Took in my computer for repair. They checked it said the main was fried and could not be repaired.Tried to sell me a new one. It cost $almost $800 with set up. It was smaller and less features than my old one I paid $729 for, with no options,Reluctantly I agreedThey tried to take my old computer saying the would dispose of it. InsteadI took it with meTold my son what I did. He looked at my old computer and fixed it in 5 minutes. Said dad they must love to scam senior citizens as they are liars.He said I should return the new one. I called the manager. He would not listen, said to bad you own it.Talked with couple others who had the same experiencesSTAY AWAY and BEWARE of these crooks who pray on everyone especially the elderly

Had an issue with my wifi on my laptop. I dropped it off and within 2 days these guys already had it fixed. Super professional and very nice. When it comes to keeping me posted on my laptop they had it dialed in. PCOL has a really good tracking system with their service. I had an email with everything listed when I dropped my laptop off. Even a short audio clip going over everything. Definitely recommend

Staff was very knowledgeable but I was a little disappointed. I bought a budget gaming computer from them years ago specifically to play Battlefield 1942. Worked great until upgrade to Windows 10. I read online where the game could be played on Windows 10 with a workaround. Pinellas Computers told me they could load the game but that it would not run.They did not have a solution. Oh Well!

Brought my pc in for start up issues, they were quick and efficient, got the rig back the next day no issues since!

They took excellent care of my MSI, replaced my burnt ssd and got me running again affordably.

Took my computer in several months ago for a problem unrelated to the hard drive and was told the hard drive was going. Told them Ill wait on the hard drive fix the reason i brought it in. Came home ran test via the internet and the hard drive was listed as ok. Now, several months later my computer would not load windows. I was told again it was the hard drive. Paid $300.00 for a new hard drive took the computer home and it did again did not load windows. Took the computer back in and was told now it was the video card. i said then the hard drive was not the problem and was told the initial test said it was and now the diagnostics tell them it was the video card. So I spent 300 buck on a hard drive I didnt need? Theyre answer was at first we thought it was the hard drive and now it is something else. In other words, screw you. Stay away from this place they cant figure out whats wrong with your computer and will keep charging you until they can.

Very qualified and experienced and HONEST. They handle all my computer needs (I have 7 computers for my office) quickly and easily. They use remote log-on for most issues so I dont have to lose time and the computer taking it over to them. They also have great deals on reconditioned computers in the store and can custom build anything you need.

I certainly recommend using this place for anything computer related! I had them place an order for me, service/repair a laptop, AND build a computer for me. They were very patient and easy to work with, knowledgeable about all the questions I threw at them (and I had plenty!), contacted me before making ANY changes, and quick to respond to their ticket notes system as well as emails. Took a laptop in for repair, the gentleman in the shop We’re friendly courteous very knowledgeable! He fixed the problem in less than five minutes. Then showed me what to do if the error message came back. I highly recommend them!!

They placed a charge on my credit card of $37 six months after I cancelled one of their subscriptions. I am certainly not happy with a random charge of $37 coming through on my credit card six months after the fact. I dont remember agreeing to this $37 charge. I do not recommend signing up for one of their maintenance or virus subscriptions. I am talking with Ryan, the owner of the company, who says he is 29 years old. He is threatening to take me to court and that I will pay their attorney $200+ per hour for collection actions on this charge of $37. The owner Ryan says that he has sent his attorney to collect charges from his clients before. I dont recommend anyone do business with someone so willing to send their attorney after someone for $37.After I posted this originally, Ryan called me back up and used the f-word 3 times and threatened to take me to court.Also, their contract in the fine print says that they will charge $75+ if you dispute a credit card transaction and that they can also potentially remotely disable your devices (see image if it gets uploaded). I wished I had read the fine print!!!

I had been running two monitors on my Dell Inspiron but having three simultaneously viewable desktops would be a big plus for my marine consulting/design/compliance business. Explained that I didnt really want to spend the big bucks for a new CPU and Stuart and the team did the leg work, found a compatible graphics card, installed it for a super competitive price, and now Im up and running with three 27 monitors boosting productivity. I took an old Windows 7 Dell Inspiron to Pinellas Computers of Largo after the Geeks at Best Buy would not touch it. My antique dinosaur of a computer had a decade of valuable documents from both home and work along with irreplaceable photos Ive taken over the years. Stuart who first assisted me, informed me that Windows 7 would no longer be supported in about 4 months. I didnt care, my computer was dear to me and would continue to serve as a platform for documents and photos. The team at their store worked tirelessly for a couple of weeks to resuscitate my Dell. The mother board, power switch and keyboard were all replaced but her time was up. To make a long story short Mike the manager went out of his way to assure me nothing was lost. He offered me an up to date computer at a more than reasonable price, then made a seamless transfer of all my data onto the new one. To protect my personal data Mike also had the hard drive pulled out of the old Dell and returned all parts. I could not be happier. Many thanks to the team who worked on it: Stuart, Josh, Owen, Hayden and especially Mike.Oh, a nice touch from Pinellas Computers is that they updated me regularly with e-mails or a phone call on what the status was.

This place is great. When I was there I met two guys who appeared to be partners. They were friendly, acknowledged I was there and briefly asked what I was there for while he was helping another customer. I was told upfront the price to repair and clean up my computer which had become extremely slow. The computer was ready within 24 hours and never worked better. After 4 months of operation, it is still working at the same level. This place is great and recommend it to all. Thank you guys for your service. I will not go to any other place based on my experience. I will spread the word.

Took my HTPC in to the Walsingham Rd. location today. Could not have had a better experience. Greeted as soon as I came in by Nick he asked some questions got my machine checked in asked some questions and I was off. I was kept informed throughout the day by email as to the status of my machine. After a complete work up of my machine. Come to find out it was a complete fluke and was charged nothing. I will not hesitate to bring my machine back to Pinellas Computers of Largo in the future. Great service!

Quick, fast, easy, affordable. Most important? Honest.I had a overheating problem with my laptop that has usually indicated a bad card, fan or heat sink; there was the small possibility it was merely thermal paste erosion, and I stated as much.They did the assess, and found that it was indeed thermal past (and not the more typical and expensive possible issues I mentioned above which they could have easily taken credit for). $90 and 3 days later I had my beast back in good working order- best $90 I ever spent.Thanks guys!

My Laptop CMOS battery needed 2 be replaced and I took it in around 2 and got it back around closing the next day. Very fast and affordable. Not to mention the staff is very friendly. Christopher really knows what hes doing. I would recommend this establishment 2 anyone. Theyre awesome.

These guys are great! I dropped my PC off, having issues with it not booting. Within an hour, I had a call back saying they got it on and just wanted to double check and make sure everything was still okay. Theyre friendly and very helpful.
