Mike just finished installing my water softener. He did an incredibly neat job, explained everything thoroughly, and even swept up after himself when he was done. This was one of the most professional installations I have witnessed and it bodes well for my new relationship with Culligan.

When we first moved to Tampa FL it was all bottled water because the tap is especially nasty, it stinks too. Not fit for human consumption. The Culligan installation was quick, under an hour. It did make a world of difference.The system was a bit more than we were hoping to spend, but if any tap water needs a deluxe treatment its this water. A month later Im sure itll be worth every penny. There is a veteran discount as well. Which wasnt mentioned in the add that we went off of. It was a nice bonus.Over all Id highly recommend this company. I havent price matched, their competitors, but Im not seeing a need so far. Its a quality system.

Very happy with my Culligan reverse osmosis drinking water and whole house water softener. It was my first call when I moved to Florida!
We have been using softener and reverse osmosis units from Culligan for six years. They are very prompt at servicing the units without issue. In the past two weeks, Mike came out to quickly address and change slowing filters on the osmosis system. He was on time, focused on his work, and very pleasant throughout the visit with both gloves and a mask on...They are always the best. Thanks for the great service!
The company I work for has had this company deliver water to our location for years. The water bottles come all dirty on the outside also we had a few that the water tasted funny. This what the rag looked like after I got done wiping the water bottles off. I have called and complained, but I guess it dont matter. If they bottles are dirty on the outside it makes me question the steps they have taken for the pandemic???Scott the manager contacted me about new and improved procedures to remedy this situation also giving us a credit for any inconvenience.Thanks
Had a new softener installed about a week ago. The installer, Mike, was great! He was very thorough and walked me through how to operate the unit, gave me info on what type of salt to use, and a few other tips on keeping the unit in good shape. Very happy with the new softener. Thanks!
This company’s billing is screwed up. They mixed my account up with someone else’s claiming I had bounced checks and lots of missed payments. They are totally wrong, luckily I have proof.They also lie about the number of salt bags they put in and charge for more than they actually put in.
So happy to have clean water! Shawn did a fabulous job with the install of a complete system. Very courteous and took the time to explain the entire system to me. Clean and neat install. Job well done. I would definitely refer them to family and friends.
Had unit installed today. This is our fourth home using a Culligan Water Softener. I cannot say enough positive comments about the high quality service and professionalism of the staff at Gulf Coast Culligan. They are the best, not only for installation, but for ongoing service.
I called for service on my water softener on Tuesday and appointment was prominently schedule for Friday. Great experience with Tech named Ariel. He was very knowledgeable and gave great explanation of what he was doing and how my system would benefit from service he was providing. Called the office and spoke to a very helpful lady who helped me figure out what the problem was and said she had a technician in the area and would send him right over. Mike showed up about 20 minutes later. He was very knowledgeable fixed the problem and explained a few things. Very happy and would highly recommend this company
We recently had our Culligan water softener serviced. Our service technician was Ariel Abreu and he was fantastic. He explained what he was doing and why in detail. He told me that the unit should be serviced at least every two years and since we have owned it for 9 years and never had it serviced that was good to know. He showed me how to set the time and the other settings. He did a great job and we will want him as our service technician exclusively going forward.
Gene was helpful and knew the equipment. Install was timely and quick as promised. Careful and efficient. Have needed adjustments a few times due to power related problems and all done in a timely friendly manor. Equipment is top quality and service and staff are responsive and good.5 weeks later-10-13-2017 I have had to call service twice since install due to hurricane and power outages for extended periods of time...from 8 days to 6 hours! The condition of my water had changed. The service people came as scheduled, did the work and were very nice. Im sorry that others have had a problem with their service. My experience with the products, softener and conditioner, and the service has been excellent.
My technician, Shawn, fully explained to me all the options available to me. He was patient and not at all high pressure. He said he would return in 2 days for the installation. Service was prompt and thorough, despite a problem encountered with my old system. I absolutely cannot speak highly enough of Gulf Coast Culligan. The girl answering the phone was attentive and speedy in returning my call. Thank you Gulf Coast Culligan and especially Shawn for all your help.
My water softener had ceased to function. Ariel was dispatched to repair it. He showed up right when I expected him, checked the more obvious possible causes but could not discover the reason for the malfunction. Then he got down on his knees and placed his ear against the device that regulates the water softener. He turned to me and said, I dont hear any movement.Next, he wanted to know where the socket was that supplied electricity to the unit. We walked around my home and through a patio, then finally inside a storage shed where he discovered that some workmen, who had been there about 2 weeks earlier, had unplugged everything (perhaps to plug in tools of their own). Ariel took one look and plugged everything back in place.Thanks to his expertise the water softener is working again. Without it I might never have known the cause for the malfunction.Nicely done Ariel!
Great company. We lease a water softener and a RO filtration system. Recently we had an issue with the RO system. We’ve had it for years, so it’s to be expected. Mike came out promptly and replaced the system for us and its up and running great again. Mike was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. In fact, all of their technicians have been. It’s so reassuring to know that. Nothing worse than worrying about what kind of technician might show up when having services done. With Gulf Coast Culligan, we never have that worry. From their great office staff to their awesome technicians, we feel confident we’ll always get remarkable service.
I just want to say Ariel did an outstanding job. Ariel was very professional throughout his service call and even detected a leak in system that could of been very costly. We rent our softener and theyve come to repair any problems same or next day service. They are great. They recently changed to new owners and we had our old water softener for a very long time. The new owners sent out a new softener because we had 3+ repair calls on the old one within a very short time span. We are delighted and very happy with the new softener! Their service is great and their receptionist is very very pleasant to talk to also. Thank you everyone. :)
Jodi was absolutely amazing. He did not have a spare part for the necessary replacement. So he went back to the shop to get it. He returned with it, saved the day..I had another appointment to go to..fixed my problem...and explained what to do next.Then off to make another customer happy.Kudos to him and the office staff.🏅
Mike came out to address a noisy valve, he will be back on Monday with a new replacement. Very friendly and helpful. Great employee.

I called on Monday for a quote on a Water Softener and within 30mins of the call I had Gene show up at my door step and we signed an agreement for new water softener. He was able to schedule an installation for the next day. Today Ariel came and installed the system for me. Ariel was punctual. He explained what the process will be and the time it will take. He finished the install in two hours and left my place cleaner then when he got here. Thank You Ariel for your professionalism and your expertise.

We’ve had a Culligan filtration and softener system for a year, it’s worth every penny. Salt delivery is great as well, beats lugging 40+lb bags from the store.

I called Tuesday morning 09/18/18 at 10:30 am to get an appt for someone to come out to give us an estimate. Kims customer service was impeccable she asked me what time I get home from work and had him there the same day when I got home at 6:30 pm. Gene came out and went over all options for us explained everything to us and advised us that he could have it installed for us on Thursday. On Thursday morning at 8:30am Shawn came out and installed our system, which I must make clear was not an easy task because it had to be installed outside where the weather was very hot. He never once stopped until he finished the installation. He was a true professional and explained how all the parts worked to my husband. He cleaned up after himself and never damaged my landscaping or plants. I would highly recommend these true professionals to anyone looking for a home water softener system. I had a Culligan installed over 20 yrs ago in another state and Culligan is by far the only true water softner nothing else compares or even comes close.
Installation was very good. We encountered a problem with the system after installation and called in three times, being told each time the Manager, Scott, would call. Two weeks have gone by and no ones bothered to return my phone call. The service rep did a good job fixing the problem but I dont think returning a phone call to a customer should be this tough...
Ive been with these folks for years and for the most part its been a positive experience. HOWEVER.......when you call them to service their equipment their scheduling process leaves alot to be desired. I called them on 12 May due to a problem with the water softener cycling. Was told they could come out 17 May but they couldnt tell me when to expect them until today 16 May and I should call then to find out when roughly they would be here. When I called them today I was told.... Oh....call TOMORROW morning and we can tell you when the tech will be out. Sorry....but that is NOT customer service. They need a better scheduling program or scheduler........
I started handling my own salt instead of receiving the deliveries and that has made a huge impact in my experience with the company.
Mike fixed our problem quickly and was very polite. He is great representative of your company.

My only complaint is that a friend referred me to gulf coast, they live in pasco i live in pinellas, now they said for 30 dollars everything was included service and salt and that they had never gotten a bill for salt, now only to find out that later the salt is NOT included, i have to pay for mine, and to coming home only to find a delivery bill on my door for $46.87 for 4 bags of salt and an invoice from them in my mailbox for $30 dollars which is normal, plus a add on of @10.95 for 1 bag of salt which i never got an invoice for, so you be the judge, very unhappy with this, now the service is good, but this salt deal doesnt make me happy

On July 6th I received a call from Amanda stating there was a tech at my house for an install. I spoke and met with Gene on the 5th and he gave me a business card to call about the install. I work a difficult schedule and was not home Wednesday morning for the install. I spoke to Kim and then Amanda regarding the install and informed Amanda that I did not want the equipment out front and had made space in my garage, which I wanted the technician to see before any installation. This phone call was made at 10:45 AM. The surveillance camera footage at my house shows the technician at my residence at 10;45 with no installation conducted at this point, however, he was beginning to collect his equipment for it. Approximately three minutes after ending my phone call with Amanda, the technician is seen answering his phone, THEN proceeded to install the softener right where I did not want it. Amanda informed me that she would get in touch with the tech ASAP but did not know where he was regarding if he had started the install, which had he already started prior to the call, I would understand was not his fault. The install then took place over the next hour. Shark bites were also used to connect the copper to cpvc which I also did not want and had made prior arrangements to run the plumbing as needed using specific installation equipment. And you dont use cpvc outside as its not UV rated, at the very least if you do use cpvc it should be coated with paint to help prevent UV damage. This is mildly disappointing coming from a company that specializes in water treatment, that you would use cpvc with what I assume would be the knowledge that UV damage to plastic pipes would lead to deterioration of the plastic over time and those contaminates enter your water. I contacted Amanda again when I returned home from work and informed her that I arrived home to find three large tanks hooked to my water main outside of my house. She informed me that when she notified the technician, he had already started the install and when he returned the next day to install the drain line and run the electrical that some adjustments could be made. I proceeded to inform Amanda that after reviewing my camera DVR both at home and remotely while I was at work, he did indeed not start the install until after she called him. I dont appreciate being lied to that the install was started when I have recorded video of it not being conducted until after the phone call was made to the tech, even more so that my one request was not to have anything tampered with as I just purchased the home and wanted a clean install to begin with. I requested that when the tech returns he collects the equipment as I no longer wanted their service.Gene was a pleasure to deal with and had zero issues with. He knows his stuff. Outside of that I am extremely disappointed in both the operation and quality of install. I think although they may provide a good service and opportunity for those looking to rent a water softener, I would recommend seeking a professional plumber whos willing to listen and properly install a system using the 90 degree joint to threaded adapter if you need to connect from copper to cpvc. Shark bites are a simple push connect and are not a professional means of installation but more for a DIY-er. Run copper outside and cpvc inside.7-7-16 -- I will update after they remove the system to see how that goes.
I have had techs out to my home 3 times in the last 2 weeks for a faults system. My garage has been full of water 3 times. I have asked 3 times to have it replaced, now I want it removed. They need to listen to their clients!
Did not respond to an inquiry I left for them, online or by voice mail.It has been several days...
Totally unaccommodating . Could care less to set your delivery to day youre home.
