The one star in your store is your employee named Nick! The crabby old woman was rude and clearly didnt want to help. Her and another employee made my daughter feel uncomfortable because they kept stating we were in the mens section and trying to buy boy shoes! Even after I said,We dont care, she thinks these are nice! Nick ran interference and stepped in to help us. Thank you Nick, I dont how you work there, but Im grateful for your help!

Not even a one star. They will double charge your debit/credit card and not tell you- then YOU have to fight for YOUR money back that THEY stole. Store manager is very rude and unprofessional. All associates need to be retrained on the basics of a card machine.

Smaller than other Rack Room Shoes but they make good use of the space and still have good variety. I was able to find something that fit my needs.

We stopped here on vacation for some extra shoes. The selection was pretty good except for the kids section. We found it hard to find sizes for our younger kids, selection was slim. But the staff was nice and helpful. Our cashier was very nice and I didn’t catch her name but she had nice purple hair!

I ordered online and did the pickup with was fantastic. I was able to get my online pickup order super quick. I also love the deals they have too and the selection of shoes is great too! Love this show store.

I went to Rack Room Shoes the first of December to buy my 16 year old granddaughter a pair of Dr. Marten boots. They were out of her size so the store ordered and had them delivered to my house. I wrapped the boots and when my granddaughter opened them they were a size 8 and 10. I returned them this morning to find out the boots are not available in our area. Instead of apologizing and trying to make it right, the only thing the manager did was to try to justify why I would receive two different sized boots. Try to explain that to a 16 year old girl...now she’s stuck without a Christmas present and, I’m stuck trying to figure out what to do. We all know that when you buy shoes in a store, the first thing the clerk does is check the size to make sure they’r the same size and that nothing else is in the box`. Shouldn’t one think the same check would be made when they’re being placed in the mail???

Got some awesome new kicks here today and the person working could not have been more friendly. Keep up the great work and keep getting cool new shoes, you guys were the third place I went today and had by far the best selection. Also being in the largo mall makes it convient to catch a movie or grab something to eat.
