Excellent service, the store is well stocked but still have outs. I had to buy the display for 10.00 less which could have had more of a discount, but at least got what I was looking for.. Still great store, great service!!!

Still have signs up from some sale that already ended! I went in for a gig bag for my guitar, which were marked on sale for 39.??. It rang up for 69.99, and the only reason I bought it was because I needed it. First visit to this store, and it’ll be my last. I’ll stick to online buying!

This is the best place for buying anything related to musicians, plenty of instruments, gadgets, speakers, amplifiers, there is nothing you cant find in here, or you may also visit their website and buy a whole lot of things, the prices are really competitive, plus personalized attention for buyers of all kinds. You may try and play any Instrument you see on stock, for example i played for a while with an amazing taylor guitar, price at 2k usd, thats something you wont get anywhere else. Long life to guitar Center. Also the place is huge, and is perfectly located so close to mall Norte.

I went there with a buddy of mine and the place was very quiet. It is large with an impressive selection of guitars and other instruments and accessories. The man that helped us was very kind a knowledgeable. Id go back.

As a guitar player I wish they had more guitar amps on display. This store is small so I understand they dont have much room for more amps. They do have almost all good seller amps the ones that sell the most which i believe is fair for them too. If the store was a little bigger and had more amp selection on display I would rate it 5 stars.

The staff is very knowledgeable when it comes to their merchandise. I went to browse around at the drum sets and I was satisfied cause I did mention I was just looking at the drum sets not interested in buying just yet. And I was treated like every other customer buying. Getting their products explained as if I was about to buy it.

As to believe that it was an nice place. Tried out some drums to buy and one of the employees restricted me from using; which in case I was going to buy. Therefore, employees are full of themselves.

By far not the best guitar center I’ve ever been to as far as set up and layout but what it lacks in, is made up for by the employees. Got a practice drum pad and when I told the guy that I travel a lot, he pulled one out that he was saving for himself. I wish I could remember his name because he deserves the spotlight and plenty of recognition. Super friendly people and eager to help, but not a “I’m going to get in your face” kind of help/salesman. If I ever find myself in Laredo and need some gear I’ll be coming here for sure. ❤️🎸

It was pretty bad... It was so loud in there with the radio on, I couldnt even check out the instruments. Also, all the test instruments were either broken or didnt work at all... Guitar Center has gone down.. Ive been to many Guitar Centers, but this one was pretty bad. I wanted to leave fast cause I couldnt even hear myself test the inturments. I wanted to buy a keyboard but I couldnt even test anything. Such a shame...

I needed help with buying a keyboard. I was about to drop $400 on one and the guy just sat on his ass and didnt help at all anf just pointed out different things and looked online for all his answers. Lazy asses. The only reason I didnt give 1 star was because the guy in the drum area was very very helpful.

Was there yesterday before closing, son was in line waiting while the cashiere talked to a couple about nonesense just kept on talking while my son waited to pay. I was watching in the car outsude. I have seen that happen to young adults so much. A customer is a CUSTOMER.

All sales staff are musicians, one or two lack people skills. Otherwise, all staff helpful, and knowledgable.
