Dalila was a delight! Lol but she sold us a new mattress, protector and sheets! Cant wait to sleep great! Great salesperson!

I gave it a 5-star although we encountered a problem with the company because Bryan Martinez took care of his customer and believes in customer service. The issue——-my elderly mother purchased a mattress set. One or two days after delivery of the mattresses, she noticed the mattress began sagging and was not comfortable. She called the store and spoke to a woman who was not helpful and told her nothing could be done because my mother did not purchase ‘support’ for the mattress. Nonetheless, my mother insisted the mattress was defective. A female employee did not believe the mattress was the problem. After some debate, a store deliveryman was sent to my mothers home to inspect the mattress and he confirmed the mattress was defective as the bed frame had plenty of support. My mother was told she would be getting a new mattress set. However, nine days later she still had not received the mattress and called the store two or three times. My mom felt unheard by the company and was feeling the back pains associated with sleeping on a defective mattress. I called the store and spoke to Bryan Martinez. Within five minutes of my initial call, he was able to locate a mattress set in the Laredo area and guaranteed it would be delivered to my mother’s home today. Mr. Martinez took care of the problem within literally a few minutes while the other employees had over a week to do so and weren’t able or weren’t willing to do it. I loved that Mr. Martinez was willing to do all he could to help his customers. It is employees like him that will make me forget our bad experience and give this company another try in the future.

I rarely put reviews but I had to make time to show appreciation to the employees for helping my and my husband in purchasing our new mattress. If you need help or your in the market for one. Plenty of mattresses to choose from. Prices are a bit expensive for what they are selling however.

Something weird is going on there...they didnt get my purchase right and another store told me I bought a mattress for half the price of what I was charged. The whole experience was a mess and frustrating.
