I have a problem with my computer today. It is time for me to get it fixed. I called to set something up. The EXTREMELY RUDE boss told me I was selling something and hung up on me. I called back, and I was BLOCKED. This happened because I was polite on the phone. I called back using my wifes phone. The boss REFUSED to get on the phone. I was told they were rude there, but I still wanted to give them a chance because i talked to them a while back. STAY AWAY. STAY FAR FAR AWAY.

Bought about 3 laptops from them and upgraded my desktop to a SSD . Great prices. The only pc repair store I use. For the past 10 years.

One word to describe the service: INCOMPETENTI brought my laptop in because it was running unusually slow. I only requested none of my data be lost and to call me with the diagnostic before he began repairs. I had to contact him after a week to ask about the status of the diagnostic. The guy couldnt figure out the problem and completely wipe my hard drive. No phone call to confirm it was okay to loose all of my data. Turns out it was only a bad wire, the rest of the laptop was perfectly fine, including my new solid state hard drive. He deleted 10 years of photos and all my work over a bad wire.When I came to pick up my laptop he couldnt articulate why he had to delete all of my data. It was painfully obvious he messed up and couldnt admit to his own fault. Then had the audacity to charge my $150 for a bad wire replacement. $150 for loosing 10 years of photos of myself with my Marine Corps brothers...A simple fix, because of this mans incompetence, erased more than this company will ever be able to understand.Don’t pay attention to the bellow comment. Apple tech support and Drive Savers both concur: no need for what this company did. Incompetents at its finest.

Repaired my computer quickly and did not try to sell me a new computer just fixed it instead. Very reasonable I will go back again.

Not happy with this business. I purchased an MacBook Air LCD assembly and the WIFI cables do not fit. I started a refund request and seller closed the request and provided no explanation. Terrible customer service.

Happy with my computer fix...they cleaned it out and got it running next to perfect. Drove all the way back to Clearwater from St. Pete just to get to this shop. Highly recommended.

The staff helped me pick out my next apple computer with ease and comfort. I used their finance program and was able to buy everything I wanted.

The owner there name Pete gave me the impression he was racist, and lazy, he refused to sale me a WiFi wireless stick, told me he know its not going to work, I know my computer and it would work but he still refuse to let me purchase it, I believe because of the color of my skin. I went to Best Buy bought what I needed that he sold and it worked. He deserve 0***s.

I have taken my Samsung Galaxy Tab A into this establishment twice, and I have been very Pleased with their dealings with me. The first time my Tablet was still under warranty and they were able to diagnosis the problem and I didnt have to Send it to Samsung. It was a cord problem. This last time it had to do with the multi- charging strip I was using. The price was reasonable and this last time there was no charge. The business man is very honest. I dont know much about technology, the man didnt rip me off. He had every opportunity twice and was very honest. Any time any of my Electronic things need help they will be going to Notebook Plus.

Bought a Power supply (PS) from them needing a bigger more powerful power source for upgrades I did. Sold me and installed, a cheap PS that didnt even last one day. Went back, they replaced it, with the same cheap Brand (A-Power 600W PS), this 2ns PS has never worked right since they put it in. Would not replace the second one. Not happy with them not standing behind what they sell. A shame.

When my Mac Book Pros hard drive died they recovered all of my lost photos, files, and put a solid state drive in. Now my computer is a lot faster!!!

I brought 2 computers here bna repair in a short time ago and the work they did was of high quality and for low cost compared to anywhere now I brought my computer allien ware and the dell technician found that it still had a warranty and called for me to ask They will fix the computer for free saving me more than 1000 dollars by repairing the mother board. These guys are too good. I heartily recommend them to you.
