Changed to Xfinity mobile and ported my number but havent been able to make or receive calls since it was done two days ago. And the attendant was no help at all. π‘. Im loosing business day by day. The text support is no help it constantly repeats the same questions over and over. This is very frustrating.π‘π‘π‘
Excellent service from the moment I stepped in the door. Awesome store well designed very spacious. The only thing the phone displays were informative but sadly the cable side was nothing. Just equipment no explanation no nothing. Thank goodness thats not what i was in there for. Sal helped me and was very very helpful.

Ive been a customer since 2010. Nevalways had good service. Reps have been very professional and provided solid and broad onfo to help me decide what I wanted and handled problems efficiently and knowledgeable.
Went to drop off equipment. Was helped right when I walked in door. Sales lady was friendly and very informative.
The young lady lied to me and told me that xfinity discontinued the wireless boxes. Just because she didnβt want to do my exchange.

Absolute worst internet provider I have ever had. I pay for 400mbps and I can only top out at 90 max. I also have 4-6 days a month that my internet just decides to not work and tel me my location specifically is having a power outage. If I could give them a negative star rating I absolutely would. If you are in the DMV area, please look for someone else as your internet provider. This company will just cause you frustration and headaches.

I cant remember my representatives name but she has cornrows. She was very patient and answered all of my questions. I also felt comfortable with the stores setup in their effort to prevent the spread of covid.
Customer service is trash. Iβve been trying to get internet service since September 2020. Iβm 6 months, Iβve had representatives hang up the phone on me because i asked too many questions, representatives who refuse to have me speak to a manager and no one is on the same page. 6 months later and I still donβt have internet service in order to work.
CSR could be better trained. Very slow and long drawn-out process.

There was 2 lines. No sign that says which line was for checking in and waiting to be let in the store. Once I found out what was what, I met a young lady who came out to get me and she was very good. She was pleasant and easy to speak with. I was in and out. Thank you!!! Xfinity in Largo store!!!

The store has expensive prices for a phone and internet. I dont have cable just the basic. Being a Senior Citizen basic needs. Xfinity does not care they charge for services with no explanation on your billing, the covid you cant go out and sit in the park and watch the scenic view for free without getting ill, you need some kind of intertainment. In vulnerable times some companies have vulture mentality, we all want to live and enjoy life.

The customer service may be helpful, but Comcast as a whole is horrible.Unannounced drops/maintenance the freezes your service happens, but the real kicker is the Xfinity App and the website denying you access to your account continuously.There will be times where you cant pay your bill online, make changes, or do anything with your account because both the App and the Desktop site will not give you access to your account.But the choices are slim in this area so you will probably be here by default.

The Xfinity store located at 10432 Campus Way S, Largo, MD 20774 was very quick in servicing its customers. I had to wait after checking in; no longer than 20 mins. I purrused the store as I waited to see the products Xfinity offered. After being a customer at most of the cellular phone dealers; I must say, Xfinitys prices were very reasonable. The staff were very professional, proficient and quick to resolve your issue. I will visit this location again very soon to make a purchase because the services was exceptional.

TL;DR Honest Sales reps when it comes to packages/deals.Happy, helpful reps that assisted me with questions. It was quicker to drive there, talk to a rep and drive home, than to call 1800-Comcast. The couple of reps I talked to were forth coming with info, and not reading from a script.They were also honest with me when I was trying to downsize my bill. They can not lower a bill. More than 3 reps I talked to admitted that their S.O.P. is to of raised your bill by at least $1 dollar by the time you walk out. They can do nothing for lowering your bill or give discounts.I give them the 5 stars for being honest, direct, and clear with me instead of giving me the run around like we all get on the phone.

Been there twice, and didnt want to go then. Fire the staff and shut the place down. 15 min. from the house. Better off going a half hour out of the way (Bowie). In and out in less the ten minutes.

Why offer different plans and online why is it competition between the same company in store and online should offer the same
Services at the store was okay but the person in charge of organizing the customers outside has to pay attention to who is next in the queue.
Pleasant and friendly atmosphere. The employees are so nice (like they were hand picked especially for that branch).The store is very spacious clean and peaceful, if you have to wait you will not mind, thats how nice it is.
Booked an appointment on the way, for 3:45pm. Nothing else to do in the area, so I parked at 3:10pm. Signed in on the tablet and was called up early, around 3:15pm. Swapped my bad modem and upgraded my service in about three minutes. Even got a little customer education. Very quick, very professional, very awesome. My last device lasted about 5 years, so I may never come back to this location again with this new one. Great first experience, keep it up Comcast π―.

Customer service was cool. The wait was ridiculous. For Comcast to be as expensive as it is they should have more than two people working at such a high volume center.
Clearly Comcast has zero value for the customer base in this area. Its my 1st time visiting this location. Iβve been waiting almost an hour to be served and there are currently 15 people in cue with only ONE staff person working on a Saturday morning. Unbelievable!!!! I will be writing βοΈ an official letter to the company on this one.
Theyre OK. The service comes across as Im just here to do my job or Ive been here too long and I need a new job. no one really goes beyond the call of duty like offering or mentioning special deals, thanking a customer for coming by or wishing them a good day. Instead they holler, Next in like! You know, like the DMV. *Shrugs*

One staff had issues with het computer while attempting to fix it she says shes not getting paid for that. So unprofessional. No greeting bag for customer not being asked if they could help with anything else. So unprofessional.
Everyone was helpful and welcoming made my first time shopping experience easy for me to transfer my mobile service from a different wireless provider and the sales representative was very knowledgeable of the different price plans and mobile devices

The staff joke and play around at this location. They do not greet you. Make you wait a long time. Comcast staff are clueless about what is going on in their own company whether its at the store or on the phone. A lot of their equipment that I got from them I had to return because they did not work effectively. Comcast xfinity need to treat their loyal customer better than this.
