I contacted Artic Air at the end of the day on a Friday when I discovered my air conditioning, which had been disconnected for weeks due to construction, was not going to work when they tried to reconnect.I had been without air for weeks and was desperate. When I told Artic Air my situation, they set everything up for Saturday am. I was thrilled. Joe arrived early and worked all day in my condo to get me set up. He went above and beyond and was so appreciated. I can’t say enough about how impressed I was with how timely they set up everything from the crane for the roof to getting the air installed. Arctic Air installed my first Central AC in the 90s and were great. They helped me with an AC emergency when my unit went out in 1999. My husband was under Hospice care (at home) and Arctic literally walked me through something on the phone because I didnt know their was a drip pan that needed to be emptied. They checked back to see if I needed them to come out or if I needed further help. Arctic has helped me with great service all these years. The technicians are prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, patient, respectful and I would recommend this company to anyone. I have referred friends and relatives to them because of their excellent service.

We were referred to Arctic Air and are so glad we were! When our ac stopped working, we called and they gave a two hour window that someone would come out that same day. Cody showed up during that window of time. Cody was very polite and professional and quick to get the ac back up and running. Quick, professional service and fair pricing. Overall Arctic Air technician, Mo, was very thorough and prompt. Only disappointment was this unit was installed brand new in May of 2020, just 14 months ago, and supposedly had a 10 year warranty on all parts & repairs. When I made the appointment, the lady at the office said everything was under warranty and didnt tell me about the $89 service fee, which I was OK with. Then he just spent less than 10 minutes at our unit and found the problem right away. Apparently the drain was clogged, which caused the system to shut off automatically. He charged $59.00 to blow out the line, which took about 30 seconds. After I complained, he knocked off $30.00.I can do this myself next time for free. BTW- I am meticulous about maintaining my system. I change the filter every month and even add a cup of vinegar, as is recommended, to help keep the drain unclogged.Just felt like a bit of a ripoff to be charged that much to just unclog a partially clogged drain on a system that I keep as clean as possible.

Very unsatisfactory. The item arrived, and it looked pretty from a style point of view but sub quality. Followed directions and when I tried to pullout the filter, it got stuck; there was no way to use it. Returned it and the extra filter for a hopeful return of 134.85 plus shipping of 11.98. To date, only $107.49 cents has been credited to my VISA. The bank asks for elaborate documentation which was sent initially, and now wants to close the case. Arctic Air Systems still owes me $27.36 plus the shipping costs. Its a hugh disservice to anyone trying to return an inferior product.By the way, the one time I was able to test the use, the unit only blew cool, not cold air straight for a few feet. It does not do what the ads purport it to do. So sorry.

We were very fortunate that Arctic air came out to handle the air conditioning work, as It was the day the tropical storm Elsa was arriving and they came out anyway. The service associate arrived on time and was prepared. to resolve the issue. The work was done promptly and efficiently. The A/C unit now works perfectly. Many thanks to the Arctic Air team.

I am very pleased with my experience. The prior owners of my home used this company and I see why. Clear communication, fair pricing, and thoughtful technicians. My tech Richard came during my work day and was very attentive to my needs multitasking work and getting annual maintenance for my unit. He was quick yet through and even literally cleaned up after himself (had a broom to sweep up any mess from coming out of the attic). I feel like I have a clear sense of how to continue to care for my AC unit based on his discussion of what he found. He provided very clear answers to my questions. Bonus points that my pup did great with him, when he tends to get spooked by strangers in the house. I look forward to relying on this company in years to come.

The entire process from start to finish was first class and professional. From the quoting to the installation to the office workers and paperwork it was very easy. We had more efficient equipment installed and upgraded thermostat and saved $1,500 over other quotes for a lesser quality system. Cody came out on a saturday night and fixed my broken ac. He was very thorough and friendly. Price was a little high in my opinion but the service matched the price I would say. Also, I called 5 different service places and this was not only the quickest to get back to me but would have been the only one to have the chance to get out to me. I recommend Arctic air!

First time they came out to clean my mini-split units and did a great job. Next time I needed some parts for a repair and even after following up multiple times they never got back to me. Had to call someone else.

After using them for years, Arctic Air has declined in quality of service. My attempts to contact them have been ignored so I will be moving on to another company. In the last 6 months we had them out 3 times due to issues caused by their improper installation of faulty products. I do not appreciate having to pay service call after service call for issues caused by their own negligence.

During the second week of the 2020 shutdown, the motor in our main HVAC unit died and we were left without A/C in most of the house. We initially called another company to get a quote for the repair, but the age of the unit was suspect (15+ years old) and there were two other units for the house that were of the same age, so we also requested a quote for a replacement of the entire system. One of the issues we had with the old system is that it did not adequately cool our master bedroom and we asked if there was a way to combine the two small units into a larger one, but the other company was not open to make this happen. We received their bid several days later while waiting without A/C in the house and it did not account for the issues we had with the old system. Additionally, we were dissatisfied with the service, response, and most of all the price of the other company, so we went looking elsewhere.We then looked up other HVAC companies and received two more bids for the work. What convinced us to use Arctic Air Systems was their promptness in sending someone to evaluate our condition, willingness to work with use in modifying the layout of the existing system, and the range of products they had to meet our needs. Within a week from our selection of Arctic Air Systems, they were here to replace the entirety of our HVAC system from the ground up.Not only did they quickly remove and replace the system that was broken, but they then are able to get all of the new equipment into the home and working within a day. The next two days of work were to install the new duct work and finalize the new electrical work for the units. The work was great and weve had a cold house ever since!We will definitely continue to use Arctic Air Systems to maintain our system and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good maintenance company, or a whole new system.

They did work for me when I bought my house in November 2020 and did good job.But recently they miss diagnosed a problem and I called to talk to management and I waited a week before I called them back and no one called me back. They replaced a capacitor then the compressor and still the same problem. It was something else and a minor problem at that!But as I expected they gave me the runaround. They got me for almost 1300 dollars. So be very careful with this company!!!!!

They consistently come out on time, text ahead and are polite and professional. They have installed a unit for us and gave a competitive bid that they adhered to. They were also able to provide same day repair/cleaning when a snake found its way into the outdoor unit and made a mess.

I was told twice that the project manager would call to reschedule my appointment because of the hurricane which was understandable until I never heard from the project manager and I was told twice after that, that he would be calling me to reschedule never heard from the project manager at all then about 5 or so weeks later I got a very poorly thought out text message about artic air having a cancellation and they were wondering if I was still interested in the duct repair I guess my job was to small and not profitable so I was instantly slammed to the back burner when they could use a hurricane that never affected this area at all so as a result of this I hope they can understand that I dont have any confidence in artic air being reasonably priced at 175 dollars an hour to replace a few ducts in my attic that a couple squirrels had their way with. Artic a good company to call Ill never know Good luck on the project manager calling you to schedule your appointment good luck all around with a company that doesnt value every customer.

Cannot say enough about how quickly they responded and how professional Cody was in handling an odd issue. Our A/C quit running .. we called and of course it was after 5 PM. They explained the charges up front, very reasonable $50 after hours service call. I believe Cody was here within 15-20 minutes.. so quick that I was shocked to look out the window and see him already working on it. He found there was no power going to the unit. We have a Generac and what he determined was the surge protector had failed. He reconnected the A/C we were up and running within 30 minutes. And he saved us another $350 because we thought we had to replace a bub in cleaner that was not working due to the power issue. Winning... Thanks Artic Air and Thanks Cody!!

Had the guys from Artic Air install a dual mini split system in my home, which completely replaces my old ducted central AC. They were on time and did a very good, fast, job of it. Had a few minor bugs, which is normal when you install something new, and they were quick and did very good adjustments to the system. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a new system.

Artic Air came to my home to repair my non running AC. The service tech was nice enough but my AC is still not working. He spent time diagnose the issue and stated is was a voltage issue, and re taped some wires, . $$$. When he left, the AC was working but not for long,20 minutes. I rurn everything off again and called backed. I was told the tech would call me in 30 minutes or less, never happened. . Called again an hour later, minding you never actually get an office, its an answering service..I was told again that the page was sent out and a tech would call in 30 minutes. An hour later a tech calls, I explain what happened and he would be on his way out. When he arrives, I tell him what is going on. He has me turn everything back on and of course its running appropriately. He diagnose the unit again and suggest the capacitor needs to be replace. I ask the cost and its $140. The part is only $10 -$20., that onto of what I paid already for nothing. Needless to say I will not be recommending this company. I really wanted to based on thier other reviews, but can not based on the service I received.

We hired Arctic Air to install a Package Unit Air Conditioner and new return in a home we had just purchased. The previous owner had a HUGE sized commercial unit at the house and the heat was not functioning at all. Arctic Air had a technician at our home 1st thing the morning after we accepted their estimate. This was not an easy job. They had to call for additional help because the old unit was so big. Upon inspection, it was found that the main duct was absolutely CAKED with debris. (Probably construction dust from the redmodel which had been done.) The technicians worked together to replace the main duct in very tight spaces. All of the technicians were friendly and professional. We are very happy with the new unit, and will definitely use Arctic Air for future service. I will also recommended them to others. A big thank you to everyone who worked on our install! 5 stars for sure!!!!

Always professional and on time. Dont try to upsell you or repair things that are not broken. An unscrupulous company mightve sold me a whole new unit when my compressor stopped working on my 20 year old unit, but the tech saw that a couple of wires had shorted out and replaced them and all is well again! To see this, he had to almost stand on his head leaning down into the unit, I could have never seen them; would have never known it was a simple fix. Because of their honesty, there was no huge, unnecessary expenditure. When my AC finally dies, Ill be getting the new one from Arctic Air. Cant praise them enough for their integrity and professionalism.

I got numerous quotes and looked all the companies and units up, Artic Air was highly regarded, and unit was well recieved. They got me in before the holiday weekend. The ladies at the office were extremely helpful and patient never rude with the questions I had as a first time buyer. The installers were awesome. So efficient and nice. One guy got down some items for me that the previous owner had left in my attic. Vacuumed up when done made sure nothing was left behind for my dog to chew on outside. Great experience so far! I had a roof leak and it ruined my A/C insulation. Unfortunately, I got a contractor from Home Advisor to put in new ducting. They did not connect my new ducting to the ducting to the garage correctly. Therefore, I was losing A/C cool air in the garage! I competed for a new A/C on my ground floor and Arctic Air won. They put in a new A/C for me and even though they were not responsible for the mishap they fixed my ducting problem. Frank did it and he is most efficient and knowledgeable on how to fix it. A big worry off my shoulders!

We have now had three experiences with Arctic Air: two were excellent--one was questionable. They were quick to contact us and apologize for the their communication problems with our second call. Erin offered (without any prompting from us) to make an adjustment that would make up for the inconvenience. We really appreciate businesses that do everything reasonable to keep their customers happy. About two weeks ago Arctic Air fixed a problem with our system and we were very happy with their work. A couple of days ago there was a leak coming from the system. We called Arctic Air and to make a long story shorter there was a communication breakdown (probably related to the end of the day/shift change) so the problem didnt get resolved until after 8 pm. The problem was fixed and since it was related to the original service, there was no charge. Arctic Air stands behind their work. We have no problem recommending people use Arctic Air to solve air conditioning problems.

Frank, Kyle and Mo went above and beyond to fix an air conditioning issue that resulted from another minor maintenance call. They spent hours and several visits to make sure it was running and cooling properly. I appreciated their honesty and customer service, which is very hard to come by these days. Going to cancel my maintenance contract with another local company, as they are more concerned with making money and up selling unnecessary services. Arctic Air will be the only HVAC company I will be using in the future.

I am familiar with the good service provided by Artic Air. My daughter used Artic Air after another company did not resolve her AC issues. Artic Air found the problem and issues were resolved immediately.When Richard came to my condo for an annual AC check I asked if I had heat. He said my unit was designed for both AC and heat but the connection from the gas line to furnace wasnt there. He installed the connection needed and now I will not have to use an electric heater. Service was very professional and all my questions answered.

I wanted a Trane heat pump system with variable speed and Arctic Air gave me the best estimate of all the great 5-stars companies in the area.During installation the technicians made a little mistake that causing noise at the blower fan a couple days later. But tech Cody came out and quickly fixed it. Arctic Air did make up for that little mistake. Great customer service. Go with Arctic Air and they will take care of you.

Ive been thru a lot of technicians I mean 7 to 10, with my AC, none of previous technician know what to do, didnt know how to diagnost an AC unit. Some suggest replace air handler, some suggest replace condenser, Im a technician myself but different field, however Im impressed with Jonathan from Artic air, If you really want a technician that know what they really do, call Artic air and I strongly suggest Jonathan. I’ve used Arctic Air for 16 years now. They installed my VFD a/c system in 2004. It’s still running strong and I’ve had to have minor repairs over the years. Arctic Air goes over and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. They are reasonably priced and professional. The owner is highly involved in his business and will come out personally when warranted. I won’t use any other company for my a/c needs.

When it was time to install a newer A/C, I called 3 companies in my area, and again, we were highly impressed with Arctic Airs knowledge and pricing for the highest SEER rated A/C. I asked arctic air systems for a quote on a new installation. The estimator ( Andrew) was on time, professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Good quote with various options.Update: We reached out to Arctic Air to finally purchase/install a new HVAC system. They honored the quote they provided several months ago and gave great advice on the best option (no up-sale on a higher price option). Good service, installation guys did a great job and overall we are very happy with our choice of company (Arctic Air Systems).

A good price, A/C install was done well within a day no issues. A/C currently running correctly. I would recommend Artic Air Systems.

This Arctic Air technition has been here before (I believe his name is Jonathan) and he is the most technically able and competent of any I have ever used in the past, from any company. He can diagnose and repair a problem in very short order. Arctic Air has a real jewel.

Great company for duct and vent install, done in 2 days. Frank worked hard to get air back on the first night.Called for AC problems a few days later. Technicians Cody and Richard were very knowledgeable and worked hard to try and resolve the problem.Would recommend ArticAir and will call again.

Arctic Air was great. Great service, great fair prices. Their install was flawless, and crew did a clean job and were extremely professional.I as the property owner was out of town when a tenants A/C Unit was failing quickly during a heatwave. I placed the order, but due to the busy time period with a heat wave the tenants needed to wait several days for install.When they came for the estimate Arctic pumped some Freon into the system to get it by to new install.I had been told by office staff that Arctic would return and add additional Freon if needed. A few days later before install it failed again and leaked out Freon and inside temperature was warming up.Due to having to wait 2 more days for install we called and Arctic was there in an hour or two to help my tenants stay at a somewhat comfortable cooler temperature. What great service.I highly recommend Arctic Air and their staff. They really know how to keep their cool, during a heatwave and Also for assisting me as a landlord out of state, make this all happen flawlessly.Bravo and ThanksRick Miller

My first call was to a different company. That company started out strong, came out and gave me options to solve the problem. Once I decided on a fix I called and they never called back. I chose Arctic Air based on reviews and I am very happy! I called and was able to have someone come out the very next day! Communication, being on time, getting immediate relief and options for a long term fix are all strengths of this company. Being new to the area can be difficult in finding a company to trust. I am happy!

Arctic Air installed our original a/c unit in 2001 and have serviced it since then. We decided to replace it before the heat of the summer and they offered us a great price so we used them again. We got text and email updates throughout the entire process. Our install was started and completed today (3/16/20). Hubby came home and said the house was super cold so we are super pleased! So much less stress on me knowing I will have a reliable system going into the hot months!
