I used to go to another repair shop they treated me like family helped me out when i was unable to pay my bill completely and you dont normally get service like that anyway I was refered to allpro and they didnt make me feel, like family but to be honest I did feel that they did care about me and my vehicle and I will definatelly be going back thanks

This was my first time here, I was referred by a friend. I needed a new radiator fan and some ac work. I’m very happy with the service and the work that was done. I didn’t mind the wait, didn’t have any problems at all. Definitely happy with the pricing, I saved money coming here. I will definitely be a repeat customer and bring all my car business here!

A mechanic you can trust with your daughters! I sent my daughter here after another shop told her she needed an alternator and battery for her 2017 Mazda. Even though the shop was closing for the weekend they took the time to check out her car and explained to her she just needed a new battery. They even told her she could get one from an auto part store and save money as they would install it for her for free. Ive since had them install new tires and brakes on my car. Their pricing was cheaper than the other shops I had researched and they went out of their way to work with me. Im totally thrilled we have found our new family mechanic and I dont have to worry about my daughters or myself being taken advantage of because we are female. If you want an honest, reliable and reasonably priced mechanic for all of your family members this is your guy!

My husband and I have always had good experiences with All Pro and Jay. Hes reasonable in cost, he makes time for us no matter how busy he is, and we get our cars back quickly. For the most part, the problems with our cars have been fixed. If we ever have any issues with their work, Jay is quick to handle things in a professional manner. Ill continue to go there for a long time.

Don’t trust them with your car. They will keep it for WEEKS. And still not fix what needs to be fixed. Also caught them driving MY car down the road. When I finally got it back it had no gas. Brought them my car again because the issue was still not fixed and they kept it again for 2 weeks. Still not fixed. Jay is very rude and super shady . Look up his public record he’s been arrested twice for not paying taxes put on probation and did it again!

I took my 98 Chevy Camaro in here for an oxygen sensor which is tested by attaching a computer under your dash. For some unknown reason they decided to test drive my car. Whom ever was test driving tried to hot rod my car and blew the bearings out in the motor and still drove without oil going to the right places. When I picked up my car I was told Sorry you need a new motor. When I ask what they did I was told they did nothing and no charge. I have a knocking in the bottom and the top of my motor now. They admitted to test driving my car so they did something and refuse to pay for their damage and will not return calls. I took my car to a different mechanic which confirmed this. Now I guess this a case for the laywers.

Similar experience as others from the first tire! After that experience I became a loyal customer as well as my family. I went from a tire to a complete engine overhaul. I had a flat tire last weekend took it to All Pro to be patched or plugged. Next morning flat again. Needless to say after paying $53.00 to have it fixed and flat again I wasnt very happy. Got the donut on and on Monday morning I was at All Pro and not happy. They said it would be fixed or might have to get a new tire which ended up being the case. The owner said he would put what I paid for the patch toward the tire and I was thankful for. I called every day and I was told it wasnt ready. Finally on Friday I was told it was ready. This morning my new tire was put on. I was told I did not have to pay anything because of my inconvenience. I recommend All Pro Auto on Starkey Rd in Largo

Jay and the gang are awesome. Im very hesitant to trust anyone in the auto repair business but after umpteen visits between my wifes and my vehicles, All Pro has my business for life. Not once have they tried to sell me on something I didnt need. Its unfortunate that Auto Repair companies get a bad rap, but All Pro is the exception. I would refer friends and family to them in a heartbeat. Keep up the good (and very honest) work guys.

Great company to buy tires for you. Stop the tricks from Tire Kingdom and so on. All Pro will quote the lowest price and if you want a particular brand, Jay will quote that also. Saved me over three hundred on my 2013 Malibu and quoted a dynamite price on Uniroyals for my friends 2015 Mustang. Had a flat today, fixed free of charge. Will save you money over the dealership because they include bogus items Jay checks with any oil change. Friendly, dependable and priced right. Not a scammer.RC

Fast, friendly service at reasonable price. (this is from the first tire)Two flat tires on two different vehicles in one week. They were perfect on the first tire so I took the second one in as well. 18 year old son got a screw in the tire and decided to drive it home flat. The tire is not salvageable. As they were looking up a compatible tire, they noticed that I purchased the tire at Walmart (exclusive). They gave the tire back to me and told me to take it to Walmart, check to see if I had roadside service and if they gave me any grief at all to bring it back and they would do their best. The issue was that it is a rear wheel drive and although the tires are relatively new, the pattern would be different and the rear wheel drive would make it noticeable. Rather than milk me for a new tire that would drive the driver of the vehicle crazy, they gave me the tire back, no charge, to hopefully get it repaired for near to nothing.I just found my new location for all my automotive needs!

HUGE ripoff! Try telling me my car needed a $800 repair. Took it somewhere else for a second opinion, and all I needed was power steering fluid. All they want is your money!!

The first visit to this place was so uninviting. I was had to have heater hose repaired.knowing about my vehicle I ask jay to look at Reservoir tank to make sure it wasnt leaking... He had many words of dicourse to say when I ask logical question.. And if I didnt like that go somewhere else... I put aside his nasty behavior toward me and had my car fixed.. I had a radiator flush add to the work... The fluids where not properly put back in... I went back to have them fix problem... They did. Two days later my water pump had been leaking for awhile, one of the reason hose started leaking... Had to get that fix next... The used the same anti freeze from job done on heater hose.. Walked out and again never filled antifreeze to the proper level.. Wented back today and asked him if he could filled the antifreeze to the proper level... I have to charge you for the fluid, I had to pay for their mistake of poor service..After spending over 500 dollars with the company... Being talked to as I am just a $ in pocket and food on their plates... Not as a custmoer that will come back to have my vehicle repaired... I would come to believe that this owner needs to work on customer service, learn to repair the vehicle as it was his own and not treat people like a dime in his pocket for selfish gainI feel sorry for the mechanics that have to work with Christmas scrooge
