First visit to HSN outlet, I was pretty excited from what friends had been saying. I must admit I was a little disappointed. The merchandise was very limited but, that could be do the recent situation. I did find an adorable dress that was very reasonably priced. They had a great selection of high end purses that I will definitely check out in the future.

Love to go there miss the extra discount they had on senior day every Tuesday. Merchandise is not extensive as a year ago. But I still like going

First time at this location. The store & prices are absolutely amazing!!! Had always shopped at the location in Tampa & Brandon. The new pricing is great & staff is friendly & very helpful. Definitely worth the trip!!!

Love! Love! HSN outlet! except that when I asked to see something in the display case and asking them to hold it for me since youre not allowed to put it in your cart until you go check out and then come to find out that, the item was given to another customer.

All in all, its good, but they closed down my local HSN store, so it is a long drive.

Crazy place, they dont let you try anything on or use their public bathrooms, they tell you to go use the bathrooms next door, what a joke!! How rude of them to assume they can send partons next door to use another stores bathrooms- are they going over and helping the other store CLEAN those bathrooms?? Just RUDE!!

PLEASE open the try-on rooms. I do not have time to take pants home, see if they fit, and maybe bring them back. I would rather people try on in store than take them home and let them lie around for days before returning them. Great prices on DG2 jeans in the store but each one fits differently and must be tried on. Most other stores have opened their dressing rooms.

Typical outlet. Sharp pricing. Only problem was I couldnt buy anything because they wouldnt take my H S N credit card. Loosing a sale .

Deals are amazing. Sometimes hard to find an employee to help you out towards the back of the store. This is a great place to find things different than bells and others.

Prices inside are a lot better than they use to be and the confusing dots are gone. Big sized clothes dont cost am arm and a le g like they do in most places and the quality is really nice. Jewelry is still pricey.

Would give negative stars if possible!!! Horrible customer service!!! Returned item that I used credit from previous return, as well as additional cash to purchase. I returned the item, would only give me credit for the cash paid…I guess they get to keep my credit amount!!!! Never setting foot in that store again!!!!!

1st ever visit was enlightening as to how much merchandise there was thst had possibilities.

Had a nice shopping trip. The store was clean, the staff was pleasant and helpful.

Well, unfortunately I did not have a good experience this time at the store.....I do stop by occasionally and enjoying looking, and at times find a treasure or two. On this occasion I was looking in the jewelry cases, I did not take a number as I was browsing and the one staff member was with a elderly father/daughter couple, walking along the cases and selecting the items wanted in his price range. The staff member suggested looking at some Heidi Daus, which I happened to be looking at, the gentleman stated that he could not afford Heidi Haus.....she moved him down to look anyway....and as she plopped a large acrylic barrier upon the counter in front of me, informed me that, I needed to take a number to look at the jewelry.......I need a number to look at the jewelry I questioned, she immediately backpedalled and stated, oh no I mean for one of us to show you the jewelry. I could hear their conversation from 10 feet away....nothing wrong with my hearing. Well in a huff I left the counter as she fully intended to get me away from the counter, so she could show more jewelry to her customers...... I had not asked her to show me anything so she had no reason to tell me I needed a number....what ever happened to excuse me. Then later another employee asked if they could help me, I brought up how upset I was at the incident, and she denied ever saying that. So now leaving the store, I’m even more upset and humiliated that staff member continues telling how she never said that. With all the lovely places a can go to spend my hard earned $$ ....and be treated with respect HSN outlet will no longer be on my list, that’s for sure.

I wanted a bracelet (there were 2). The associate said they were sold, which was ok. But as I was looking, 2 older women came in, asked what was on sale for their weekly bargain hunt and was handed both bracelets I wanted. The ladies said oohh, beautiful, Ill take themThey had not yet been sold when I asked, they were being held. Ill not shop there again.

Love love love this store!! The prices are really great and the store, while a little crowded with merchandise, is very clean. The sales people are very helpful and nice. Ive never had a problem with returning anything as long as you have a receipt. Definitely check out boxed items before purchasing though. I cant stress this enough! It will save you a trip back to the store. Im on fixed income and this store allows me to get the most bang for my buck.

What an eclectic store! They have a little of everything. The sales are necessary because the prices are similar to Kohls, where discounts are also necessary. I was impressed that the senior discount days, Tue and Thu, are available to anyone 50 years old and up. That is a lower age than most stores. I didnt make a purchase today, but I plan to go back soon.

This is a great store, but you need to spend a little time to find the really great deals. Everything is priced at the normal price and depending on the date, discounts apply. The older the item, the bigger the discount. Fabulous on days when there is an extra 25% off. Also, a very good place to get unique shoes. I love to pop in here when I have some extra time and meander around trying to find a great deal.Store is always clean and dressing rooms rarely have peoples unwanted items in them. (I hate going into a dressing room to find all of the hooks filled with the last persons rejects.)Staff is hit or miss. Sometimes they are pleasant and ready to help -- other times they forget they are working customer service.

Usually great sales for each day u go visit. Senior discounts. Sometimes stock is stagnant. Great custom jewelry with fair prices. Watch some products as it appears the items are returned stock from TV.

Always leave the store with great deals. The help are very friendly. Before I go to the big name places I wonder around HSN Outlet first. But fair warning if you see what you like get it dont think oh Ill come back another time cause it will be gone.

Good experience here, a little pricey. You must come often to catch the right sale. Special prices change often...you may get a manager special discount on a item today at a particular price...but when the manager special is over the regular price may change also. Special pricing happens on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. They allow you to open boxes to check for missing part...because most items are returns. Ill be back many times searching for that special item.

But of course, quantities are limited, and the stock might be a year old.. For the guys, there is a lot of As Seen On TV type of stuff, at bargain-basement prices. The front of the store is clothes for middle aged women.. nothing wrong or unexpected there. The back looks like an abandoned flea market.

Was not pleased with the associates. I know it is a busy time of year but a good attitude goes a long way. I guess plus sized people dont deserve to shop in a place like this. I simply asked if they would have anything my size and with disgust, the associate saidNo, these are fashions for the normal size person.

Love the store. Awesome prices and enjoy doing early Christmas shopping there. Leaves me plenty of money in savings to be able to continue shopping weekly for specials and great bargains. Im hooked!

Great bargains but be careful for they are all discontinued, open box, returned or useless items from HSN. You should always open the box to make sure all the pieces are there. I bought a $100 outlet priced electric heater discounted to $15. It said works, no fake flame. I knew it couldnt be returned. Took a chance. Of course, it didnt work at all. I did buy a $12 dirt devil vaccuum that I love and a steam cleaner for $30. Both must have retailed for over $300 each. Pillows and comforters are a steal.

The original prices are quite high on many of the items. However, with the way they work their discounts it does help. Sometimes you can really hit the jackpot. Like any outlet store you cant go in there planning to buy something specific, but if you have time to wander you may find something awesome.

If u dont know about this place. Here is the scoop. This is the place to go get the deals you are looking for. Period! There is one in Tampa but this one in St. Petersburg is the best one to go to. Its worth the trip, really.

Fantastic deals based on how long its been in stock. This black Friday at least 40% off on all sales prices then take an extra 15% that price. I purchased Skechers last year for $10 after discounts. So great I bought 3.

There is always some good find. Check out the Managers special, it is usually a really good deal. It changes week to week, so you never know.

The prices are determined by age of the stock. The max discount is 70%, but there isnt much there that qualifies for that. 25 and 40% off are other discounts, along with manager sales.It seems the housewares that are in the back are largely returns, and old shopping labels with previous customers names and addresses are still on the labels.No one bothers you when you shop there and once in a while you might find something thats a great deal, but not always in my perspective with things I would potentially be open to buy.
