Kristen was so very kind and helpful- I could tell she had a smile even though it was covered by a properly worn mask. She sold me products great for my hair even though they were made for children! She was bubbly and nice. Thank you Kristen. I will be back.

I love this store the people are friendly and my hair products are always there.

I like there products but I wish the employees that work there would just say they dont know the answer instead of acting like they know. Twice now I told them I didnt know anything about what I was buying and asked if they knew and they said yes. Well my recent visit I told her I had a perm and wanted to color my hair and well lets just say I know longer have a perm and the color she told me to get was about 4 shades to dark.

Drove 40 minutes to your location. Called ahead of time AND looked on google... New covid hours are apparently supposed to close at 8(all days but sunday) I got there at SEVEN TWENTY and was extremely disappointed to see a closed store. How tragic, i guess i’ll be ugly at my wedding thanks to you guys now!

Place was clean. Wearing masks. I was greeted when I came in. I looked around and found hair dye that was CHEAPER than I expected!! So great deal$$

I went to Sally’s Beauty Supply to get some help growing out my grays. I have been a brunette all my life and I was a mahogany violet brunette. I didn’t want to deal with the dreaded look of growing the grays out. Well, I was lucky enough to meet the wonderful gals at Sally’s, and Tammy helped me so much. I am extremely grateful and happy for everything she did for me. She told me the right products to get and walked me through the process and lifted the old color out at home. This Sally’s will be my Sally’s, always!

I absolutely love this place! This is the only place I shop where the staff goes above and beyond and ensures that I get free stuff with my rewards every single shopping trip. You girls freaking rock!! Not to mention they gave me awesome hair advice and help me look fabulous. I wont go to any other Sallys and I now live an hour away

Love this Sallys. Been to several locations and the clerks just dont measure up. Wish I caught her name but the younger girl with short blue hair was so so so helpful to me this past most. Ill only come back to this location. Thanks!

The two ladies working in the store on Sunday Nov. 22, were so polite and helpful. I dont remember the last time I had such a nice shopping experience anywhere. It was near closing and I didnt feel rushed. They were very knowledgeable.

Great place. The hair stylist really took her time helping me pick out my hair dye after going to 2 other Sally only for there advice to fail . She really was determined to have my hair the color I wanted even said she would help me through it the next week to make sure it is to my pleasing . Great Customer service (at least the girl I got)

I just have to say Ive shopped at Sallys for a long time. I think Im going to stop. To be honest today I was followed in the store so bad that I felt UNCOMFORTABLE. The lady literally stood next to me following me around the store an arms langth away. I dont really care if Im black or not. I have never stolen from Sallys and it makes it so your customers feel unwanted, racially profiled and disrespected. Keep this in mind if your going to shop here.

Gotta love Sallys. A bit annoyed with the last lady who helped me. Though she helped me find what I was looking for, she fought me on every special I was taking advantage of, insisting the items I grabbed werent part of the deal. I had to take her back to show her the signs posted everywhere before shed apply the discounts. Then on the cash register screen it displayed another free item but she swore it wasnt applicable until I read the fine print and low and behold, she was wrong again. Be sure to pay attention bc not all employees know the ropes.

Robin Jones is unprofessional condescending and rude. Refer to the comment about the countryside store. She leaves good comments to boost the percentage bust doesnt care about a single employee......unless you are the minion.......at the largo location i.e management

Worst service ive ever had from a dark red headed lady and a blond young girl. they treated me like if i was retarted when i went to ask and pay. i was getting some hair color for my kids just to play around and because i didnt want to buy a bleach, the customer service red headed lady said that she will write in the receipt that she told me that it wont work(with an attitude and treating me like if i was less of a person than her) like if im going to return an used hair dye??? didnt apologize when i ask, why she was rude. will never come to this place again. this place should check their employees attitude before they hired people. bad customer service and helpless people.

Customer service was not so good. Not sure if Ill ever go back to this store.
