This place is always clean. I like how I can find the items very quickly with their quick descriptions ontop with each aisle. It helps that each item is placed firmly in their location with the price. I love how big it is and I can trust the quality of their food.

This place is huge. Food food everywhere ... Even in the aisles.... Theres food. And in the back.... More food. Its crazy.

I wish just once I could go in the morning and pick out my lunch without one of your rude employees crowding in front of me when I am looking at stuff. Someone needs to teach them the manners their parents forgot to. Especially with everything we just went through. People supposed to stay 6 ft apart and your employees are pushing through customers sometimes even making contact and thats not ok. Even before the pandemic that was unacceptable. If they want something off the shelf they can patiently wait just like everyone else has to. From now on I plan to be just as rude to them. This place also cuts expired ground beef into their fresh ground beef. Thats why it is always grey in the middle. I highly recommend going somewhere else for meat, produce, and dairy. Not fresh at all you have a very good chance of getting sick from the mishandled food.

H.E.B is always my grocery store of choice. As a true Texan we should strive to give business to local economy before we go to other big corporate chains that do not have Texas at heart. I was thrilled to find out they have a vegan section, being vegan its hard enough for me to find authentic vegan products but H.E.B made it easy. They will always have my business and support!

It is somewhat far but it is worth th ride. There I found things that I could not find in other HEBs. I highly recommend this place.

First time in a plus. Second time ever being in a HEB. Came here with a co worker to do some shopping. Self scan was a little tempermental. If Im in the area Id shop here lots of good things I cant find at walmart.

Im a long haul driver and will usually stop at the generic Mart to refill before the next Long haul.Ive been to an HEB before and wasnt that excited. There were some items I thought they might have that the generic Mart didnt so I stopped into the one here on 59. I was immediately very impressed. Lots of room to move around... And not only some of the items I needed but everything that I was going to get at the wal store. And I come from the land of Wegmans if youve ever been there. Hard to impress me with the grocery store after youve been to one of those. Plenty of plant-based choices which I was looking for that are hard to find in most places. Although they were spread around the store a bit so you have to look for them. My only issue was the self checkout was a little too sensitive to placing items in the bag and I couldnt go as fast without getting an error message about items not being placed in the bag. Still a great experience

Picked up rotisserie chicken leg quarters from deli yesterday and put it in fridge. Just pulled out the leg quarters to heat up and found one of the pieces had already been eaten.the bones placed back in the container with the other leg quarters; employeesor customers are eating out of the deli leg quarter containers.

So...the great Texas food shortage of February 2021 seems to be coming to an end. Last year toilet paper (which i have no idea what everyone did with it), this year panic buying to put refrigerated items in refrigerators that had no power and are now consuming 12 gallons of milk daily because they were greedy. That being said...there is food making its way back into the HEB Plus.. fresh produce, milk and eggs in reasonable quantities that should last if we dont freak out again as a community. HEB Plus as usual coming through...hats off to them.

The shelves were sort of bare. A lot of things were out of stock.

Huge store long lines at register few cashier opens,couldnt find what i needed. walmart is better.

It could be bigger, sometimes is so packed you will have problems getting around. There is also a nice chicken joint inside with there unique jalapeno mashed potatoes. overall ok

This HEB Plus has a great selection of foods a lot of prepared lunch and salads and all kinds of dinner options already made up for you. I really enjoy shopping here.

My favorite grocery store in Laredo. I get my groceries almost exclusively from HEB they have the best prices in town. They used to have the best coupons but since covid you dont find very many coupons anymore and groceries everywhere seem to have gone up between 5-10%

First time ever going into a Heb Plus, I drive over the road and stopped in here when I delivered that grilled chicken station is great I wish they had these in Florida, they need to put Walmart out of business because this place is awesome I know if we had these back home on the panhandle of Florida they would definitely get everyones business I think more people would not even be going to Walmart. So whats the difference between Heb and heb Plus??

If youre retired, unemployed, or just tired of being inside all day with the kids, this is a great place to take the family and spend a few hours. It is so big, you can spend half a day there, easily. But if you work and have a schedule, its not a good place to shop. I can go to the dollar store, get a weeks worth of supplies, and get back to my truck in less time than I had to stand in line at this store to check out...in the one lane that they had open.

Great place to do your shopping list mass of varity products though if your a fan on walking expect to walk. Remember this is laredo bring your own bags.

I’ve been to many HEB’s in Laredo and this one has the best set up, selection of products and service out of all locations in the city. Everything is typically always in stock and the place is kept clean. Lines can get long around dinner time and on weekends, but they usually have it covered with open cash register lanes and a self check out area. I would definitely recommend this location for your shopping.

HEB Plus is always great. I have co-workers who leave town where there are no HEBs and they are miserable! I think that says it all.

I just got home and Im missing alot of items from my curbside order. And they didnt call me back or emailed me. I guess its the last time Im going to use curbside at HEB Plus. They want my money, they can keep it because they did charge it from my debit card. They are good at charging and getting their money but they can explain or apologize why they did such a big error or mistake. I know they canceled some of my items or substituted some but Im missing what I really needed for my child like the cereal. And no cereal but it was charged. Curbside is messed up, I guess for me. People were saying its a great idea so you can be safe from the virus. I rather take my chances then have these clowns try to and I do mean TRY to choose and bag my order. Im mad.

We went to the pharmacy at this store they have great staff always very helpful 😊 the only fault is that the drive thru is mostly full a second window would help alot.

Love going to HEB plus. There is a large selection of everything to choose from. The store is very clean and orderly. The lines are never too long, and when they are they move pretty quickly. There is plenty of parking, and the bank I use is also within the facility. They also have a great selection of summer or on season dresses. The meat department is always well stocked and everything always looks fresh. I l9 e my HEB.

Extremely disappointed. I ordered 2wks in advance for eggs and water only for this people not to have my order. They prioritize their in store sales than those that took the time and patience to order online to avoid all this contamination madness. If I could give a 0 I would. HEB corporation needs to do better and prioritize online orders specially if the ordered was paid 2weeks in advance!
