I do my own repairs normally and really needed an oil change, but didnt have the time to do it myself. After taking my car to the Ulmerton Jiffy Lube I found that the employees did a great job, they did my oil change quickly and efficiently. They were kind, considerate, and not pushy about extra services while still offering them. They were knowledgeable about their work and have definitely earned my business in the future.

I meant to include a review right after my oil change because these folks were terrific!I needed a quick change and they doubled up the cars and did mine while they also did the car in front of mine. Staff were super courteous. They point out what else could use servicing but are not pushy. I really appreciated that I was in and out in about 15 minutes.Thanks folks!! I WILL return!!

Had to get a sudden oil change in the rental car, and we had a great experience. Although it was during the Spring Break season in The Sunshine State we got a fair price and excellent service from the outside employees and the Customer Service Lady inside. They were fast and professional. We also had some very interesting conversations as well!!!!!I rate this visit an A+++++

Pleasantly surprised at the work done extra to a basic oil change like vacuuming in the car and window cleaning. at this particular Jiffy Lube. Also Jax at the desk was not upset when I chose not to include things maybe needed.I plan to return to change out the transmission fluid.

My husband and I were told by a different oil change company that our oil pan plug was stripped and they refused the oil change. We instantly went to see RC and his crew at the East Bay Clearwater Jiffy Lube not only was it not stripped they completed the oil change with in 10 minutes and we all very professional and courteous. Happy will be regular customers. The Hoffman’s.

I have never received such mistreatment by a business ever in my life. I was publicly shamed in the lobby about not properly addressing my car’s various needs and declining services. It went past pushy, it was predatory. I did not want to go to this Jiffy Lube in the first place because in my experience employees have bad attitudes and are pushy upselling services. But I am used to that. This went beyond that and the employee made me feel targeted, maybe because she saw me as a vulnerable woman who doesn’t know anything about vehicles. When I couldn’t wait to get out of there, she told me she wouldn’t take my groupon and it was going to be $54 for a basic conventional oil change for a small car (outrageous?!). She would not take my Groupon because I did not tell her about it prior to receiving services. There was no signage about that “policy(?)” anywhere in this store or on the website. I insisted she take it because I wasn’t told and she stated she could if it was purchased in the last 24 hours even though it expires 6 weeks from now (again, is this a policy or is she just being a bully?) but she would have to ring me up again. Well, duh. I’m not paying $54 for my 12 year old car’s oil change, thanks, so yes, please ring me up again. I lost my cool at this point and I do give her credit for maintaining composure when I was heated and I am really sorry for that. But at that point I was over this experience having paid money for basic quick services where I’d like minimal interaction, to pay, and GTFO- to, in this instance, just leaving feeling victimized by this experience. The manager checked me out and he was nice and I was not upset with him but will not be back and would not recommend this location to anyone. There were two customers behind me talking about how they felt like this place was over-the-top pushy also and hadn’t wanted to visit that day but felt it was their last resort trying to get quick oil changes before rush hour and not wanting to wait for better customer service anywhere else. They weren’t excessively probed like I was but at least they backed up where I was coming from.

Visit on 12/4/2020Amanda and her crew did impeccable job, brought 2 of my cars for an oil change, they took care of it and all the extra needs and it was in & out within less than an hour. I’ve been coming to this place for oil changed for last 9 years before Jiffy lube took over, well let me tell you, the service improved even more. I will not go anywhere else to changed oil, this place is the best. Highly recommended.

The invoice is under my wife name Im not surprised that u spun it the way you did just like your employees lying to up sell it can be done with out that. She has the same last name. And I just looked underneath it its missing a bolt holding the underside engine cover on .your store is the only place thats ever worked on the car.

This place is a big scam, my wife arrived there requesting a change of oil, it said that the work would be 79.99, which at first seemed expensive, higher than the price charged by dealers for that service. Also the work took almost an hour when there was only one car in line when she arrived. Once the work is finished, they give her a bill of $ 112 mostly for the cost of the oil change and the revision of the car (service which she did not request at any time) Also in all other places the value of the work refers to the labor and the oil, supposedly when she asks they explain that the 79.99 was only for the labor and the rest was for the oil, she had never seen such an absurd thing, besides that she was never informed that this was the case until the work was finished. I have many other things to say about this place but the truth is I do not want to make this review longer, in short I do not recommend it to anyone. As I said at the beginning they are big SCAMMERS

Quick greeting when I pulled in, a very through explanation of their oil change options. Did a great job and very quickly and I was back on the road with fresh oil, filter all my fluid levels topped off and an inspection including lights. I highly recommend this jiffy lube, no long wait, no nonsense and nice employees.

My 78 year old mother took her car in to get her window fixed. They took 3 days feeding her bs and she had to take it to another mechanic. Cost her 2x as much and corporate office has not addressed the issue. putiing off response as far as a resolution. Sad and frustrated.

I ordered tires for my wifes car from Tire Rack. Jiffy Lube was one of the preferred installers. So I compared them against the other recommended installers by reading their on-line reviews from past customers. I ended up choosing Jiffy Lube.Once the tires were delivered I called to verify their quote and set up an appointment. I spoke with Amanda who told me that it was indeed a good quote and I could have the car done the next morning, and it would take about an hour.We drove over Saturday morning and I just stepped out of my truck Amanda was standing there waiting. The wife and I went on some errands and returned in an hour and the service tech was putting on the hubcaps..Amanda and her crew are exceptional. The work was performed as promised, correctly, and on budget. Good Job!

Never go here. Oil change took over an hour and a half. When I started driving the next day the car started belching white smoke. Took it to a mechanic and the oil was way overfilled. Dont use this place they dont know what theyre doing and theyll wreck your car.

I stopped there for an oil change and I was informed I needed front brakes. I made an appointment for the following Friday. I called Thursday to ask a couple questions and the lady on the phone informed me that there were no maintenance guys on Friday. I wasnt feeling good about it so we brought our car to our neighborhood auto center. He called us within a half hour and said I definitely did not need brakes. So in other words Jiffy was going to scam us. We will NEVER go there again and I will let everyone know.

I cannot say enough positive things about AJ and Brandon! I was traveling for work. I have a Mercedes SUV which is very difficult to service. My oriole light kept going on and my tires were low. I called them and they took me within five minutes and I was out of there within 15 minutes. To top it off, they did not even charge me. I come here for work often and I will now go to them for all of my service needs. Thank you so much. It’s great knowing that there are still great people and great companies out there.

I live in spring Hill but I commute to work in my Genesis coupe. Within minutes of closing on a long Tuesday ! I pulled in this jiffy lube where I was kindly greeted with a warmly welcome from the manager ! They recommend a few items I needed and i know cars and everything came back checked out so I thanked him for his honestly. Highly recommended store

I love this place! Ive been taking my car here for year and I wont take my car anywhere else. Im a woman who know literally nothing about cars but I feel completely comfortable at this place. You can always trust that they will give you the best deal and not add anything you dont need. They will tell you what needs fixed now and what can wait. All the guys here a super nice but I highly recommend Jessie. He is the best and I life saver for me and my junky car.

Ive used this place for repeated oil changes and tire repairs. They always get me in and out VERY quick, their prices for the services Ive used are reasonable, they never try to sell me on extra or upgraded services, and the staff is polite and friendly. I know I can always count on them getting a good, fast job done without any hassle.

These guys gave me a list of $200 which is stuff that I needed but I was misled as to what a cooling flushes. Ive been in auto business for over 40 years a coolant flush is when you empty everything including the block and replace it. So after I went back and talked to my eyes, they shut off the power washer fluid coolant flushed and thats not right. Now. Im having problems getting my money back. They sent me back $99, but they still call me a hungry for all the services. I feel should compensate me for my time and everything and Im a Vietnam veteran. Please give me my f---ing money. Chris

Quick and fast service, I was litterally in and out in less than fifteen minutes. They dont take appointments, so stop by and if they are not really busy you should be in and out. I also liked that they didnt try to hit me with extras ( blades, filters and etc...).

Would have liked the price up front

Left my oil drain plug loose after i received an oil change. I assume this was done intentionally so that i would come back and spend more money on having an oil leak fixed. Now i have tightened oil drain plug myself and no more leak wow big suprise there. Save yourself a headache and dirty driveway get your car serviced elsewhere!!!

They were very nice,friendly although they forgot to reset oil milage marker but they was fast and FRIENDLY

They did nothing with my windshield wipers even though I asked politely if they could only because I wasnt sure it was included. Now Im wondering if they even changed the oil. I get everyone has bad days but I paid 44. Something including tax and I should get a good job for my car. I would have waited another 15 two 20 minutes.

I drove up. Waited for my turn. Not 1 minute later they pulled my truck out and left it. Didnt say anything to me. About five minutes later the employee came up to me and said he couldnt do an oil change for me. Said he couldnt get the hood up, or scan my vin number. My vin is clearly marked in the proper places, on inside of door and on the lower windshield. And they had my hood up while it was inside their store.

Prices significantly higher than previous owner (20%+). I brought in my truck for an oil change and lube. They did not lubricate a single grease zerk. Yes, I can prove they did not lubricate any of the grease zerks. Not happy at all. Pay a premium, receive less than promised. Not a good business motto. They were fast though...leaving part of the job undone clearly makes it go quicker.

Ive only gotten oil changes here for the past 6+ years. I dont remember how long. But they are always nice and they also vacuum the front seats. Be sure to tip them! They dont ask for it but they accept tips!

Ive been going there for the last couple years with my work trucks and had to deal with their mechanic Jessie who is extremely rude. I got a couple different issues that Ive had to get rescheduled every single time Ive got in there because the mechanic feels like he cant do anything in a proper time and oftentimes forgets his dates. Luke and all the other guys are fantastic however thats why they get two stars instead of one

Jiffy Lube bought out a private owner at this location. The prices were very high compared to what I was used to...over $80 for a 5000 mile oil change. Ill find someplace else next time.

Professional quick service

Came in for a simple oil change. No problems with my car. Oil change light was on. Left with my car sputtering and my check engine light on. I was met with It was on when you came up. I work very hard for everything I have. I dont try to beat anyones system. But it would be nice for someone to admit when their was a mistake. Very disappointed.

I have been using Fast Lube and more for several years and their service is OUTSTANDING!! On my last visit it was brought to my attention that one of my tires had a split in it and was losing air. I didnt have time to get it done then so the following Monday I called and I had an appointment for Tuesday and in 24 minutes the tire was replaced and all tires were rotated at no charge. These guys work hard to satisfy their customers and I will always be going back there.

They were helpful couple times I needed things done that they honor their warranty
