Beautiful wooden cane! The handle shows off the grain of this wood. I really love the texture of the shaft with the bark preserved and the pattern formed where the thorns were removed. I am also impressed with the service received, cut to the correct size and shipped quickly. :-)

The cane I ordered is very well made and attractive. Online ordering was easy and delivery exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, I incorrectly measured the length I needed so my advice is to measure twice in order to get the correct fit.

Im pleased with the craftsmanship and shipping of the canes. This was the second one Ive ordered. I like the natural wood canes. The only reason I will not order another one is because both canes I ordered were a much lighter shade than the canes in the pictures I picked. Why would I spend time to pick a stain I like to receive one many shades lighter?

We ordered the beautiful walnut cane with the palm grip. Our 95 year old father was very impressed and loved the feel of the handle; however, we were not satisfied with customer service and the engraving on the cane. They simply copy and pasted the text that I had sent them. In doing so they omitted the last part of his birthday 7 - 15 - 1924. The engraving read 7-15-19 which made him 100 instead of 95. Of course, according to their representative, it was my fault. Oh well - cane is excellent - just make sure you triple check your engraving as you only have one opportunity .

The cane is fine. A little too glossy for a wood look. The problem is it will noe reduce to the needed size. It is adjustable but wont reduce enough for me. I have other adjustable canes from fashionable canes and they have all been fine. I have 8 cans from fashionable canes. I have MS and feel they are an accessory just like a pocketbook or earrings. I will need a cane for the rest of my life. This is the first cane I would not give a 4-5 star. Recommend this company all the time.

Although needing a cane and wanting a cane are completely different issues, my health now requires a cane. Fortunately Fashionable Canes had the selection to make even this hard reality a pleasure. The staff was fast, gracious and tended to my need for a real walking assist device. The selection is wide and varying, but they help you find the correct cane for you.

So, my order was place 1.5 weeks ago. Came from Florida, went to Iowa, Minnesota, South Dakota, Washington, Oregon (45 minutes from my House) back to Washington, then to me. It started with Fed-x, then shipped US Mail. I could have Road a bike quicker🙄. Fashionable Canes...pick a better carrier, Fex -x in my opinion should have had my cane here in less than 5 days. I ordered a rubber pad that has four feet on it for the bottom of my cane. With winter coming, I wanted more stability as I fall easily. The first too days after it was put on my cane, I tripped over it twice but quickly learned to hold it a little farther away from my body! I glad I bought it. Its already very helpful in helping to walk more steadily!

Ive yet to actually use mine, was told to get prepared to needing one by my dr. So ordered 2 to be prepared.BUT I am very impressed with the quality. Seem extremely sturdy, for having a 250# weight limit. Which worried me, as I teeter just under 250.I dont like needing one, but I really like the canes I received.

The cane was fine. Delivery was scheduled for Thursday (what I paid for), but didnt receive until Saturday. My mom is 86 and her cane that she had for years broke, so I was trying to get her one asap. I would have given 5 stars if not for being delivered so late.

The end was too large and hard to hold. I have a real Blackthorn cane that is very nice to use but it cost a lot more. I guess you get what you pay for.

I received my order promptly. Within a day or two after, there was a 25% off sale up until 12 noon. As this is a Christmas gift, the box was not even opened, so I called hoping for an adjustment. The agent I spoke with was not very sympathetic or friendly and threatened to hang up on me. I called a second time and spoke with an apologetic agent with a much kinder temperament. I feel put off by this company, and will seek other sources for my cane purchases in the future.

Lovely cane, but I wish that it was more adjustable for people 5’5”. Fully shortened by adjustments, I still had to remove 4 inches. A pipe cutter made that easy. Just shorten in small steps or you might need another cane, especially on one with this many segments.

Terrific customer service! The cane tip arrived almost as quickly as I placed the order. Truth be known, I didnt order the cane tip for a cane, but to rehab a pogo stick my kids had used as children. Thanks to Fashionable Canes, the fun will continue for the next generation.

I ordered two canes, both arrived defective. One, the top was absolutely disfigured and gouged. This was the Bat Masterson cane.The other, a $99.00 cane, had several gouges in the shaft. They were just clear coated over and shipped. It is supposed to be beechwood, but dents with my fingernail. The engraved plaque on top is off-centered, the letters are off to one side.You can buy the same items on Amazon for 1/3 the price and probably get better quality.The company could care less, they brushed me off until next week, even after I sent pics. I do not want to give them one star but they insist on something.

Always a great place to buy a cane or walkingstick. Before I actually needed a cane to getaround, I collected them, especially antiques.But those are for show, and the usable onesIve gotten from these folks. The wooden handled folding cane I just bought, is perfect.

I measured myself and where the cane was supposed to come up on me per the website instructions. It measured to have the cane cut 2 inches. It turned out to be too short for me so now its no good. I would advise people to wait to receive it before cutting it down.

I did not like the look of the wood canes (2) I purchased, especially the quality of the stain. Additionally, they are very heavy. Because I had them sized, I could not return. They were fairly priced and arrived quickly,!hence the three (3) stars. Very disappointed in style and weight.

BEWARE!!! If you are shipping to Canada it is NOT clear or obvious that there are extra charges which are payable on delivery. This was not expected and made a significant difference in the overall cost. When I went back to check to see if this was stated somewhere in the order process I found a statement in a very obscure and non-obvious spot which stated that there may be “extra charges”. Since most online sellers now quote their Canadian shipping costs as “all in” I feel that Fashionable Canes should have made the fact that they do NOT do this much more clear and apparent. It felt very sneaky/underhanded.

Very disappointed with the fold-up cane. My understanding and from the description it said it could be shortened if necessary. After reading the instructions, the only way that could be done was to remove the cane tip and use a saw to get it to the right size. Totally unacceptable. I need to find out what paperwork I need in order to return the cane.

I love my cane but beware of their ordering system. As I was ordering I got a pop up that said for orders over $40 there was free shipping. I was at $39 so added something inexpensive to get me over $40. At checkout I was charged shipping with a notice that free shipping is for purchases over $80. The system would not let me delete the extra item so I had to cancel my order and start all over. They asked for my feedback about the order process and I wrote them the same story and never heard back from them. If you are goiung to ask for feedback you should at least respond like you care.

The cane I ordered is beautiful and the delivery service provided was exceptionally fast. The detailed information on the website, however, was confusing as it provided two different dimensions for the tip. I inquired and received, via email, an incorrect dimension. I had a special tip I wanted to install and resolved the problem by wrapping the cane with electrical tape to accomodate my tip which was too large for the cane I received.
