Purchased products for bathroom remodel. Tile and vanity are nice. Rubi was the brand of shower faucet and sink faucet. I definitely do not recommend purchasing this brand. I am having issues with both. The company is based out of Canada but they speak French. Prosource does help a little in trying to get replacement parts, but it still takes 10-15 days and they do not follow up. I requested a tracking number 10 days later and the parts for my shower were “undeliverable” to their warehouse and now I have to start the whole process again and still don’t have a working shower. Neither prosource nor Rubi has any sense of urgency. It is very very frustrating.

We when here after calling and setting up a consultation but when we arrived the associate had apparently left. Well be moving on with another vendor as apparently they so not need our $10k worth of business...

We were walkins. Treated graciously. No question was too stupid. No project too small. The manager took the time to inform and educate. Product is excellent. Price competitive. This staff I would welcome into my home. I am impressed and we will return.

DO NOT do business with this Prosource franchise. The owners are in Orlando and their son Joshua now runs the show. He is NOT trustworthy or respectful.I have been in the building business for over 40 years and have never seen the deterioration of a business like this one. We had to return tile and wood flooring numerous times due to product defects. Of course, they blamed others. Numerous orders had quantity deficiencies or the wrong product all together. Of course, they blamed others and Covid! What?Returning bad product is difficult at best and they want you to pay shipping and restocking fees regardless of who made the mistake because they carry virtually no inventory. Getting your money back is next to impossible.If you want to avoid headaches and significant delays to your project, do yourself a favor and deal with an honest vendor that actually has inventory and values their customers.

I need 7500sqft in flooring and I was kicked out for not being a member. Now I have to drive to pasco with 3 kids in tow, thanks for the wonderful day. I just wanted 4 samples so I can find my right floor for my new house.

Sofia is great at listening and presenting options on types and colors for remodeling. Very knowledgeable and makes the process absolutely fun. The process can be overwhelming, she takes the time to make sure the customer is happy with their selection. Its refreshing to have someone that truly helps, rather than just selling products. We are overwhelmed by the high quality service we have received from Sofia. She always answers our questions, gives solid advice, and so pleasantly puts up with our obsessing about our remodel.

Designer, Sophia, was not pro customer. She was more concerned about business relations who give her referrals. Poor response in returning calls. Also, once sale was made, we were no longer a priority.

As a designer who had worked for many years in New York City, I was very pleased to be introduced to ProSource of Pinellas. I was referred to them by a Florida friend also in the trade. It was great to have a resource that brought so many quality selections together all in one location. On top of that, their sales staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I worked with Sofia and Shannon and Jen; they are terrific. Make your life easy and work with ProSource!

The experience was great. Lorraine devoted a lot of time to us, using her expertise to help us put all the parts together for our renovated bathroom. This is our second reno with ProSource and they are very good.

Zero stars for warehouse management. Did not check that materials received from manufacturer matched the order placed. One week delay to them may seem like no big deal, however the cost to me was four weeks in extra rent by the time all of the other tradespeople were rescheduled. Beware, your tile installer likely hates having to wait over an hour every time they go to the ProSource warehouse.Five stars for selection and the design service.RE RESPONSE FROM PROSOURCE: Yes, we spoke. We did not come to a resolution as there was no resolution to be had (unless they want to reimburse me for the extra months rent they cost me while I am out of my house). As far as doing business in the future, no....please do not put words in my mouth....future business was never discussed.

Great design help from Sofia. The reason I am giving 2 stars is:1. The price of the products. I was just looking online and found my same floor for half price on another site.2. The up charges are ridiculous! $250.00 for delivery and they left out part of it so I had to go pick it up. A second order I was charged $29.00 for freight and had to pick it up at the warehouse.3. You cannot return ANYTHING after 30 days, and we had extra materials we are now stuck with.4. I was told we needed more flooring, so I got it, and we did not need it. It was within the 30 days so I called to return it. ProSource told me they will take it back but they charge you 25% of the entire order as a re-stocking fee and an additional $25.00 to ship it back! I had this material for less than a week and it never left my car and I lost over $100.00 on the return. How is that good business?I was told it is the main company that charges all of this and ProSource can do nothing about it. Just be aware if you need to return something you are either not going to be able to at all (over 30 days), and if you can return it, you will lose money on it.I will not do business with ProSource again based on the above reasons and I will steer anyone that asks me away from them. As a matter of fact, our contractor just said we need more bullnose. So I looked online and found the same product for $60.00 cheaper then the ProSource price, and it will be delivered to my house saving me a trip to the showroom and then the warehouse.But as I said, Sofia was great with design help. Its just the price point and lousy return policy you need to be aware of if you are going to do business with them.
