Absolute failure in their duties! I went to get a Covid test from CVS yesterday. First of all, it takes 3 days to even get an “appointment” to get a Covid test that takes literally a few minutes to do. Then I find out today that they gave me an expired tube, so the lab didn’t even run my test! Absolute incompetence on their part! I am beyond angry and frustrated by this! Do not go to CVS if you want an accurate Covid test!

WOW! Waited 30 minutes in drive thru behind 2 cars picking up prescriptions (NOT the COVID testing lane, clearly). Other cars backed out and left, understandably so. Inside seems fine when I stopped in quickly 3 different times at various times of day.

Nobody is picking up the phone! I had called several times during the day and can’t get nobody to take my calls.

I have to call in to get a prescription filled each month. Every time I call, I am on hold between 30-45 minutes for someone to answer the phone in the Pharmacy. I even hung up and called the front desk and they werent much help either. Looking to change CVS locations.

Awesome. My name is Vishwanathan Srinivasan and I am very happy with the pharmacist and all the pharmacy associates who are giving me Clyndamycin solution at a reasonable cheap price even w/out my insurance. I have been a long time customer years at CVS and I will continue to do business with CVS. The only bad thing is that the insurance wont cover CVS otherwise I would have came here permanently. Only reason I am giving a 4 star instead of 5 star because the associate couldnt tell me when the TG lee milk comes in at that store especially the shift manager Tony was rude and mean to me with an arrogant attitude which I didnt appreciate it at all. I am glad she got fired because I had to deal with her every time I come in. Other associates were cool though. Other issue is that the milk was not super cold and it was getting spoiled and we had to throw several gallons at different times, but thats a cooler issue not a vendor issue but other than that the pharmacist, employees, shift managers and even the corporate office were very nice and caring in communicating with me in having the medicines ready and getting them delivered in a timely manner. It is still 1000 times better than Walgreens. Kudos CVS

Terrible customer service from Karine and Jonathan. Also, the stores shelves are unorganized and messy. Would not recommend going here. Drive the extra distance and go to Walgreens

They make you pick up medications in the same lane as those with Covid that are touching the buttons. They also dont confirm the medications to make sure they are right. Terrible customer service. Wish I didnt have to use them.

Prices are jacked up insanely here, an item that costs 13 dollars at target is 20 here.

I spent 2 hours to do the Covid 19 test. In the car. They do not how to contact the insurance.

Drive Thru line can take some time. Not good at communicating when there is a problem with prescription

The CVS drug store is the only place that carries Excedrin Pm in the entire county. I have been everywhere. I depend on that. And they only sell it in the 24 pill size and its hidden so you really gotta study the aspirin isle. I would be in bad shape if not for CVS. Thank you very much.

Pharmacy completely unhelpful. I have been going there for awhile. No one is ever friendly or helpful. Not going to go back.
