Worst customer service. I asked one of the employees if he could show me how to attach a filter to one of the masks on display but because they would not show me how to do it I attempted it myself and I happened strip part of the attachment. This other employee, Andres Musquiz comes over and proceeds to blame me for this accident saying that I messed it up several times and tries to make me feel bad for not knowing how to attach the filter when I specifically asked them to show me how to do it. I then ask for prices of items because there arent any price tags on masks or filters and the employees are unsure of the prices and unable to give me a clear price. I am then waiting to purchase a mask and filters regardless of the cost but they do not know how to checkout a customer using a credit card when I am literally the only customer in the store. Dont waste your time here. Not only are the employees extremely rude they are incompetent and you can find the same items online without the hassle. You can hire high school students for minimum wage that will do a better job than this. I will never come back to this establishment.
STS is a locally owned business that has mad esure to take care of our health care workers. They have made available valuable things that during this pandemic are hard to find. I definitely recommend them because of that and their outstanding customer service!
