will not get something as little as $1 of my hard earned money. So the search continues for another place that can bring my vision to fruition and provide better customer service than what I received.

I came to this shop to have a t shirt made for a secret santa. I came in and told them what I wanted and gave them some logos to put on it. I advised Viktoria that due to work schedules I wouldnt be able to pick up the shirt and needed it sent to another state. My giftee sent me another picture and it looked fantastic! Excellent service and they handled every thing from start to finish. 10/10 would shop again.
