Very knowledgeable helpful friendly staff and a nice waiting lounge while car is getting done. I had window tinting done and it came out beautifully and they assured me if there were any problems for as long as I own the car I can bring it back. Price was very reasonable and the whole car was done in under 2 hours

Bob was willing to squeeze me in right before the end of the night. Clean and crisp install. Installer was great and did a really great job. 3 stars because we had a quote and yes I understand it is a QUOTE but once we were on the way to pick up our vehicle we were told over the phone it was almost $200 more than what we were quoted. In good faith we should have been updated along the way with the price increase just like everyone who works on a vehicle does, they keep you posted and ask for approval before continuing. We would have been fine with it but it was unsettling for me that they just assumed we were ok with any price.

Initially brought in an amp to get sent out for repair by JL. After that, I brought my VW Passat in for speaker and sub install. I had all the parts except for speaker wire.Dropped it off at 9am, picked it up at 3pm. Not only was it quick but it was well done. System sounds great and after looking over the wiring, is done well. Price was on par with other businesses in the area but these guys did a great job on my last car so I was returning for a repeat.Ill be back for some tint in the future!

To be honest I dont go to Car Tunes. Next to them is The Mens Department Barbershop where I get my haircut once a month. They cut and trim beards and mustaches too. They wax your noses, eyebrows and ears. You can either have coffee, beer, root beer floats, soft drinks or water too. They have a pool table and a big screen television set. They have a shoe shining chair. Bring your mask. Use their sanitizer. They offer a 10% discount for veterans too. There are things for hair you can buy. They accept service animals too. I suggest that you try them out.

Bob came out and did an excellent job. I was inquiring about my sound system sounding different after transferring it into a new car. Bob effectively diagnosed a crack in my sub box and without further thought went to grab his tools and fixed the box no charge. Excellent service and excellent person! Shop here you won’t regret it.

Not happy at all! I walked in and just asked to be taking care of. I dont know much about tunes, only that I like em load.First, they put a wooden box system in a convertible jeep. Secondly, my screws in the dash board are either missing or barely screwed on. To end, the box they choose doesnt allow my back seat to fully sit back.

They did good workBut when a customer request for you to double check wires dont just shrug them off.Ended up forgetting to plug 2 sensors in and couldve easily been handled with a 2nd check of all wiring when I requested.

I am thrilled I found these guys. Bill, Bob and the staff are fantastic. Honest too which is rare and important. Came here in a pinch (thought my amp was blown) they worked me in and had me out and about “with the car that goes ‘BOOM’” 😁 Will be back for sure. I couldnt be happier with how my system turned out! I had multiple conversations with Bob and he helped me decide what to go with. I put a 10 JL W6 with a 750/1 amp and that thing slams. Deep clean bass which adds to instead of overpowers the mids and highs. I was a little apprehensive because a lot of shops dont work on Teslas but Car Tunes definitely put me at ease. Ill be bringing my other car in there soon for another system lol.

Booked my appointment to just hook up my sub and my amp about a week in a half in advance. Show up on time wait for the guy to sit on the phone for 20 minutes (Bill) for him to tell me that it’s going to be another two weeks. Very unprofessional, very inconvenient. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else that can actually keep a schedule

They charged me $10 for the power/ ground wires - and others were trying to charge up to $70.Everyone else I called wanted me to leave my car all day, and didnt really seem too interested in my business. Car Tunes said theyd be happy to do it while I waited, and they did it in less than 2 hours.Overall really satisfied and I can guarantee the next time I need car audio, tinting, or any of the other services they provide Ill be coming back!

I spent $1750 with this company recently do I got some subs and amp and tinted windows I suggested I needed new 6×9s he said the ones I got where good do he hooked it up a few. Weeks later they blew cause of him now Im left with a blown speaker I called them and explained and he said come on in and buy some new speakers like its my fault no honor Im gonna take the loss I will never go back again trust that

Brought my truck in because lows and highs stopped working i was there 3.5 hours. they installed a new head unit spent almost 300.00 they never hooked up the rca for subs and highs left the sub box wires unhooked i left with the same problem i came in with. I took it too another shop only to find out the lack of workmanship and the cause of the problem was the 50 amp fuse was blow under the hood. never again!

I called right up and spoke with bill, I explained my situation and how most other places was rude and way overpriced! Bill told me he would fit me in same day with excellent customer service and quality work! Upon arrival I met shawn, who was a very nice guy and even got me started well before my appointment. I can’t say enough good things about this full service audio store. I‘be purchased high-quality radio decks for both my vehicle and boat here over the years with 100% satisfaction. Recently my pioneer deck died at 6 pm and I left that same night at 7 PM with a new deck installed! The old deck was not real old and let’s just say they took excellent care of me. I had my stereo done here and they were prompt and responsive to my questions. My first time walking in I walked out with a hand written quote which is always appreciated and had my entire stereo done in less than 5 hours the same day which is amazing. If you dont mind paying slightly more for professional quality work that feel like a dealership of stereos than this is the place to go. For those attempting to get out with out paying for the quality of work they offer I would say probably not the place for you.

I have a 16 Soul. I bought a spoiler n backup camera recently for my car. I had Car Tunes install both and keyless entry. The price was good enough to make me very happy. They put the cam monitor in bottom corner of windshield n hard wired to eliminate the power cord dangling to cigg lighter. Above n beyond my expectations. Im as satisfied as can be. Great job.

Outstanding... they installed four new car speakers, a 12” JL sub and amplifier into my 92’ S10 (single cab) in roughly two hours... and when I had a problem with getting power to the sub a couple of months later... they took care of me no problem for no charge!! Had a head unit installed and had to return 4 times to get everything looking and working properly. The sound quality was still not what it should have been. I took my truck to another shop and come to find out they blew my factory bose amp. The shop also showed me that they installed a used $800 head unit. I will never let them touch any of my vehicles again.

Stopped in to get some advice on a broken high end marine amp. Took their time to answer my questions and to troubleshoot even though I wasnt going to be making a purchase. Will get my business in the future for sure.

I used Car Tunes recently for a new CD player with USB port. Michael helped me. Man this guy is great. He spent a LOT of time explaining how the player worked and all of the bells and whistles. The CD player ended having something wrong with it the very next day. I was already on my way across the country to CA. So I called Michael up and he said no problem and took full responsibility for finding me a place in CA that would simply put in the same model. I did that and ended up getting the latest model and it works just great and I paid no extra money. This is just great service.
