The staff was overwhelmed and needs some welders, so if you can weld their hiring. I showed up at 8am and didnt get out till after 6pm. Completely custom true dual exhaust. I was told about 3 hours. They were swamped. The Manager kept apologizing and offered me substantial compensation for my troubles and patience. He did an amazing job. Great materials and craftsmanship. Highly recommend. I have a custom dual exhaust on a F150. The bar holding the pipes in place came undone. I was told they couldnt fit me in that Saturday, but to bring it Monday. Its a first come first serve policy so I couldnt just set an appointment. I showed up about 12:30 pm and was in and out in ten minutes. Only cost me $20 for what I needed done. Its been about a month now and so far so good! Id use them again for sure if the need ever arises.

I used to be an automotive technician, and while I usually do all of my own work I didnt have the time.I found rainbow muffler online and Im glad I did.They do outstanding work for a very reasonable price, and while they will look and warn about things that may go bad, they only fix what needs to be fixed.Old School shop all the way.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable with a great price on a custom true dual exhaust with 2 inline mufflers. I may add a resonator in to dampen the loud crackling sound when launching but other than that it sounds amazing. (Last picture is old muffler delete setup which had lots of drone and now theres barely any at all)

These guys are great. April runs that place and is easy to deal with. I had a unique request to do a weld job with 2 j pipes. They are willing and able. There is a tiny leak setting off my engine light, but they are gonna fix that and good to know if there is any issues, they are gonna get it right.

Went there some of my exhaust, they were honest affordable and got right to work on it. everything came out perfect I have a zero complaints. there are very awesome people working there!

Came in 2 weeks ago to have work done to my car. They never put the bottom tray back on properly it was missing all of its clips which caused the Fender liner to rub on the tire causing damage. When I brought the car back they claim the pieces were already missing. This is a brand new 2020 vehicle with less then 8k miles. Alex the owner then got hostile when I told him it was a $100 to replace the Fender liner, which I called the dealer to get the price from. And he amediately told his worker Terry to drop my vehicle and get it outta here if Im going to give him attitude. I did not realize asking you to correct your mistake was giving attitude. I politely left and called the police had a report filed and I called the insurance company as well as reported it to my credit card company. Stay away would not go to rainbow mufflers ever again.

The best mechanic shop Ive ever been to. They taking time to explain everything, replaced MAP sensor really fast and the prices are great!

Went by stressed out because my exhaust was making a loud noise with in 15 minutes it was fixed and no charge . I was missing a screw so they replaced it. Great people I will be back for any exhaust needs thanks out much.

I’m not typically one to leave a bad review on the web. I figure that people will see and word of mouth does it’s job positive and negative, but the work on my truck was terrible . Exhaust is on the sway bar, which I had to argue with the manager who swore it wasn’t . It will rub a hole in the exhaust . They must not know how to use the bender or the bender is broken- because the 3 bends they would have had to make to do the job correctly would have been done, and it not cobbled together with a bunch of pieces . I posted pictures so people can decide for themselves .

After getting an outrageous quote from Subaru for a catalytic converter replacement, we ended up at Rainbow Muffler from a friends recommendation. We brought the car in on the Monday before Thanksgiving and got it back 2 days later! Work was solid, and the price was great. Definitely will recommend to others or use in the future. Thanks!

Rainbow Muffler does not stand behind their work. They did my shocks 700 and I had to go to Good Year right around the corner to have it fixed. Good Year did it on the cheap when I showed them my receipt and then they saw my front drivers side shock that is BRAND NEW FROM RAINBOW MUFFLER!

I was originally priced for a Flowmaster Outlaw Direct Fit for $180 and $80 for the installation equaling to $260 Plus Tax. I came in, confirmed what I wanted and dropped it off. I get a call about 30 minutes later stating that the Outlaw series he was out of stock but had a Series 40 available which was told costs more and has the same volume, just different design and would do for the same price. Myself should have done research but didn’t and told them to proceed. About an hour later I get called saying it was done, at the same time I am finding that same exhaust for $95 online. When I came in to pick up my truck, I asked about the pricing and was told it was better then the Outlaw Series and charged for the part plus hour and a half labor plus shop supplies. I am happy with the installation, not so much of the Rated R movie in the waiting room with every other word being the F-Bomb (glad my wife and kids didn’t come in), and what I feel is charging me the same for a more expensive part but receiving the cheaper part in the end

This is the second time that Ive used this shop to cut out my stock muffler and weld in one with a throatier sound. They dont use a magnaflow, but a knock-off version of it. I find that it sounds great and seems to actually sound better as you put miles on it. NO idea why, but I swear on both of my trucks that the sound got a bit smoother after Id put about 10k on the trucks after install.Workmanship hasnt been an issue. They check for leaks after the weld and Ive not had any problems.I recommend this shop.

Brought my car to this scam shop back in August for a valve cover leak. The leak was in the front of the cover and was small. The manager, Alex, told me it was a simple fix. He called later that day and I picked it up. The next day the burning oil smell in my car was worse. I checked the valve cover when I got to work and there was oil everywhere. The tech who worked on my car forgot to tighten a bolt in the back of the cover. It was so loose I could turn it with my fingers. Alex told me to bring it in. Gave me a BS story on how the bolt must have backed out on its own. After one day of driving? Then, about 4 days after that, I started to smell the oil again. I noticed more oil under my valve cover. I decided to clean it thinking it was left over oil. 4 days after that, more oil. I called and he told me to bring it in. He said they would be closing early between 12-2pm. My wife got it there at 11am and they were already closed. Dropped it off the next business day. After having it for 8 hours and multiple calls, Alex finally let me know my car repair was more then his professionals could handle. He would not refund me my money because he claimed he fixed my car, although I left with a larger leak then the one I came in with. He told me to bring it to a Chevy dealer but after I did he let me know that if they fixed the valve cover, his warranty would be voided. He is extremely unprofessional in every sense of the word. Do not bring any car to this shop. Just take a look at the place before you decide to leave your car here. Smells of dead rats and mold. Cant wait for this eye sore to close down.

Quoted me $500 to install 2 pipes and a muffler I supplied. Glad I looked around found the same job for $120 at Precision in St Pete. What a scam. Do not go here whats so ever!

They told me to come in and they would give me dual exhaust on my truck for $450 when I got there I left drop the truck off and I left afterwards they called me 2 hours later and told me that they couldnt even lift the truck up off the ground that they had to refuse the deal what it was is they underestimated the job and they couldnt do it for the price that she quoted his wife stepped in he was nowhere around and his wife screwed up and gave me too low of a price so therefore they backed out of it they lied to me the customer before they would go in and take a loss and do the job to satisfy me instead they were so greedy they took the other way out called Cash green they took that way out they are a bad company

Great place, great attitude. Not out to just make a buck off you; they could have charged me a couple of hundred for a new exhaust that I didnt need but they were honest and up front getting me out cheap.

Made appointment. Dropped off truck before they opened. Only vehicle in parking lot. Called to verify pick up and was told 3:00. Showed up at 3:30 and still hadn’t started even started it. Left w out any work done.

Wow is all I can say! What an awesome shop and awesome people working there! Had my exhaust done by them, and one of the hangers came loose. I went back in to have it fixed. They immediately squeezed me in to knock it out and fixed it at no charge no questions asked with a great attitude! Danny, one of the techs even added weld to my other pipe to ensure it would not come loose and even fixed an issue I was having with one of my front brakes he found FOR FREE! Mistakes happen and this was one of the best mistakes that could have happened to me! Awesome people awesome work and great attitudes! These people stand behind stuff! Went there to see about getting a muffler delete on my 17 wrx and the technician told his manager i cussed him out??? I told him to take car off lift is about all!!! After looking at photos of there welds i am convinced there techs are rookies! I dont recommend this place to anybody

Went to get resonators deleted, they wrote up the quote and told us a couple of hours. We went and had breakfast, came back in 1.5 hours and she was done! Quick, painless, and easy. Theyre straightforward and are very kind. Well definitely come back to them!

Great service do a good job sells you what you need. Labor is reasonable parts have a 3 month warranty. Very busy because they work on older cars as well as newer cars.

He has always taken care of his customers and we had our van back in no time at all. Which is pretty great when you have 2 adults, 2 small children with car seats all in one small car. It is hard to find a good place with reasonable prices for an oil change. Rainbow Muffler is that place. Everyone there is extremely professional and you can tell they do. They take pride in their work and will recommend good places to go for work they dont do at the shop. I take all 4 of my vehicles there and I recommend them to all of my friends.

Went in for an oil change and they said it would be 4-5 days before they could get my car in. There is no parking because they leave so many unfinished vehicles in all of the spots. I live near here and the building and overflowing parking lot are a real eye sore. Can’t wait for this place to go out of business.

First of all I want to say the Rainbow Muffler Shop is the best car repair shop. I have brought my Silver Chevy Cobalt 2006 there every time I need repairs. Tj and his wife are the most kind people you would ever want to meet whom provide incredible customer service. Tj has gone above and beyond to help me multiple times. I cant tell him how much that was appreciated. Their prices are more then fair and they do great work. I can tell you this is only car repair shop I will ever come to as long as I own a car. I will continue to spread the word about how great this shop is!!!

Brought my car in for an exhaust issue. Was told the catalytic converter would be replaced. While there they quote found an issue with the valve cover. Paid $1600 for repairs to be done. Took delivery and low and behold the catalytic converter was never fixed. Now they refuse to fix the car and stand behind what they told me was fixed. Horrible people.

They intalled the exhast pressing against the sway bar. Why would you ever do that. The manager would not fix it. IIt had to be taken to another shop to stop the rattleing.

I have taken my car there 3-4 times and their work is decent. I recently took my car in to have a resonator installed and whoever welded it either must not have cared or something because it is the ugliest weld Ive ever seen and it also had holes in the welds. So now I have to deal with holes in my exhaust until next weekend. Thanks guys, always check their work after theyre done.
