I was in the store and over heard a few customers in the store saying they were not professionals. Meaning not in the biz. Then they shopped the store buying items. I thought salon centric was PRO WITH LIC ONLY. Any ways( the manager) as they checked out gave them samples and was very nice. I am a VERY frequent shopper and I am a professional. I am hardly ever offered samples and i am a PRO. I am confused. Most of the time when i am at the store i am not treated kindly by the manger. And if so its 100% fake or she is rolling her eyes. Or being slightly rude... Anyways just thought someone would care as PRO.✌

When they answer the phones they always seem to be irritated and not friendly. When you go into the store they take forever to greet you & when you cash out they seem to be more interested in each others conversations then they do w the client. Also found it disturbing that they are not licensed. I asked a lady there last time I was there something about the product and she literally said “I don’t know I’m not licensed I couldn’t tell you” ....I didn’t realize salon centric was like Sally’s beauty supply where anyone could work there wo proper knowledge of what they are selling.

Always go in with a list and get wY more. However the employees are always super helpful especially Evelyn

Employees are not taking Covid seriously. They did not wear masks and got very close to me. This made my shopping experience very unenjoyable and a high stress situation for me personally as I live with an immunodeficient child. Their lack of care for others will have me driving to another location in the future. (Masks are currently required in Pinellas I will add).

Always a pleasant experience with this location. Today I sought out their assistance for a return that a different location didn’t seem willing to help me with. This store handled my concern with ease and they were very kind, even taking the time to show me more about what the Salon Centric app can do for me to make each purchase and all of my history much easier to manage. What a difference and a breath of fresh air. I shame myself for not getting the name of the woman who helped me today, brunette lady with fun colored glasses and a positive and patient demeanor. Thank you to the Ulmerton Road location! Never a bad experience with any of the staff here. Always helpful.
