This is the best powersports dealership in South Texas. PJ was knowledgeable and answered all my questions in detail with honest answers. The team and him went above and beyond my expectations to get me what I needed in a timely matter. You can really tell they care about their customers. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

This is an excellent dealership with amazing customer service. Coming from someone who has been in the Powersports industry myself for over a decade I can honestly say they have some of the most accommodating and knowledgeable employees you will find who are also clearly enthusiasts themselves. I highly recommend this dealership if you are in the area and have any Powersports needs. They also seem to have reasonable prices and a good selection even during the pandemic. Great Service, kind-of take long for repairs or up grades. But, good Quality items.If something is wrong or goes wrong with product just let them know and most likely it will be solved.

I called two other dealerships in South Texas and was told they couldn’t even take a look at my pro-fxt from 3 to 10 days to diagnose my steering problem. Not what you want to hear at the beginning of hunting season! Called these people and spoke to Robert Rodriguez, he said bring it down and we’ll take a look at it this afternoon. Took the one hour drive from Cotulla, dropped it off and then went to Lubys ( a few blocks away) for lunch. Before we finished our meal Robert called and said they diagnosed the problem but had to order the necessary part . It would be the following Thursday before he could get the part in and have it ready to go under warranty!! I’m 69 years old, owned 3 previous Mules and never had this good of service from any Kawasaki dealer. I want to add, this please was immaculate inside. I was looking around at there selection for at least 20 minutes and no one greeted me when i entered or asked if i needed assistance or even said they would be right with me. I hope the owner reads this review and those of you thinking about buying here. Customer service is key for me and im taking my buisness elsewhere!!!
