By far the best police supply I have found in the Bay Area! The owners are super friendly and helpful, as well as the rest of the staff. The prices are good and the selection is the best around for gear. If you’re a first responder I can absolutely recommend going here, and if you’re not...well it’s still a cool place to check out and they have some items available for you as well!

I think they need to adjust their attitude more towards civilian clientele. I walked into the store and no one approached me, I asked about items I got a very short answer we dont have it. When a PCSO Lt. walked in the served him like he was the only one in the store. I am LEO as well but I guess not high enough in the ranks

Great place for all law public service uniforms and accessories. We went in to purchase a pair of boots and the staff was very helpful. They asked what group we were with and made sure we got the appropriate discount. We will be back for sure!

I have bought all of my duty gear here. The staff is very knowledgeable. They give a blue line discount. I even bought my BDUs and boots here. They have everything. If its not in the store they will order it for you. I see sheriffs deputies in there every time I go in. If S.O. shops there you know theyre good.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I walk into the store and the employees were very rude. They acted like they did not want to help me find what I was looking for. Left the store without even making a purchase due to this experience. A friend of mine recommended Allways McCaffertys Uniforms to me, so I decided to give that store a try. I was greeted upon entry and the employees walked me throughout the store helping me find what I need. I actually found what I was looking for and even purchased a few things for my family members. Got to speak with the owner and he was very nice and professional. Will definitely be going here for all my uniform, embroidery, and alteration needs.

Signal 15s staff are very inviting, helpful, and extremely knowledgable. The store offers a huge wide variety of first responders supplies, gear, clothing, etc. They even have great gifts for the family too! Id have to say hands down, that they are filled with the most supplies out of all the shops in the area. And, if they dont have what you need, the staff will go above and beyond to get it for you! Lastly, their tailoring service is great! I would recommend Signal 15 to all of my friends, co-workers, and all first responders!
