I did a lot if work on my Jeep Rubicon in this shop.Every time UAR stuff would take a picture of the part that is broken or bad so i know what is going on with the car at all time.Very responsive, always in a good mood, skilful mechanics that woud take you tou your car that is taken apart and show you what they are doing.By far the BEST place

I took my 94 Mustang Cobra to Brent and Bobby at UAR on a recommendation from a good friend. I was amazed at the care my car and I received. The car being 23 years old and 200k miles on the original motor, I wanted to know what I needed before I could have my tuning system installed and the car prepped for major engine work down the road. I was handed a small list of things to fix which blew my mind and was told the engine was fine to move onto tuning and performance. After everything was done, which took some time, I can not believe how much better the car is. It was well worth the wait and I will recommend UAR to anyone who needs work done from simple oil changes or brakes to total tear downs and rebuilds to race builds and everything possible to get into a car.I was very happy and impressed with the honesty, quality, and fun I had working with UAR. They made it an enjoyable process and kept me excited about the car.

I met Bobby back in 2000. I was a server and he overheard my convo with another customer. My car was outside, broken down. Bobby handed me his card. He fixed the car.I brought a vehicle by his old shop off Ulmerton. He was very busy but checked the car out. Bobby told me to buy this car or he would!! 😁I had my Sequoia towed to the current lcation a few years back. They rebuilt my steering column for me. This took about a week. Which they let me know beforehand.These people are very professional, from the quotes to the service. Never had a bad experience in 20+ years.

Took my car in to Ultimate to fix a problem another shop had already taken a try at. It was diagnosed quickly and I received pictures and a couple videos to actually see the problem that I could only hear before. I thought this was pretty cool. I was told the repair would be a couple day turn around which seemed to be fair to me. This meant the weekend without my car. I got a phone call Friday afternoon to say the job was done and could come get the car. That was nice. Bobby keeps the shop in great shape and all the service guys I talked with were all great also. I came down from Brandon Florida to see my grandma who has covid. My E46 had a coolant issue. I came from the plaza hotel (right next door) and explained my problem to the owner. He was extremely nice and helped right away. Times are really tuff and he even helped with a discount. I usually do not trust outside mechanics but I felt really comfortable here. Just know, they will take really great care of your car, EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The UAR staff is very knowledgeable, polite and caring of their work ethics. Brent is a super nice guy.I personally feel that old saying the customer is always right should not apply to this type of business, as the customers mostly do not know what makes a car tick.Bobby and Brent have always treated me with the utmost respect, explained my car problems and have been very fair as to pricing.Also, tell me what other auto mechanic shop sends you a Christmas card with a free oil change enclosed!As Bobby has stated in his posts, they are always busy!!

Brent is the best, all of the men are so nice and helpful. My daughter had a tire blow out across the street from Ultimate, the men were quick to help her and get her mustang taken care of. They are honest and their prices are very fair. My husband and I and my daughter will always take our vehicles to them. I highly recommend Ultimate.

I’ve been taking my 2008 Toyota Sequoia here for years. I recently had a unusual issue where the key wouldn’t come out and Bobby himself (owner)took great care and time to diagnose and fix the problem (very reasonably I might add). I am very grateful for the honest approach and excellent service Brent, Bobby and the entire crew provide. They are by far the best full service auto shop in our area!

I enjoy taking my car to U.A.R. And enjoy so much that if I haven’t been there in awhile, I will actually pop my head in just to say Hi!They are kind, friendly and do their best to help me as the customer and go above and beyond the normal to help get me there!

Not sure about place as they dont call me back. I stopped in for an estimate to make some mods to my car and guy took all my information and promised to get back to me with an estimate. I waited a couple weeks after hearing nothing and called. Spoke to someone, and asked if they could talk to the guy that i spoke to and get back to me. To date, still havent heard anything. Only thing i can review is their customer service which is not very good. Either they are too busy and dont want the work, or they just dont care about getting back to prospective customers. Either way, there are lots of mechanics that are looking for work, especially those that like to do speed modifications. Makes no sense.UPDATE: thanks for the response but i checked every email folder i have including spam and never received an email from UAR. I believe that you did send it, but unfortunetely it was never received. I even stopped back by several weeks after the initial visit and they told me they couldnt find my initial inquiry in the system but in their defense, they seemed a little confused on the computer system. Just keep in mind that I may not be the only person that is not getting the emails. Others might just move one without saying a word.

These guys are great! They are honest, and sincere. I drive an older car, and they are always up front with me, and do what they can to be sure that everything is functioning, and safe. Repairs are done in an extremely appropriate amount of time, and at a reasonable cost.

This shop is top of the line. The counter guys were friendly and courteous to deal with. They installed a tuner in my Ram truck and OMG I can not believe the difference in the drivability of my truck. It is amazing. Not only that but the job came in cheaper than quoted which was nice but speaks volumes about the integrity and honesty of this shop. I could not be more pleased than I am and I love my truck again. This was my first time there but it wont be the last. I highly recommend this shop for all your needs but especially tuner installs. Wow what a difference in the overall way my truck runs now. Excellent customer service and the whole staff are really nice

In person, these guys are great. Personable, the place is clean and they seem extremely knowledgeable with muscle cars. However, if you want an estimate, good luck. After repeated attempts with phone calls, emails and even stopping by twice after our initial meeting, they dont seem to care about it. Ive waited just over 3 months with promises of getting my estimate, but never received one. I was hoping to get to work with Bobby because hes real nice in person, but their customer service is horrible. Ive given up on them.

WARNING!!! Stay clear of this shop. Brought my car here for several upgrades. Took twice as long as agreed and was not finished. Car was running and driving when brought there and they had to tow it back to my house because they couldn’t figure out how to mount my starter properly. Tore up my flywheel and starter in the process. Only job fully completed as agreed was the roll cage. Installed the wrong rear end / differential. And to top it all off i had over 1000$ in parts stolen from inside the car. When confronted they said any parts not bolted to the car they are not legally responsible for. Avoid this shop at all costs.Just a update. Their original reply to my post is a damn lie. Do not trust these people.

Over eight months off and on, over $80,000.00 spent almost had to beg to get things complete. Once completed oil leaks, runs terrible. I’ve had to repair things that were left half done.All of the issues should have been warranted and probably are. I refuse to go back to this shop. VERY CUSTOMER UNFRIENDLY

It showed its age of abuse of 3 teenage drivers and then an everyday source of transportation for me for over 40years. After multiple limited attempts to extend the life of my Stang, I drove it into UAR and described my dream to Bobby. They were able to make my vision of what I wanted happen. These guys are terrific to work with and its a great team there. If you want to make power in your modern mopar or get some tlc on your classic these are the guys to see. The staff has been not only helpful but has done a tremendous job in troubleshooting software issues to make my car perform at its best but also maintain reliability .
