I think this might be my first time doing one of these google reviews! Long story short I had been seeing tons of these super cute kitchy beaded purses coming out from high end fashion brands. And the more I looked at them I realized that with a little bit of effort I could make one myself! A few YouTube tutorials later I felt confident I could make it happen. I found BeadTin online and they have an absolute mountain of options for the colors, styles and sizes of beads. I wanted a whole ton of colors since I had a few different ideas I wanted to try to make. I was able to order pretty much every color I could imagine needing and the price was extremely reasonable. I had seen the same styles of beads for twice as much at most of the Amazon listings I had seen before finding beadtin. When I got my order it was so much fun since the packaged ended up being almost the size of a pillow case. So far I’ve finished my first bag design last night and I’m hooked. I highly recommend this website if you are interested in making a beaded bag or anything else like that.

Great color selection. Beads are neatly packaged in clean and bright colors. My package was missing for awhile by USPS but BeadTin kept me informed when the package was found and not only the delivery time but when it was delivered. Was initially very excited to order from this site, it exceeded my expectations in terms of how much variety they had. Upon ordering I received plenty of updates on shipping/tracking. When it was all “delivered” I came home to a poorly wrapped bag that definitely only contained maybe one or two pieces of my 12 piece order. It actually only contained the 12 compartment box and string, no beads. So I immediately emailed Beadtin and hoped to receive some sort of clarification, maybe the rest was still in transit? Was there a mix-up? It took about 2 days to receive a response, they actually said that fedex sent the entire order, so they didn’t understand “what I was talking about” the problem is yet to be resolved. I suppose this could just be the first and only time I’ll order off of this site.

I placed an order online. The beads are such good quality! My friend who doesnt make kandi and doesnt really know anything about pony beads was able to tell that the ones I ordered from BeadTin were nice. They are very smooth and uniform in both color and size. I havent run into one with a defect yet. Everything was packed with care (no spills in the box!). I will definitely buy from BeadTin again.

I placed an order on December 5th, it is now December 30th. I have yet to receive my order. I emailed the company to inquire, they said, too bad for you. There is nothing we can do. We shipped it and it’s out of our hands. I would hope they would have better customer service. An easy search on Shop & they would see I never received it. Wouldn’t they mail another? No. This was a Christmas gift I ordered for my young son. Very disappointed all around.

I own a fishing rig company (123FishingRigs.com) and have been buying beads for over 10 years. Needless to say Ive always had to compromise in one way or another while searching for the perfect bead color shape or size. Not so with BeadTin. I found exactly what I was looking for, in fact it was better than I expected. I will definitely order from them again especially since many companies are folding because of the challenges presented by Covid-19. This company seems to be thriving, hopefully they will stay afloat. They also have great customer service. My order was lost by the United States Postal Service but they tracked the order down and refunded the shipping cost because of the delay, even though it wasnt their fault. No problems placing my order and getting what I wanted. However, I did have a problem with the USPS. Did not receive my order on the day the track your order email said I would. Received next day with no name or address label on the envelope. There was a white blank label placed over this by I assume the post office and my address only was hand written in. I thought it was strange because the envelope did not look damaged in any way.
