Everyone is always incredibly nice and helpful here. I use curbside pickup a lot and really appreciate the service that I receive.

NICE little Michaels store with excellent selection of art/craft/hobby supplies. Well lit and easy to find. Staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous. AWESOME clearance deals and even regular prices arent too high. ALWAYS some type of seasonal or end of season sale going on and even more savings available if you have the app. Definitely worth the stop, even though you have to drive into a fairly busy outdoor mall area (Largo Mall) to get to it.

Devon and Riley were fantastic. They helped me track down the few items that I was looking for, one of which was difficult to find. Without their help I wouldnt have found it. Further highlighting their professionalism, they asked if they could enroll me in the Michaels rewards program at checkout. I declined but they darn sure did their job. 2 thumbs up.

The staff at this Michaels was so helpful and friendly. This location seemed brighter and cleaner than other locations Ive been to.

Unfortunately, I just experienced the worst customer service experience from a manager at this store. The wonderful clerk at the framing department did his very best to help with my questions, but even after sharing that I would happily wait to get some advice from the manager (about a topic he was unsure of), the manager in the framing department refused to come to the counter, stating she was too busy doing something else. It goes without saying that this Michael’s store lost a valued customer today.

I usually like going to Michaels but this one I dont care for much. I have many times left my cart and just left because of the attitude from employees after asking questions. I have not found much useful from any one that works there. Or better yet, had to track down someone to check me out after waiting at the registers for too long. It is rundown, small, and and shelves are usually a mess. If needing craft stuff just go up the road to hobby lobby. Or go to the Michaels at largo mall.

Store is packed full of good ideas for decor. Friendly staff ready to help. Great prices.

Good source for canvas and basic paint supplies. Moore high end stuff Can be found in specialty stores. Good for starters. Nice price!

The lady in the picture framing department was about as useless as you can get. Then they wonder why brick and mortar stores are becoming obsolete. Not my fault!!! Tried to spend my hard earned cash at your store but after interacting with that lady in your picture framing department I will never waste my time like that again.. BTW, same frame I was looking at that you are selling for 59.00 I got the exact same one on Amazon for 14.99...

I had no issue finding staff to help us, although it was moderately easy to find stuff on our own. The only issue I had was that it seemed bleak. Theres not much of an inventory as there used to be. The cashier was super nice though!

I went to find a candle making kit. I was lost. An employee name Nikki (hope I spelled it right) approached me with a courteous attitude and offered assistance. Not only did she help me find the product I needed, she also provided me with details and additional information relevant to candle making. This will be my permanent Michaels from now on. The attitude of each employee I met was warm and welcoming. This place is awesome. Great culture with great people.

Store is really clean, but please look in bag when you check out because i was missing an item due to another customer talking to my cashier while their cashier was talking to them as well. Going back for my item though

Excellent . The store was very humid and hot. According to some of the workers they are has been not working for a couple of months. So I feel bad for the people working there right now and the company needs to get on board and get that air conditioning fixed. Its hard for people to work when theyre uncomfortable

Lazy cashiers wouldnt look up to see if this store carried an item, even after I gave them the SKU. Just shrugged, told me trucks come in Friday, check then, and called the next customer. Also, not wearing a mask? Arent there a lot of at risk customers here?

Tremendous selection. Artsy, well maintained although the employees need a personality check. A little dull. Friendly but robotic. The inventory took thier place thank goodness

Seriously the worst Michaels Ive ever been to. While the customer service attendants are kind, the store is lacking. Im not sure if this is where random overflow goes to die or whats going on here. I keep trying to find things there that I want but every time I give it a shot I walk out empty-handed.I actually saw a torn up cardboard display tray I thought I could save and use since there was nothing there for me to buy. I went to the counter to ask and was told that they would reuse it. Im sure once the manager saw it it went straight into the trash.Once again I left empty-handed! Save your Michaels trip for Clearwater or anywhere but Largo!

Terrible experience. Multiple workers and no customers yet not a single person offered assistance even though they could clearly see I was looking for something all 5 times they came down my aisle to stand in my way while I was trying to look. When I did finally ask for assistance, it was met with an attitude and they immediately said they dont have it, because they didnt feel like helping me look. I found it on my own after searching every single aisle.

My little gem!! Love this particular Michaels! Even though seems smaller than others in my opinion, it always has great finds and clearance items. Also always very clean, even before pandemic.

I love this store! Always greeted by a friendly associate and walked to the items Im looking for! They go above and beyond with COVID safety, I feel very safe while shopping in this store. If I cant find what Im looking for Im directed to an associate who can help me get it ordered to my house with free shipping! Ive never been to another store that offers to take care of the shipping for me!

I went in there for something specific and the first employee greeted me and showed me exactly where to find it. Very clean & organized.

Always understaffed. The poor employees have to deal with a lot, on top of rude customers because there are 7 registers and only 1 or 2 staff members.

Quick in and out just for a couple items I needed. Store is easily lid out with clear signage, making locating what is needed easy.

As a parent of a recent employee, I have to say Neil and Megan are terrible management.My child who attends on line school was scheduled to come in during school hours they remove hours completely if cannot comply!My child was scheduled for certain hours, then recieved calls that they were a no call no show after they changed schedule without notice, sent photo of original schedule. I spoke to manager lengthy that day. Again my child had testing and gave amplenotice, she was ridiculed by both Neil and Megan, once again they removed her hours.My child a student who by law cannot be scheduled during school hours was abused by both of these people.We recently lost my father in law 5/5/21 due to covid both Neil and Megan were heard mocking her and stated she was lying!!Corporate will be hearing from ME. My child quit due to the abuse if this staff!!

The people are very helpful and the selection is good. There are a few things I habe to go to other stores and sometimes it is cheaper to buy the stuff online and pick up in store, but I like to browse and look at everything.

Always one of my favorite stops. Friendly staff. Great quality umaterials. And tones of inspirational eye candy. They have been low on a lot of stuff during Covid but its understandable. Just wish there was more fluorescent and neon mediums in stock!!

This store is a Pisces dream!! I am a Pisces and i live and breathe crafts of all kinds!! Michaels is my most favorite place on the planet!! I could literally spend hours upon hours in this store! The employees are always very friendly and helpful although I dont prefer this location due to its size id rather go to the Clearwater mall location instead but i live closer to the largo location so in a pinch Ill settle for the smaller store.. This is not the first time Ive been to this store and needed help finding something. Help is hard to find and when you do find it, they are not very helpful or friendly. On the plus side, I was impressed with the checkout where there were spots on the floor for social distancing and masks were required. Sanitizing the keypad after each customer would have been nice.

Not crowded, store looks emptier and not as much variety of items since pre-covid-19 times.

I could walk around all day here. Love the inspiration and the store is always clean.

Very nice place. Clean and well maintained. They have plastic up to keep the cashiers and customers safe and everyone is wearing masks. Theres also sanitizer by the credit card machine.
