Totally take full advantage of the buy 3 get 3 free deal each year. They have a very wide array of new scents and smells. There are some amazing mens smells as well.

This store has a variety of products and friendly customer service. There was a previous transaction error (rep was new, its okay!), but Renee, Dottie, and Alanna were very helpful throughout the transactions I have done. Dottie was especially friendly; she always has a smile and a great vibe everytime I visit. I love B&BW works and now my in-laws do too after I gave them b&bw gifts! :) Thanks very much, ladies!

A little pushy... but I know their just trying to be helpful.. Thought the bag they put my items in was to small.. Spent 33.dollars and got a plastic bag that barely fit.. Couldnt use the handles if that tells you anything..

Loads of fun! Huge indoor trampoline arena, with many fun jumping areas, lights, music, snacks/eating area. Kids had a blast!!

This is the local smell good ..I came in with coupons free item and 20% percent off ...they were running buy 3 get 2 free..so I got 6 items (one free) and the 20% applied so 6 items 36.00 my whole house gonna smells good..and the cashier was smoking hot!

I was able to exchange items bought online for comparable items in store. The store was very clean and limited the number of customers inside at one time. They cleaned the PIN pad of their card machine after every use also. And, of course, face masks are necessary. They were very accommodating and friendly as well.

Went inside. 4 staff members. Only 4 customers inside. Walked around looking at products. NO ONE even said hello, can I help you . Nothing. Not good customer service by any means. All to busy talking to one another rather then help the customer. Wont be back.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. The buy 3 get 3 sale was happening. I also had a coupon for a completely free item. I had a total of 13 items. 6 bought 6 free and then the other free item. Total 13 items right? Well, I was told I didnt understand how it worked and the lady couldnt figure it out. Called the manager over and was still belittled. I will not return to this store until they are gone.

Bath & body works is a staple type of store and also the type of store that you can go in and get a gift for anybody male or female for any occasion. The staff is very pleasurable always willing to help and that makes the experience shopping there so wonderful.

I was super impressed starting with entering the store. Theres a hand sanitizing station when you walk in the front door, arrows on the floor directing which direction to go, and after each customer, the cashier would wipe everything down including the keypad. Very good customer service!

Only 4 stars due to the current policy of only letting 20 people in at a time. I had to wait a while to get in then there are so many great options to choose from but i was trying to hurry so other people didnt have to wait too long to get in. Staff was friendly and as always great deals!

This place is awful.worst customer service experience ..I had to drive to Tyrone mall to get a refund for something I bought online because the people that work here at this location lied about there return policy. Said several times policy changed if I bought something online I had to return it via post.. LIES! Just so lazy at there easy jobs they didn’t feel like giving me a refund. I recommend the Tyrone square mall bath and body works! Way better service and people willing to help!

As always this place is amazing. Took my son to get Birthday gifts for his friend. Great sale going on and we were able to get some great deals. Staff a lot more friendly since my last visit. Felt stalked on my previous visit like I was being watched for shoplifting. Glad the attitude has changed for the better. Store was clean and well organized.

I always love going to Bath & Body Works especially with my daughter we enjoy going and smelling all the new sense they have and enjoy filling our house with wonderful smells that seem to last longer than most other brands like Yankee Candle. The staff has always been friendly and willing to give good advice on great sense and things that go with them and prices although are not the best there are more than enough coupons and discounts out there to always leave you with a happy smile.

I had a great experience here yesterday. They had a huge sale after Christmas and the store was busy, but it wasn’t super messy or terrible. I actively saw employees organizing bins and making sure things were spick and span. The lady at the cash register was helpful and packaged my wallflowers separately. My friend however just had all her stuff thrown in a bag, so they may need to be reminded that those need wrapped up!

I love this store no matter what. The only reason why I dropped one stars because they will not honor the coupons that I get on my phone from RetailMeNot. Other stores have done that I just dont understand why this one does not and they keep telling me to sign up with my email which I do every time Im there which is at least once a month. I no longer get the cardboard coupons in the mail either so this is my only form of coupon and they dont take it.. ugh
