The experience is been horrible. Their customer service is pitiful worse customer services. On August 20th I order almost $3,000 worth of merchandise and they have been given me the round around and according to them THEY DONT HAVE TRACKING NUMBERS AND THEY CAN NOT TRACK THEIR MERCHANDISE. So they cant tell me where my parts are or when they are getting deliver. I got tired of waiting so I requested a refund and its been two weeks and my refund has not been taken care off. Every time I called and they know its me they hang up. I am tired of this an about to hire an attorney.
