My few years living near the store the staff has gotten better at their customer service skills. Ya! So much nicer and helpful now. Good job!

I went to see about oil test for my boat diesels. U needed the address of where they get tested. The counter person quickly got me a number for NAPA help with products. They provided me with the correct phone number to solve my problem and it did. Its a pleasure to deal with an organized business unlike myself who goofed up . They saved me ! Lol

Most of the staff here is very well versed in mechanics. Something I rarely find when part shopping. Theyre easy-going and willing to go the extra mile when a part is not easily found in the NAPA search engine (in my case it was manual transmission fluid for my car).The selection here is great as well. NAPA is good about that.

Super deals today at the Napa on Missouri. All kinds of giveaways, free food and drinks good all beef hot dogs. And much more well staffed and all your needs will be attended to promptly. Got me a case oil and some purple Power and premium oil filter all for 18 bucks.

NAPA Auto Parts Store Is One Of The Top Quality Parts Store In The Area The Employees Are Good, Have Good Knowledge

I have been using Napa 50 for years they have car and heavy truck and equipment parts very convenient.

If I could give a negative star I probably would at this point. I walked into the store to get some supplies and no one greeted me. I walked up to the counter where William ( aka) the store manager was standing and I asked him about a product that I was looking for and he started to look for it but then the phone rang and I sat there for about 10min while he was on his phone call. I was so frustrated that I just left.. horrible customer service and to think that he was the manager!? Oh.. there was about 3 employees there just to mention, he could of had someone help me.. Just awful..

Napa is in a strip Mall area there are several entrance ways to get into the parking lot so it does make GPS direction complicated some what
