Its a good grocery store. Big, clean, spacious, easy to navigate, in terms of size or sure is Texas big! Inventory is expansive and has a little bit of everything for everyone. Service was quick polite and knew what they were doing. I dint really have anything I think I can complain about, its a really good grocery store!

Nice sized HEB. Found everything I needed fast. Masks are optional the sign at the entrance states, and something about a vaccination, I wore mine due to the breakout of Covid19 here in Laredo

Always low prices, clean, organized, and if needed get assistance right away. Many special that even if you dont need it you want to get it due to the low price or special they have on it.

Favorite HEB is San Dario. Its well distributed for easy shopping.

Went for a birthday cake that would feed 50 people. Found a pretty chocolate cake with white frosting for $24. Real moist, good flavor.

Bro we get are food from here and it has some decent toys so yeah its what makes Laredo well alive.

Definitely tilted to the Mexican palate. Progresso soups were severely limited - only one shelf and All were some variation of chicken. No Italian wedding, no split pea, no lentil, no chicken & sausage gumbo, no tortellini, no clam chowder, no baked potato. Crackers and cookies were the same, at least half Mexican brands. Clearly H-E-B has made this decision and thats fine for them. Just be aware if youre looking for what youd find in, say, San Antonio 2.75 hours away you will be disappointed.

When theres a bad storm, I dont see the problem people moving their vehicles under the big tarps to load their groceries or dropping off people so they wont get drenched. But managment obviously did. Putting carts as a barricade? Not good.

Fully Stocked Meat Dept, Low prices as usual. Bought Fajita, Pork Spare Ribs, Baby Back Ribs, Sausage, Rubs and BBQ Sauce, Alot of Beer choices. Partners are working hard to maintain safety protocols for Covid-19, very organized, highly recommend this store. Im ready for Super Bowl Sunday

This HEB is most convient on the trip to or from work.It is a very large store, but, it doesnt compare to the HEB PLUS. It doesnt alway carry everything on HEB webshopper.The staff are always congenial when I have a question.

BUT they do deserve recognition for their continuous friendly and helpful disposition, since they continue to be quick to listen and quick to help.

Was disappointed that there was no greeter with a bleach spray bottle at the entrance. I love it as always that the store is kept clean and it smells clean. The young lady at the self checkout was very helpful courteous and knowledgeable about everything.

Terrible, I wanted 4 packs of the HEB jalapeno sausage. I drove hours & they only had 2 packs. The store# is 255 & per Venessa the store manager & Rosie meat manager, they refused to give me another brand for the same price

Crowded at the checkouts, but were moving rather swiftly and quickly. The CSA at the self checkout was very attentive and nice to me and very respectful. I was buying a 12 pack when the computer asked me for verification of my age she overrode it and I proceeded quickly. Good job H-E-B, I WILL definitely return for more purchases. 😁😁😁

HEB has always cared for its customers and employees and thats why everybody continually goes there. But today I was standing in line to pay a bill which took over an hour and management handed out bottled water to everybody waiting in line because the wait was so long. It just shows HEB goes above to satisfy their customers

I really dislike the fact that this is the only HEB with the customer service area opening until 9am.Even when the fact there sometimes are employees that go clock in stare at us then look down and walk away from customers at 8:45 and decide just to roam back and forth until 9am . i have seen other HEB’s in laredo where the customer service opens earlier take the Delmar locations for example and way better customer service experience.The sad thing is that there is older ladies that have to literaly just standing there for long periods of time when there is employees just there lingering around waiting for 9 am to barely start everything up.disgusting !

The trip to this location was for a late night impromptu get together for supplies for a night of grilling and cold beverages aka cold beers. Everything need was found in only a few minutes. Perfectly laid out makes shopping a breeze. Friendly customer service staff.

I love this store! The prices are great, just like any other HEB store. Its close to my home but I just like this one because the employees are very helpful and with a good attitude. Overall excellent store :(1) the food and other merchandise – excellent selection, quality and price;(2) the people -- friendly and skilled;(3) the building -- clean and well lit;(4) the shelves-- well placed, spaced and arranged (with a few support poles in way);Negative comments about policy and practice with regard to COVID-19:(1) This is major. Store policy prohibited the use of reusable cloth bags -– new plastic bags only. It made no sense to be concerned about close contact with cloth bags when the cashier touched many, many merchandise items which had been in contact with the stocker and buyer and possibly other shoppers. Store policy introduced a plague of plastic with very harmful environmental and economic effects. Reusable bags pose little threat. COVID-19 is spread by human-to-human transmission via respiratory droplets, not by exposure to reusable cloth bags.(2) To facilitate social distance of six feet, the store placed red footprints in the checkout lines. Unfortunately, a few footprints placed the shopper in the walkway perpendicular to the checkout line thus blocking cross traffic. Most shoppers approaching a cashier habitually block cross traffic. The store should not promote this. It seems that only the military in commissaries have for decades known how – and been courteous enough – to keep walkways clear. The commissary checkout line extends back into the edge of a merchandise aisle if necessary. Beno curving “lines”, blocking cross traffic, or cutting in line.Pleasant note: at H-E-B the other day, an employee acted promptly but courteously to prevent a shopper from cutting in line – kudos.(3) Many items out of stock, most importantly face masks. H-E-B should have caught up by the time I shopped a few days ago. Beno hoarding by shoppers.(4) Heres a laugh: The public address system constantly carried guidance to include the following gem:“Instead of touching someone, just give them a smile,” How can one see a smile behind a face mask? That suggestion reduced the credibility of the entire announcement.Thank you 35 and Calton H-E-B employees for your essential service – while it lasted,

Its a big HEB, but it feels like youre in Mexico, music and all. The restrooms are always dirty. Their deli has a very limited selection. This store is in desperate need of a makeover. HEB plus is a much better store.

Its always so neat, clean and well stocked. If you cant find an item, any of the many dedicated employees, will personally lead you to whatever it is you are looking for. They have the freshest meat.
